I was reading this book and the main character (Lark) wanted to meet some friends and on his way some dude appeared from behind a tree and offered him dr0gs. 

Lark said no and then the dude explained to them that they arent talking about real dr0gs more about some sort of mushroom? (I read the in german, I dont know if they meant a real mushroom or something else sry) and that their ancestors used these to make medicine. 

Lark still said no and then the dude went like „Yeah, maybe you shouldnt try it. You probably havent reached the right time in your life yet to try it. And the people that read this book wouldnt want you to try it."

And Lark went „WhAt?"

But the dude just disappeared again...

He broke the fourth wall.

Ich habe das Buch weitergelesen und der Hauptcharakter (Lark) wollte sich mit Freunden*innen treffen als auf einmal diese eine Person aufgetaucht ist und demm Dr0gen angeboten hat.

Dey hat abgelehnt und dann her die Person demm erklärt, dass es keine Dr0gen sind wie Meth oder so sondern Pilze, die deren Vorfahren für Medizin verwendet haben.

Dey hat trotzdem abgelehnt und dann hat diese Person gesagt: „Ja, vielleicht solltest du es nicht probieren. Wahrscheinlich hast du den richtigen Zeitpunkt in deinem Leben, um es zu probieren, noch nicht erreicht. Außerdem würden die Leute, die dieses Buch lesen, nicht wollen, dass du es versuchts."

Und Lark hat geantwortet: „Was?"

Und dann ist diese Person eif wieder verschwunden.
