Events of the last chapter, the students were now standing in shock over Izuku's power.

Richard: He got over 700 meters. (Nods impressed)

Uraraka: "Finally, a hero-like record!"

Iida: "His finger's swollen! There was the entrance exam, too. He has a strange Quirk..."

Aoyama: "It's not very stylist."

Jason: But very effective.

Meanwhile, Bakugo:

Bakugo: "Wh-What's with that power?! Everyone's Quirks manifest by the age of four. This is unthinkable! What is the meaning of this?!"

Bakugo suddenly charged at Deku while some sparks came out of his hands.

Bakugo: "HEY! TELL ME WHAT'S ON, DEKU, YOU BASTARD!!"

Bakugo was suddenly being held back by Aizawa's scarf.

Bakugo: "What the--? These cloths are hard...!"

Aizawa: "They're weapons for capture made of carbon fiber woven together with metal wire made of a special alloy. Jeez... Don't keep making me use my Quirk over and over. I have dry eye."

Class: "It's such a waste, since his Quirk is so amazing!"

Aizawa lets go of Bakugo.

Aizwa: "We're wasting time. Whoever's next, get ready."

Deku sneaked past Bakugo and went back with the rest of the class.

Uraraka: "Is your finger alright?"

Deku: "Oh, yeah."

Time Skip

They finished doing the remaining tests. Richard and Jason still competeing. In the end they had won the same amount of tests.

Aizawa: "Okay, I'll quickly tell you the results. The total is simply marks you got from each test. It's a waste of time to explain verbally, so I'll show you the results all at once.

Izuku: Last place will be....expelled?"

Aizawa: "By the way, I was lying about the expulsion."

Class 1-A: "......"

Aizawa: *Aizawa smile* "It was a rational deception to draw out the upper limits of your Quirks.

Richard: Ha! Classic.

Momo: "Of course that was a lie. It should've been obvious if you just thought it through."

Richard: You caught up with it too?

Momo: It was pretty simple.

Class 1-A: "I didn't notice..."

Aizawa: "With that, we're done here. There are handouts with the curriculum and such in the classroom, so when you get back, look over them. Midoriya, have the old lady fix you in the nurse's office. Tomorrow will be packed with even more rigorous tests. Prepare yourself" 

He gave a piece of paper to Deku and walked away.

Deku: "I got through this for now, but there was too much that I couldn't do. I'm starting from last place. I have a lot to learn from here on out in order to get closer to what I dream of becoming!"

Ricard walked away, but as he did, he noticed Jason glaring at him, from the corner of his eye.

Richard: What is this guy's deal?

-Time Skip-

Richard stormed into the belfry, his face a mask of concern. Alfred, his butler, was waiting for him with a tray of snacks.

Alfred: "Welcome back, sir. I've brought you some refreshments."

Richard ignored him and walked straight to the board on the wall. He studied it intently, searching for clues to the identity of his father's killer.

Alfred: "Sir, please, take a moment to rest. You've been working so hard."

Richard: "I can't rest until I find out who did this. I won't rest until justice is served."

Alfred nodded and stepped back, allowing Richard to continue his search. Alfred looked at this in concern over Richard.

Alfred: Master Bruce, he's becoming how you were.

(The Next Day)

(It's the next day is school and in the first half of the day was basic classes such as English and Math, after that was lunch and in the afternoon was the hero course class and All Might came through the door in his Silver age costume.)

All Might: I am...coming through the door like a normal person!

Richard/Jason: (Sweat drops) In what way is that normal?

Everyone: All Might!

Kirishima: WOW, he really is a teacher!

Tsuyu: That's a costume from the Silver age, isn't it?

Ojiro : It's style is so different, it's giving me goose bumps.

All Might : I teach Hero Basic Training. It is a subject where you train in different ways to learn the basic of being a hero. You'll make the most units of this subject! Let's get right into it! This is what we'll do today.

Bakugou: Fight training!

Izuku: Real combat?

Richard: Hmmm...

All Might: But one of the keys to being a hero is looking good! (Points to wall)

The wall that All Might was pointing at opened up to reveal suitcases with everyone's hero suits.

All Might : Costumes made based on your Quirk registration and requests you sent in before school started. After you change, gather in Ground Beta!

Everyone: Yes Sir!

The scene changes to Ground Beta where All Might was waiting for the students in front of a tunnel as he hears foot steps coming closer

All Might : They say the clothes make the man, young men and ladies. Be fully aware... From now on...you are heroes!

Richard:

Jason:

All Might: "That's great, everyone. You all look cool! Now, shall we begin, you zygotes?"

Note: The frick are zygotes?!

Izuku runs out of the tunnel with his hero costume.

Uraraka: "Oh, Deku!"

Izuku: "Uraraka! Ah--!!"

Uraraka: "That looks cool! Really down to earth. I should've written what I wanted... Mine ended up being a skintight bodysuit. It's embarrassing..."

Mineta: *Thumbs up* "The hero course is the best."

Izuku: "Eh?"

All Might: "Now, it's time for combat training!"

Iida raised his hand.

Iida: "Sir! This is a battle center from the entrance exam, so will we be conducting urban battles again?"

All Might: "No, we're going to move ahead two steps! Most of the time, fighting villains takes place outside, but if you look at the total numbers, atrocious villains appear indoors at a higher rate. Imprisonment, house arrest, backroom deals... In this society filled with heroes, truly intelligent villains hide in the shadows! For this class, you'll be split into villains and heroes and fight 2-on-2 indoor battles."

Asui: "Without basic training?"

All Might: "This is a real battle to understand those basics! However, the key this time is that there's no robot you can just beat up."

Momo: "How will wins and losses be determined?"

Bakugo: "Can we beat them up anyway?"

Uraraka: "Will the punishment be expulsion like with Mr. Aizawa?"

Iida: "How shall we be split up?"

Aoyama: "Isn't this cape crazy?"

Jason: Can we shoot our opponents?

All Might: "I'll answer all your questions!  All Might opens up a little book.

All Might: "Now listen closely."

Izuku/Richard): "A script?"

All Might: "The situation is that the villains have hidden a nuclear weapon somewhere in their hideout. The heroes are trying to dispose of that. The heroes need to catch the villains or get the nuclear weapon back in the allotted time. The villains need to protect the nuclear weapon for the whole time or catch the heroes."

Izuku: "This situation feels very American!"

Richard: "Nah. If it was, there'd be a lot of guns involved.

All Might: "Teams and opponents will be determined by drawing lots!"

Iida: "They're being so haphazardly?"

Izuku: "Pros often have to create makeshift teams with heroes from other agencies, so maybe that's why?"

Iida: "I see. The discernment to look ahead... Please excuse my rudeness!" He bowed.

All Might: "It's fine. Let's do this quickly!"

Richard: "What about us? 

Points to himself and Jason.

All Might: "Hmmm. You'll be joining group..."

He grabs one of the lots.

All Might: "Team A!"

Richard: "Noice."

All Might: And as for Todd, you will be Team D.

Jason: (Nods determindely)

All Might: "The first teams to fight will be..."

He sticks his hands in two lots, before taking out 2 ba... spheres, with the letters A and D on them.

All Might: "These guys! Team A will be the heroes, and Team D will be the villains. Everyone else, head towards the monitor room."

Class 1-A: "Yes, sir!"

While everyone starts leaving, Izuku looks at Bakugo and he sees him glaring at him. But, this time, Izuku grew a pair and glared back at Bakugo. This action agitates Bakugo even more and he walks away.

Richard: "Hey, Izuku."

Izuku: "Huh? Y-Yeah?"

Richard: *Smiles* "Let's do our best."

Izuku: *smiles*  "Right!"

Richard headed to the monitor room with the rest of the class.
