8 years old me: *screaming internally because I love writing*
Teacher: There is however a theme: love. Afterwards, you can write whatever you want as long as it's about love. You can start !
*20 minutes later*
Teacher: *leans over my shoulder* What are you writing, Delia?
8 years old me: It's two lovers who love each other very very much. One day, the girl meets a wizard, and the wizard hypnotizes her into stabbing her lover in the heart! And as she is super sad, she throws herself into the lake to drown because she is no longer hypnotized at the end! And they die together!
Teacher: ...Alright...

7 yo me to my cousin: Do you want to play Petshops with me?
My cousin: Okay!
7 yo me: And we'll play in a Petshop world where boys don't exist! And the girls can be in love with each other if they want!
My cousin: Ew, no! It's disgusting !
7 yo me: *arms crossed* YOU are disgusting!

My father: *almost choking on his coffee* What-what did she say?
8 yo me: She say babies are made by making love but I don't know what that means?
My father: Forget that immediately.
*The next day at school*
8 yo me: Hey, Kenza! What is it to make love? You said that the other day...
My old friend: *goes into a super detailed explanation of what sex is*
8 yo me: *traumatized* EWWW! IT'S DISGUSTING ! I WILL NEVER MAKE LOVE!!!
