There are, of all my OCs, exactly 4 people who can perform magic:

Alene
Vars
Sabel
Sten

The last two might surprise you, but hear me out.

Vars Køhler, or 2P!Rømø, is able to: see into both the future and the past, and he is able to control wind and create tornadoes and such. He can achieve this by meditating. Controlling wind and seeing the future usually takes more time and concentration than looking into the past.

Alene Ø Bondevik, or Faroe Islands, is able to produce light balls, and she is very good at finding ways to hide everything, from herself to dirt on the ground, as she can turn visible things invisible, and the other way around. She usually does this by casting a spell, or concentrating on what she wants to happen. Usually when she performs her favorite spell, which is to turn herself (+ clothing) invisible, she does it away from everyone, as she is lifted off of the ground when she casts it. She doesn't need to use spells to create a light, but that also means she can't creat lights when she's nervous or sleepy, as she needs to concentrate to be able to create them.

Sabel Sø Køhler, or København, is a medium, however an untrained one. Sometimes, she will get visions of people in her city who die, and sometimes she will hear sentences in her sleep that don't make sense. She hasn't found someone who can teach her how to deal with it yet, and she appreciates any tips she can get.

Sten Væg Køhler, or 2P!København, is able to see when people die. This might seem like creepy magic, but it is really useful if you know what to do. Sten is (sometimes) able to convince people not to do something, which most of the time results in at least some extension of their time alive. She is completely aware that she possesses magic, however she finds it cool and she knows how to control it, so she doesn't have to see numbers everywhere, all the time.
