Jack POV

It has been a month since dear Jaune passed away, its been...interesting, team Rwby took on Roman Torchwick. We are arriving closer to the Vital festival. I hate festivals, and team JNPR hasn't taken his death that well....well....Ren and Nora did, but that poor fool Pyrrha didn't. She's been torturing herself over his death, her clases are ok but we can tell that she is deeply damaged. Like come on, that was a pathetic death.

Aria: THATS NOT THE POINT!!!
Jack: STOP THAT!!!

The entire classroom started staring at us like we were crazy or something.

Aria: sorry....something between us

Aria: then don't be a dick

I then continue giving class, we have been teaching economics 101 or economics for dummies. As the class reaches its end I give the students a small tip.

Jack: remember kids, communism doesn't work, socialism is for lazy people and capitalism is where everyone can shine if you put your back to it

Then everyone leaves and I take out a blueprint and start drawing over it. After 5 minutes of planning I'm giving the scared of my life.

Nora: HEY JACK!!!
Jack: FUCK A NORA!!!!
Ren: Nora please, his working
Nora: what your doing there?

I then take the plans and store them back in their respective place.

Jack: for your information I'm working on a new project
Nora: Really? What is it?
Jack: anime/video game cafe, maybe it will be a comic book store too, I'm still working on it
Ren: that sounds interesting, but how are you gonna pay for it?
Jack: easy, college loan
Ren: is that a wise decision?
Jack: nop.....that's why I'm asking the old man for a small loan of a million dollars
Nora: can I work there?!!!

I then look to see Yang with her skirt up and I'm immediately ran to my trash can and throw up. The rest of the crew started laughing and Aria tried to comfort me.

Yang: no fair? Why?
Jack: personal reasons
Blake: I still don't trust you, so don't get anything fun-
Aria: YOU STILL WITH THAT?!!! Dude has been all this time here, his even working under Ozpin and you are with that bullshit?
Ruby: LANGUAGE!!!
Aria: FUCK YOU!!!
Yang: HEY!!! No one talks to my sis like that
Aria: oh yea?!!!

They then got face to face and breast to breast and we could see Ruby and Blake drooling over Aria and Yang.

Weiss: Pervs

I then looked at the entire crew and saw that we were missing one.

Jack: where's Nikos?

NPR stayed silent like they heard nothing.

Aria: answer him

They then looked at the floor and then Ren looked up and came up to me. Once here he grabbed my shoulder and went up to my ear.

Ren: your not gonna like this

Pyrrha POV

I was in my room on my bed with all the lights off just laying down. This past month I have been here during lunch and after class. I can't get over his death yet. Why? Why did he had to di-

*bang*...*bang*...*bang*...

???: Pyrrha open up I know your there
Pyrrha: whoever you are stop banging at the door and go away

I then went back to my bed and curled up with my pillow. After about 2 minutes I heard the door brake down and I immediately went to pick my weapon but I was grabbed and thrown against the wall. I tried to move but couldn't. Then I see that the lights are turn on and I can see Jack.

Pyrrha: let...me...g-go

He didn't answer he just stared at me. After a minute of he analyzing the room he took one of my hands with his free one, I tried to take out of his grasp but couldn't.

Jack POV

I grabbed Pyrrha's hand and I then roll up her sleeve and I see bandages wrapping on her. I just felt immense pain and hatred. I let her go and then put the door back together.

Jack: why....why did you do it?
Pyrrha: .....I-I.....I don't know
Jack: bullshit

I then see she starts crying and I look at her arm and noticed that I'm hurting her, her clean bandage starts to get tainted with red.

Jack: now....speak
Pyrrha: I d-don't know how to manage with it...so I thought that physical pain will help ease my emotional one...

Pyrrha POV

Pyrrha: *crying* I-I'm sorry...it w-won't happen again

I then see that he gets up and walks over to the bathroom, I just stayed there crying until I saw that he came back with his sleeves up and a razor blade on his hand. He then just ran the blade across both arms.

Pyrrha:* surprise* what are you doing?!!!

I then ran at him and grabbed both hands and looked at them. He was loosing a lot blood. I ran with him to the bathroom and start treating his wounds but before I could go any further he stoped me and he just hugged me.

Pyrrha: we need to treat you and fast!!!
Jack: please....don't do this...ever again...*crying* I don't wanna lose anyone else
Pyrrha: I-I promise but we gotta treat you first

He then let me treat and heal his wounds. I then saw that the both of us were cover in blood. I tried cleaning the blood in the floor but he stoped me.

Jack:* sad/happy* let me do it...I'm sorry I didn't notice until now...go take the day off....have some fun
Pyrrha: But-
Jack: that's an order or your getting an F on my class

I then looked at him and I couldn't hold myself and laughed at that statement.

Jack: see...a smile already....now change those bandages and leave those dirty clothes here and I'll clean them up

I just nodded to what he said and I took my shirt off and changed it with a new one. I then changed my bandages and went out. I went to the library to see if the gang was there. Funny enough they were, while playing Remnant or whatever it was called. Once I entered the library everyone were shocked and happy to see me.

Ren: your out, that's great
Ruby: so what did he said
Pyrrha: let's just say that actions speaks louder than words

I then put my hands behind my back while rubbing then trying to ease the pain and itch cause of the open wounds.

Blake: we're happy to hear that

We then spent the entire day together. We played a few games and some other stuff. Gotta say, I don't know what I would of done if Jack wouldn't of come to my rescue. I think that I would of...no...I can't even think of a thing like that. I should probably talk with him tomorrow, I guess tomorrow night considering it will be Friday.

Time skip tomorrow at 8 pm or 20:00

Jack POV

I was just finishing some touches on my dream business until I heard a knock on my classroom door.

Jack: Come In!!!

Then I saw Pyrrha enter with a something in her hand.

Pyrrha: can we I have a minute?
Jack: yea sure

I then stood up and I sat in front on my desk. She then came up to me and took both my hands she then puts in them what I asume is a peace of cloth with something inside of it. She then holds them down with her own.

Pyrrha: I...I gotta say...thank you...thank you for caring for me, I know we were horrible towards you without a reason, but yet you cared and worried about me
Jack: don't mention it, I may be a monster but monster still have feelings, and as for you...I couldn't let myself live if something bad happened to you

She then let her hands go and she hugs me.

Pyrrha:....thank you...but I have one question
Jack: and that would be?
Pyrrha: how did you knew I was....well you know what

Pyrrha POV

After asking that question I see that he changed his expression and looked down.

Pyrrha: you don't have to say if you don't want to
Jack: no it's ok...you see...I at one point had some dear friends, specially one...she was great...sadly fate wasn't that great towards her....not Society...not the teachers....not even her own family....she....then one day send a final letter towards her friends and let's just say I was one of those she hold dear
Pyrrha: what...happened?
Jack: she was found dead...self induced cuts, and her alcohol levels were high and she also took some pills...we then learned that her father abused her physically and her mother mentally...as for her brother....he didn't give a fuck...not even after her death...didn't even bother to show to her burial or funeral
Pyrrha: I'm...I'm sorry....if I would of known-
Jack: is not your fault

We then had an awkward silence but I broke it by giving him a last hug.

Pyrrha: still...thank you for being there for me

Jack POV

She then walked out of the classroom and I decided to open the peace of cloth.

Jack: dear god...I must be a hero or something

I then left the peace in my desk and walked outside.

Time skip next day

I was just waking up and I did my usual routine. I took a shower, got dressed and ate Monster with cereal. And then I went outside to walk for sometime. I then start thinking of what happened yesterday. Then out of nowhere I see team CRDL walking through out the courtyard and I stoped them.

Jack: what are you guys up to?
Cardin: we were going out sir
Jack: oh really?

I then let them go and I just keep on walking just thinking...thinking why...why was I feeling bad. I then stoop in the garden and sit there, just looking at the sky...after a few minutes the sky was starting to get cloudy but I didn't move.

Jack: why do I feel hunted...I only helped her, nothing more nothing less
???: maybe is because this is not who you are
Jack: oh it's you...how are you?
???: I'm good...gotta say, I'm not use to seeing you like this
Jack: you don't say
???:let's change the subject...how's my sister?
Jack: doing something fucked up if I'm not mistaken
???: that sounds just about right...I'll get out of your hair...but last minute advice...she got over it cause someone helped her, don't you think you need the same?

He then walked away and I was left with a really good question.

Time skip classroom

I was in my classroom preparing for next week class and then I heard a knock on my door.

Jack: come in

Pyrrha then enters the room.

Pyrrha: you wanted to see me Professor?
Jack: please...don't call me that, at least not you. Look, I wanted to talk. I...don't know where to start

I then see she gets a smile and takes Aria's sit and sits next in front of me.

Pyrrha: I'm all ears
Jack: you see, after what happened yesterday I have been having this feeling...I feel empty but also...I don't know exactly...I...I-
Pyrrha: do you want help? Like....telling me something you wouldn't tell anyone....something that only a handful of people or something that you will not tell a anyone

I then started thinking but nothing came to mind. No mater how hard I would try. Nothing would come to it.

Jack: sorry...I don't even know where to start...this...this is something I don't even understand myself
Pyrrha: what if you tell me everything from the beginning, your childhood up to this day, and be honest
Jack: what are you? My Psychiatrist? HA HA HA

I then look at her and she looked like she was analyzing me.

Jack: what?
Pyrrha: nothing...why are you so....psychotic from time to time?
Jack: I'm not psychotic...at least I wasn't as a child
Pyrrha: so your a sociopath then...why do you find amusement in pain? You have demonstrated that in the past
Jack: well I think it would of have to started when I met my father, he gave me my powers, his the demon part of me, literally I'm half demon
Pyrrha: I guess you should try to explode those pent up emotions, listen to music, I did that when I tried to get over Jaunes death

I then started to think about, it made sense...I think.

Jack: fine
Pyrrha: what type of music you like?
Jack: I like Skillet
Pyrrha: Oh I love Skillet...I have a good one

She then took my computer and started to look music on it. She then connected my PC to the projector in the classroom and started playing the music.

Pyrrha: I'm sure your gonna love this song
Jack: what song is it?
Pyrrha: Those nights...tell you what, what if we both sing to it
Jack: fine

We then stop singing and for some reason having that moment with her made me feel....alive, probably a life of just coldness and darkness is not meant for me, sure I enjoy it but it feels....nice.

We then got out of the room and grabbed some lunch.

Aria POV

I was hanging out with team CFVY. Gotta say, Coco does know how to party.

Coco: hey where are we going?
Aria: to my classroom, I forgot my scroll there earlier
Velvet: then let's hurry, the others are waiting for us
Aria: it will be quick

We then entered the room and I walked towards the desk. I opened the drawer to find my scroll. But as I was about leave I noticed a piece of cloth in the desk.

Coco: now what?
Aria: you guys go ahead, I'll catch up
Velvet: alright, let's go Coco

I then open the peace of cloth and I was shocked. I saw a bloody razor blade and a note next to it.

I don't know how to say this but, I wanna say thank you for everything. I know we came in the wrong foot but I don't know why, I fell better after what you did. I'm grateful that fate was able of putting you here at this time. Or I don't know what I would of done.

I then smile as I finish reading the letter and I put as it was. I the walked towards the bullheads.

Aria: mhmm...looks like your more human than what you wanna admit
