here's a little life update about things that have happened recently i started physical therapy for my left arm here:s a little back story because i have never mentioned it here before so the first time that i injured my arm i can't remember what year it was but in it was December 19th I was either 12 or 13 i think i also can't remember what grade I was invited to a sleep over birthday party and we went ice skating and i have never done that before so because i was stupid i left the wall and i fell and caught my arm certain way to stop my the impact when i fell backwards and after that my arm hurt so bad to the point i couldn't move it or anything and i thought it was broken but after Christmas i went to urgent care and got an X-ray and it wasn't broken but bruised badly and after that i had a little weakness in my arm and had a burning feeling and aching and a popping in my arm and go to present day on September 6th we went to the park for my uncles birthday and me and my cousin played volleyball for most of the day but i would would trip due to gopher hole and i would catch myself the same i did when i caught myself when i fell when i ice skated when everything was over and we heading home i was in the car and noticed that my arm was swollen and it hurt so bad i went to urgent care and got an x-ray and it wasn't broken but bruised again and was told to wear a brace this time but after it was supposed to be healed I noticed a huge difference in my arm there was a lot more weakness and my arm i had to stop basically everything this time because of the burning and aching and there is this popping but in my wrist and you can actually see it when i do the certain movement and so i went to the physical therapist and she told me that it what was they called a sprain and that my bones were moving and that if in a month if physical therapy isn't helping then i need to go back to the doctor and get more tests done so yeah that's how that went. thank you for listening to my rant and life update i decided to update 3 times just because i haven't updated so hope you guys enjoyed and hope you guys have a good day/night😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕
