They are called the Avatar. They are called the Absolute. The reason is because they are powerful. They might not be an official avatar but together, they are on par with an experienced avatar.

They are made up of four benders from the four different nations; fire, earth, water and air. Their true identities are unknown but their motives aren't. They have the same goal as every avatar in history; to keep the peace between the nations.

They may have only been a team for a couple of months but they have retaken dozens of towns in the Earth nation. They could undo a hundred years worth of destruction in a short while.
