Ichigo
Kon had just pulled a vary loud and upset Ririn out of Ichigo's window, so now he was alone. Ichigo sat up and sighed he knew that as long as his hollow was around he would continue trying to gain control of Ichigo's body. Ichigo also knew that he couldn't suppress his hollow for much longer especially since his hollow was getting stronger. "I can't keep this up." Ichigo mumbled. 'At lest we can agree on one thing, king' the hollow's  voice echoed in his head, this caused Ichigo to bolt out of bed so now he was standing in the middle of his room. 'Man, your easy to scare' the hollow laughed. 'Shut up!' Ichigo snapped, 'I wouldn't take that tone with the person who saved your ass from that hollow at the school and saved that chickidy that you were talking to.' The hollow noted in a plain tone. Ichigo had totally forgotten about Laura and the events before his hollow had taken control. 'Don't worry Ichigo. I had Shiro take the girl to Urahara, she will be fine.' Zangetsu said. Ichigo calmed down a bit after hearing Zangetsu voice, it felt loyal and familiar to him. 'Hay Zangetsu, who is Shiro?' Ichigo questioned glad that the hollow was gone for the moment. 'Shiro is the name I gave your hollow. I have to talk to him a lot so I gave him a name.' Zangetsu explained, Ichigo just nodded as a response. 'Thanks Zangetsu.' Ichigo said after plopping back down on his bed and falling asleep.
(Kisuke)
Kisuke had started Laura's training he had no time to waste. She would be training like Ichigo had after his first fight with Byakuya. First he sent Ururu after her. At first she had the same reluctance as Ichigo had but after a few minutes she calmed down and fought her with out complaint. Laura figured out what was happening rather quickly and dodged Ururu's first punches rather easily. while Ururu's arm was extended from her punch ,Laura grabbed it and tried to swing her to the ground. However she was not strong enough to brake Ururu's stance, so Ururu ended up sending Laura flying into a mountain. Kisuke saw this and flash stepped behind Laura catching her, leaving her unharmed. "SAFE!" he yelled, Laura struggled to get out of his arms. After she broke free from his grasp she went crazy, "ARE YOU ALL INSANE! You could have killed me, again!" Kisuke leaned back, clearly satisfied with his results, stated "That was to increase you reiatsu,so you would survive the next step of your training." suddenly Tessai sat on Laura as Kisuke yelled "your next stage of training is called shattered shaft." After he was done talking  a massive pit appeared underneath Laura and Tessai. Laura's screams as she fell brought a large smile to Kisuke's face.

She hit the ground so hard the force of the impact knocked the wind out of her. After she got her breath back, she began to stand up. With some effort she stood up, her arms were forced behind her and tied by a black rope with silver poles sticking out of it. From above she heard Kisuke yell to her," this is stage two of your training shattered shaft. In this stage I want you to climb back up to the top while Tessai restraints your arms. If you don't do this in 36 hours then you will become a hollow." Laura listened with horror smeared across her face she looked down and saw the chain begin eating the ones ahead of it. "That is called encroachment. It is the beginning of a whole turning into a hollow. so in simple terms if you don't turn into a soul reaper then you will become a hollow and we will have to kill you." Kisuke explained coldly.
