Follow my steps
1. Go somewhere comfortable to sit or lay. If you sit, put your back straight, don't slump. If you lay, do the same, but maybe something or somewhere comfy.
2. Listen to the video.
3. Take deep breaths, in through your nose, out through your mouth.
4. Forget all depression, stressful things, hate, madness.. any thoughts having you stressed.
5. Make sure your eyes are closed.
6. Pretend your own imagination.
I suggest you to start now, remember the steps, and keep your eyes shut.
Breaths in through your nose, out of your mouth. Forget all worries.
