Recently I have been talking to publishers about "Star Fox: Eclipse," and according to them, I am required to contact Nintendo and ask for permission to use their characters/elements in my novel before it can be published... So I have made my first attempt in contacting them, wish me luck... The publishers say there's a high chance they will allow me to use Star Fox, since it only acts as further marketing for Nintendo... But that doesn't guarantee it, I'm not sure yet.
