"Hello." The hair on the back of my neck shooting up straight, I jolted out of my chair surprised by the boy being awake. His eyes widening, he tried to sit up to reassure me but realized it wasn't the best idea as he groaned and sat back down.

"Sorry, I'm really sorry, I didn't mean to frighten you."

"O-Oh, it's alright I'm just a little on edge." How the hell was I supposed to introduce myself? Hi I'm the guy that ran you over, no that's dumb...

Hi I'm the guy who ran you over but was nice enough to come say hi and check on you...

That's better.

The man staring at me, trying to figure out what I was thinking about, he closed his eyes a gentle smile on his face, he seemed to be peaceful, which was weird considering what had just happened to me. I wonder if he remembered.

"The name's Jack."

"I heard."

"Wow, I must be popular." Jack beaming at the fact I already knew his name, it brought a grin to my face.

"No, the nurse told me." Laughing at the comment he had made, it felt good to crack a smile that wasn't one which stemmed from pure panic.

"My name is Mark." I introduced myself, figuring he already knew I was the one who hit him, since I was a total stranger in his hospital room, Jack opening his mouth to say something else, he was quick to cut himself off when the nurse came in with a serious expression spread across her face.

"Jack?" Jack's eyes growing wide only slightly, he was quick to answer her call.

"Yes?"

"May I speak with you for a moment?"

"Of course." Jack's face falling a small bit, he beckoned the nurse closer so they could discuss quietly. I couldn't hear what the nurse was saying, and there were rushed whispers flying back and forth, but  it was quick to end with Jack with a fallen face and the nurse looking sorry.

She excused herself from the room and I gazed at her when she went out, but turning my attention back to Jack worried about the expression he was wearing it was already gone with a big grin on his face.

"Sorry about that, I always get professional when there's nurses or doctors around."

"Oh, you really don't need to worry about that I understand." Smiling at him, I found my heart warming up to see his grin matching mine. At least he's nice, it could have been so much worse, but still, I don't know if he's going to press charges, it's best not to keep it personal.

I was the one who hit him after all, not the other way around. Lost in thought about how everything would be solved, I felt a hand on my shoulder and I quickly turned to see Jack looking up at me.

"Are you alright?" My face falling, heartbroken he was worried about me even though he was in the hospital, I stuck on a brave face and squeezed his hand on my shoulder.

"Don't worry about me, I'm fine."

Lololololol I'm so consistent with my updates lolololololololol. I have an excuse,

I've been drawing and I got warped into Voltron XD Please don't judge me, I've actually been making an animatic, or getting used to it, it's a slow process but I'm sure it'll end up alright. :3

Also, I'm doing Goretober! Yayyy, I had a list I wanted to do, and I'm posting the first and second day togethe since I didn't realize it was Goretober, the third one too XD I'm very consistent I know.

Also, a question to my little gummy bears reading this, would you want me to post my art on here? Or would you prefer if it just stayed on Instagram and Tumblr or DeviantArt. I just wanna hear opinions :3
