The last Twilight movie came out years and years and years ago, right.

True story, it was kinda shit.

But whatever.

I think the people acting in it thought it was shit too.

But what irks me is that there are so many people just not willing to give movies a chance because someone from Twilight is acting in it. That is the most daft thing I've heard.

Robert Pattinson in Water for Elephants was AMAZING! No he was not at all the same as he was in Twilight. I absolutely adored Jacob Jankowski!

And I might get flack for this but has anyone watched Personal Shopper? I thought Kristen Stewart was pretty damned cool in that role.

It's like people hate on Twilight but they're so willing to keep that engine running that it blinds them to other things.

And don'teven get me started on the whole "Oh I ONLY love Harry Potter!" And apparently you can't be a fan of anything else because then you lose your HP Fanclub fucking membership.

What the fuck? Can we please stop being so narrow and boring! There are so many fucking genres out there to love!

And just because you love one, DOES NOT mean you can't love the others!

You can totally love romance and cry when things end up happily and you can also love horror and action and fantasy all at the same time.

Just give things a damned chance!
