The Earth of The Absolute Shounen Jump verse has Multiple Moons with two of them being Visible in the Night and two them Being used.

The Smaller one is used by Bulma Briefs as A Massive Moon sized Gravity Training room but the Bigger one is Ruled by two Factions.

One Side is Ruled by the Inhumans who are A Race of People born with Super Powerpowers and are Led by Blackbolt and the other side is ruled by the Moon People who are Small Diminutive Creatures with small wings and Spears ruled over by Their King Eneru after he was sent into space by Monkey D. Luffy.

Eneru Tried to Challenge Blackbolt one for his Side of the Moon but he ended it with Just One Whisper that being "Enough" and he Blew away Eneru within an Inch of His Life. Now That Eneru was beaten Twice he opted to Train using the moon's lower gravity to Train his strength with weights and agility by doing the same but running, and soon he had awakened his devil fruit from being the Rumble rumble Fruit Into the Mythical Zoan Human Human fruit: Model Indra!!

He then challenged Blackbolt again...
