The entire nation is buzzing with the news that the golden maknae of BTS is rumoured to be dating a fellow idol.

Photos of BTS Jungkook and Twice Mina have been circulating the internet.

The two were caught exiting a luxury brand store with shopping bags in both hands.

It was no secret that BTS had been busy with their world tours and had just landed in Korea for a short break. Perhaps this is the act of a loving boyfriend making it up to his girlfriend?

It hasn't been the best morning, especially when she was woken up only to be greeted with this kind of garbage.

She covered her face with the pillow and screamed. Lalisa Manoban was furious.

Not because she was jealous but because of how petty people could be.

Fans think they own their idols when in fact they don't. Why do they keep on crossing the line? Idols are humans too, hence they have the right to live their life as they want.

"Who are they to decide on anything we do in our personal lives?" She asked no one in particular.

In her frustration, Lisa couldn't help the tears that escaped from her eyes. She was overwhelmed because behind the anger that she was feeling there was a deep seated fear for her relationship with Jungkook.

Is this what we'll be facing when the time comes? We've been lucky so far but for how long can we keep this up? Can we keep it a secret for two more years? What happens if someone catches us before then?

Lisa was about to reply when she received a call from Jungkook. She immediately answered knowing he was probably feeling guilty right now.

"Babe—" she answered but was abruptly cut off by Jungkook's panicked monologue.

"God Lisa. This is all my fault. I shouldn't have asked for her help. I should have done things myself. Shit shit shit.... what do I do Lisa???!!! Why was I so stupid?"

It hurt her hearing him breakdown, blaming himself for something that was out of his control. Though Lisa couldn't see him, she knew that her boyfriend was probably holding in his tears.

"Lisa, why aren't you even asking me about what happened?" Jungkook quivered.

"Kook-ah, I know you. I trust you. I know you wouldn't do something as stupid as cheat on me. Plus this is Mina we're talking about, she's too much of angel to backstab someone. Also she just spilled the beans on me who she's crushing on right now. And as handsome as you are Kookie, that ain't you."

He calmed down a bit and chuckled. "How do you do that? How could you be rational at times like these?"

"I'm just that great of a person, did you not know?" Lisa smiled at hearing him laugh at her answer.

"Kookie, don't blame yourself alright? That fan's actions are his own. He would have been triggered by some other news and done the same thing. Let's just be thankful that nothing major happened to Mina. Hmm?"

"I love you Lalisa. I wonder sometimes what I've done in my past life to deserve such an amazing girlfriend."

She blushed, warmth filling her insides at his compliment. He claims he's the lucky one but Lisa thinks it was the other way around.

"Must have saved an entire nation Kook," she joked. "Are you in Bighit?"

"Yeah. I already talked with Bang PD and explained what happened. He's contacting JYP at the moment so I'm left waiting outside," he sounded anxious.

"It's going to be okay Kook. It's not like they're gonna make you announce some kind of fake relationship," she jabbed.

"Har d har har. You're such a comedian today aren't you?"

Jungkook paused before asking hesitantly, "are you really okay about the pictures?"

She sighed because the pictures were of no concern to her. It was the comments and reactions that made her nervous.

"Jeon Jungkook, will you tell me if I ask about it right now?"

"uhhhh, maybe?" He sounded hesitant even to Lisa's ears.

"Is there a reason why you can't tell me?"

"Yes doll," he whispered.

Lisa puffed her cheeks, smiling at hearing the nickname. At least now she knows that her boyfriend was feeling better.

"Will you tell me eventually?"

"Of course Lalisa. I know it sounds bad but I can't tell you right now because Mina might just actually kill me."

Jungkook and Lisa laughed knowing their friend would lose her shit at him spilling whatever it is, especially after what she went through.

"Then I'm not gonna ask. I trust you Jungkook," she reiterated.

He sighed in relief. "I love you Lalisa."

"I love you too. Both of you will get through this and if there is anything I can do just tell me okay?"

Even if we have to reveal the truth. It's better for me to be hurt than any of my friends.

Lisa could hear voices. It seemed like someone was calling for Jungkook's attention. "Doll, I have to go. I think they finally have a plan. I'll call you when this is over."

"Alright. And if you see Mina please give her a hug for me," she said and ended the call.

She hoped that even if it was a tiny bit, her unwavering trust would lessen his burden.

Waking her up from her reverie, Lisa didn't expect another call.

Her eyes widened at the name flashing on her screen. Lisa gulped before answering the call.

"Sajangnim annyeonghaseyo."
