So I dyed my hair pink and I told the girl I wanted pastel pink. And I even sent her this picture so she could know what to get:

But then she dyed it and this happened

I mean,, it's kinda the right colour on the sides, but it's uneven and the top is brighter and she's a professional, she's supposed to know how to do these things.

And she defended herself by saying the dye was supposed to be pastel and "it's a new product" ...thanks for testing new products on me??? And she fucked up my mom's hair too and she wasn't very professional.

She said to get head and shoulders shampoo so I could wash it out and it'll fade but... Why did I pay you to do smt I didn't ask for?

Anyways, I'm kinda annoyed. I mean, it still looks nice, but it's not what I wanted so I'm irritated. Wtv I'll get used to it and it'll fade ig.
