IN PRIYA'S HOUSE
She went to her room to sleep.Actually it was not a room to say.The bathroom of their house was even bigger than her room.The room was filled with darkness.There was neither a source of light nor a fan .And moreover she had no bed to sleep.
Priya only had a mat and an old pillow.
She spread her mat on the floor and slept there thinking about her day.While her aunt and her daughter were living a luxurious life.They had A.C's in their rooms and everything compared to her.
Priya's pov
Today I met an accident. He was such a nice person. He took me to the hospital, bought me the medicines and dropped me in my house.
The thought of house made her sad.This small wound which the accident gave to me is very small compared to what I have received from my aunt till now.
I would have been very happy if my parents were  around me.A tear passed down her cheek at the mere thought of her parents.

Suddenly she felt something .It was the  grumbling of her stomach.Yes ..She had not eaten anything since she came.She was very hungry.But at the next moment ;her thought disappeared.Because she knew that her aunt would certainly not give her anything to eat today.So with an empty stomach;she slept the whole night.
Morning
Priya woke up early in the morning.She was used to this.Even though she felt tired ;she was successful in doing the household chores. Aunt and Divya were still sleeping.Priya took a bath and prayed to her parents before going to make the breakfast.
In the kitchen
'Hey.. girl give me a coffee.'Aunt importuned.
'Okay aunty' She replied softly.
Priya prepared the coffee and gave her.
She took a sip of the coffee before breaking the glass on the floor.
Priya sensed that  something big was going to happen.
'What happened aunty?'She asked in a  worried tone.
'Is this a coffee?Didn't you put sugar in this?'She yelled.
She had thrown away the coffee intentionally;although it was good.
'Yes aunty.'She spoke.
'Don't ever repeat this.You're a burden to  us already.'
'Okay ...aunty.' Priya found it hard to control her tears.But she suppressed her feelings.
Tears welled up her eyes thinking about her fate.She put her thoughts aside and started
to clean the mess.
A few minutes later ,Divya woke up and demanded her the breakfast.
She served the breakfast to her.Divya too did the same.A little different from what her mother had done to her before.
Instead of spilling the coffee over the floor;Divya spilled the chutney over the table saying that" it lacks salt in it."
Priya cleaned up that too.She was allowed to eat only after washing their plates and cleaning the house.Priya was very tired after all this as she did not had her dinner the previous day. She had her food after doing the household chores.
