The sun, a golden orb, cast its warm glow upon the bustling city, illuminating a world of opulence and privilege. Amidst this tapestry of life, Tarika, a radiant maiden, lived a life of unparalleled luxury. Her beauty was a legend whispered upon the breeze, a symphony of exquisite features - raven hair cascading like a silken waterfall, eyes that held the depth of a starlit sky, and a smile that could melt the coldest heart. At 5'9', she exuded an ethereal grace, her every movement a captivating hearts of many.

Tarika's days were filled with designer labels, lavish parties, and the pursuit of perfection. Her heart beat in time with the rhythm of her city, a symphony of champagne flutes clinking and the soft murmur of privileged conversations. She was a princess in her own right, adored by her family and friends, her future as bright as the diamond ring adorning her finger.

Tarika Mom: Tari.. jaldi karo hume shaadi ka lehnga bhi dekhne jaana hain.

Tarika's Mom voice tinged with excitement, echoed through the boutique while other glanced at her while Tarika twirled in a long, flowing dress, her reflection shimmering in the mirror. Her cheeks flushed with a rosy hue as she gazed at her image, a vision of elegance and youthful charm.

Tarika : Mom look at this, it's beautiful.

Tarika adore herself looking in mirror blushing while her mom and friends smile at her.

Her mother's eyes filled with pride as she glanced at her daughter with happiness in her heart. 

TM: Tari, you are so beautiful. My princess(turned to the shopkeeper, her voice brimming with affection)Pack this one.

Tarika met her mother's gaze, a mischievous twinkle in her eye, and winked. As she moved to change, one of her friends scanned the shop with a worried expression.

Tarika's world was a whirlwind of anticipation. Her upcoming engagement to Rajveer, her beloved, filled her days with a joyous buzz. Her dreams were grand, her future meticulously planned - a breathtaking gown for her wedding, a sprawling mansion, and a successful business venture.

Tarika asked into her phone, her voice laced with impatience as she navigated her luxurious car through the city.

Tarika : Raj where are you? You know maine tumhare liye tumhari fav (Her gaze fell upon the sleek, silver timepiece resting on the passenger seat) watch li hain. You are gonna love this one.

Raj :(his voice filled the car, his tone warm and loving) Baby, tum mere liye jo bhi logi its going to be special for me (tarika blushed)Be there tonight we are goanna have a party. Love you.

Tarika: Love you to..

But fate, it seemed, had a cruel twist in store. Her world, so bright and promising, was about to be shattered.

As she drove, her eyes caught a glimpse of a brown Mercedes ahead, its sleek form disappearing into the traffic. A strange feeling, a sense of unease, washed over her. She felt compelled to follow.

At the next junction, A strange person man on his bike took an turn parking aside and sat on it, his eyes glued to his phone as he enjoyed the twilight breeze. 

Strange: What a perfect day.. (he mumbled, a note of melancholy in his voice)to collect souls.

His phone buzzed, a message displaying a chilling image.

{Name : Shayam Yadav. Age: 34 Years. Death : Bike Accident}

Stanger: Safety rules! (twilit his tounge)safety rules ye follow nahi karte aur marne ke baad dosh hame dete hain.

He sighed, rolling his eyes. His gaze drifted back to the phone, a grim reminder of the world's indifference. The signal turned green, and he began to count down munching chocolate.

'10...9...8...7...6...5...4...3...2...1...'

The light changed back to red, the screech of tires and the sickening crunch of metal against metal ripped through the air, shattering the illusion of a peaceful day. The traffic signal, its red light a beacon of impending doom, had become the catalyst for a chain reaction that would forever alter Tarika's fate. 

Tarika speeding car lost in a world of her own following a car, had recklessly crossed the intersection, colliding with a motorcyclist who crossed a red signal with speeding in the opposite direction. The biker, thrown from his vehicle, careened towards Tarika's car, his motorcycle a twisted, mangled mess. Tarika, behind the wheel, instinctively swerved to avoid the impact, her heart pounding in her chest, but the force of the collision sent her car spinning. The world turned upside down as Tarika's car flipped, landing with a sickening thud, its windows shattered, its once pristine paint job marred by scratches and dents. 

The horrific scene unfolded before the eyes of a strange man who had witnessed the entire incident, a puzzled expression etched across his face as he caught in the whirlwind of events, watched in stunned silence. 

Tarika, her eyes wide with disbelief, closed them, accepting the cruel fate that had befallen her.

Time seemed to stand still as Tarika's consciousness slowly returned. The jarring reality of her situation washed over her like a cold wave, a suffocating blanket of fear engulfing her being. The world around her was a blur of flashing lights, muffled whispers, and the acrid scent of smoke. As she opened her eyes, she found herself in a stark, white hospital room, the sterile environment a stark contrast to the vibrant life she had led. A woman, her face obscured by the shadows, slept peacefully on the couch, her presence a source of both comfort and confusion. Tarika tried to rise, but an invisible force held her down, a strange weight dragging her back to the hospital bed. Her body felt heavy, her limbs numb; a sense of utter helplessness overwhelmed her.

Then, with the suddenness of a lightning strike, she found herself standing on the precipice of a towering building, the wind whipping at her face, the ground far below a dizzying abyss. Her heart hammered against her ribs as she looked around, her eyes frantically searching for any familiar landmark, any sign of the world she knew. It was then, as she clung to the edge of the building, her knuckles white from the grip, that a figure emerged from the shadows.

The man, tall and imposing, his features obscured by the harsh light, had a sardonic smile playing on his lips and an unnervingly piercing gaze. He sat casually on the edge of the abyss, his posture radiating an unsettling confidence, his eyes twinkling with a mischievous glint. A thousand questions flooded Tarika's mind as she searched for any clue to this man's identity. Who was he? Why was she here? And how had she come to be on the precipice of this terrifying height?

Before she could voice her anxieties, the man's gaze met hers, and a surge of inexplicable recognition coursed through her. Something in his eyes, a flicker of familiarity, triggered a memory deep within her, a memory that seemed both far away and eerily close.

Person : Madam, speed limit ka naam suna hain?

The man asked, his voice a low rumble, a touch of amusement in his tone while Tarika stammered, trembling like a leaf.

Tarika : Mujhe... mujhe yaha se jaan hain? Main yaha kyu khadi hu? and Who are you?

Her voice was a mere whisper, barely audible above the wind howling around them. The man, a portly figure with a mischievous glint in his eye, materialized beside her in a flash. The speed of his movement was unsettling, a quick, almost supernatural shift that left Tarika gasping for breath. He yawned, his eyes flickering from her face to the dizzying drop below, and then, with an unsettling calm, he took a step. Tarika, her eyes wide with fear, gasped in disbelief.

Tarika : What the hell...

She watched in horror as the man, with a nonchalant air, stepped forward, his feet seemingly suspended in mid-air. His feet never touched the ground, he was floating, defying gravity. The shock of this sight sent a wave of fear crashing over her, and she instinctively pinched herself, a frantic attempt to break free from this terrifying dream. However, the pain that she was expecting never came. Her body felt numb, unreal.

The man turned, his gaze meeting hers, and a slow, sly smile spread across his face. His eyes, like pools of liquid darkness, seemed to penetrate deep within her, reading her thoughts, her fears, her soul.

Person: (Smiling) Welcome back, Tarika. Or should I say,(voice smooth, a touch of amusement underlying his words) Dr. Tarika?

Tarika :(confused)What? {confusion clouded Tarika's mind, her heart pounding against her ribs.  she gasped, her voice barely a whisper, she repearted her words}Who are you? Where am I? Ye kaunsa magic hain ya sapna? Kya hain?

Person: Fikar maat karo, tum abhi Yam ke samne khadi ho.. (roll his eyes with raising his collar, a gesture both arrogant and strangely unsettling)"Yam, Yam hain hum".

Tarika :(a choked laugh escaped her lips)What I am even dreaming.. hahaha...

Yam : (serious loud tone)"Yamraj" hain hum.

The man stated, his voice now a commanding roar, echoing through the empty space, each word carrying an undeniable power.  His words were accompanied by a sudden shift in the atmosphere. The sky darkened, the air grew heavy and moist, and a flash of lightning crackled across the heavens, casting a jagged, ominous light across the cityscape.

Tarika, her body trembling, her eyes wide with fear, rubbed her eyes, desperately hoping that this terrifying reality would vanish, that she would awaken back in the sterile, safe confines of her hospital room among her people.

The man, his gaze fixed on her, noticed her frantic movements, and with a slight shake of his head, he snapped his fingers. The scene around them shifted, the bleak cityscape replaced by a vibrant green garden, the harsh winds replaced by a gentle breeze, the cold air replaced by the warmth of the sun.

Tarika : (disbelief) ye sab aur agar aap Yamraj hote to..

Yam:(smirking interrupted her)Meri badi badi mujhe hoti, main gada leke ghumta and all that right?

Tarika, biting her lip, studied the man, her mind racing, trying to make sense of the impossible. His appearance, however, changed in a blink of an eye, the shift so sudden and unexpected that she gasped in surprise. She watched him from head to toe, tracing the lines of his face, the shape of his body, each detail a new puzzle piece in this bizarre situation.

Yam:Sirf duniya hi nahi lok parlok bhi develop ho raha hain Miss.Tarika.

Tarika:But Yamraj...

Yam: (interrupting)Call me Yam.. "Yam hain hum"

He stated his name, his voice carrying a strange authority as if he had declared a truth that had been lost to the world. He snapped his fingers again, and he changed once more, slipping into a new form, his appearance fluid and almost unsettling for Tarika.

Tarika:(storm her legs)What the hell.. I have to go back and..

Yam: (Chuckling) Don't worry, tum abhi nahi swarg mein ho nahi narak mein.(blinking at her) Wo edge of a building zyada hogaya tha na?

The man chuckled, his eyes twinkling with a strange light. He blinked at her, his gaze unwavering with smiling surprising Tarika with each sentence he spoke.

Tarika (emotion): Meri shaadi hone wali thi phir ye sab(she recalls her accident)mera accident hua tha aur ye and who the hell are you?

Yamraj: Ahe....(smiles at Tarika)Yam, call me Yam.. "Yam hain hum"

Tarika sighed, her body trembling, her mind unable to grasp the absurdity of the situation. She looked at him, her eyes searching for answers, for a shred of logic in this chaos. He circled her, his fingers snapping again and again, each snap a new transformation, each transformation more bewildering than the last.

Tarika :(softly whispering) I don't get it,ye sab kya hain?

Yam: (smiling) Isse kehte hain a 'Soul Swap Experience' - a unique reinacar...

Tarika: (Interrupting irritated with shock) What! You swapped my soul with who?

Yam: (Rolling his eyes) I'm not a telemarketing scammer, darling! Ye ek unique reincarnation experiment hain.

Tarika: (hitting her forehead) This is insane! Meri shaadi hone wali thi Rajveer se, Mr.Yam jante bhi ho uska kya haal hua hoga mujhe aise dekhe aur meri family and my dear friends.. sab ko kitni takleef hui hain. (snaps her fingers at him)Mujhe abhi ke abhi wapas jaana hain.

Yam:(chuckles) Delusional people (smirks at her,his eyes filled with a cruel amusement)Wapas jaane ka to bhul jao kyu ki jis tarika ko tum janti ho wo ab iss duniya mein nahi rahi, she is "Dead"

Tarika gasped, her breath catching in her throat. The man, Yam, snapped his fingers again, and a holographic board of scenes appeared around her, a cruel, undeniable timeline of her final moments. She saw her accident, the chaos, the wreckage, the lifeless stillness of her body. She saw her family's despair, their grief palpable, their cries echoing through the air. She saw the somber rituals, the final farewells, the emptiness left behind.

Yam:(circling around the scenes)Tumhara accident hoke pure 3 hafte hogaye hain.

Tarika : What?(hold her head)phir main to yaha.. its confusing what is actually happening.

Yam: (Smiling) Well, that's the catch. You get a second chance at life as not the rich girl Tarika Khanna but merely a doctor.. Dr.Tarika Gupta.

Tarika:(shocked)What?

Yam:(smiling)yep.. ek doctor hain and uska bhi accident hua tha 6 saal phele aur abh tumhare pass ek chance hain uski body mein enter karne ka warna... (With a mischievous flick of his finger, a portal to hell opened before them, a swirling vortex of flames and shadows, filled with the screams of the damned. The air crackled with an otherworldly energy, the smell of sulfur filling the air. The sight of the portal sent shivers down Tarika's spine, a primal fear deep within her warning of the horrors that awaited..)ya yaha jaa sakti ho.

Tarika:(rolling her eyes)Lekin mujhe ye second chance kyu?

Tarika asked, her voice barely a whisper, her eyes fixed on the terrifying portal. Yam looked at her for a few seconds then stretched his arms, a wide grin spreading across his face.

Yam :Because I am boared..

Tarika, her mind struggling to grasp the absurdity of the situation, glared at him, a mix of anger and bewilderment in her eyes.

Yam :(smiled at her)Yam hu to kya hua, roz routine kar kar ke main bhi bore hojata hu, isliye I want something new..(he winked, his eyes twinkling with a mischievous glint)something exciting isliye ye sab but agar tumhe ye sab nahi chaiye to.. (with another flick of his finger, the portal to hell opened wider, the screams of the damned growing in volume, the flames dancing with an unsettling intensity.)

Tarika:(trembling) ok.. ok.. fine.

Yam's laughter echoed through the portal as he watched Tarika's face contort in a mixture of fear and resignation.

The air hung heavy with the scent of jasmine and the gentle rustle of leaves in the Flourish Garden. Yet, a wave of unnatural chill swept through the idyllic setting as Yam, a mischievous being with eyes twinkling like mischievous stars, watched Tarika's face contort in a mix of disbelief and trepidation. His laughter, like tinkling wind chimes, echoed through the portal they stood before.

Yam:(happily) wow that was quick balike(winks at her)abh life mein thoda fun aayega, I was so boared seriously (he smiled, a hint of mischief playing at the corners of his lips)Welcome to my duniya jaha seconds chances milte hain ek twist ke saath.

Tarika : Twist???

Tarika's voice, barely a whisper, trembled with apprehension. Her eyes widened, unable to comprehend the whirlwind of events unfolding around her. Yam stepped closer, a mischievous glint in his eye as he flicked his fingers, weaving a spell of shimmering energy around her. In a flash, she disappeared from the Flourish Garden, leaving only an echo of her startled gasp in the air.

Yam:(snapping his fingers, his voice resonating with a playful confidence,)Yam, "Yam hain hum"

CID HEADQUARTERS :

The CID Headquarters thrummed with tension as Tarika, clad in a rumpled white coat, stood beside a lifeless figure, her face pale, her eyes wide with a fear she couldn't quite grasp. The air seemed to crackle with an unsettling energy as she whispered to a faint, shimmering figure hovering nearby.

Tarika:So, you're saying Mrs. Kapoor was murdered?

Abhijeet, the senior officer who stood nearby, his sharp eyes narrowed as he observed her, a sense of unease creeping into his usually stoic demeanor.

Abhijeet :(rolling his eyes)Kya keh rahi hain aap ne Dr.Tarika?

Tarika shook her head, her gaze darting nervously between the corpse and the ghostly figure. Abhijeet noticed her trembling hands, a stark contrast to the confident, capable forensic doctor he knew. Years of working alongside her had taught him to read her every nuance.

Abhi :(thinking)Ye Tarikaji ko ho kya gaaya hain(he mused, a frown furrowing his brow)6 saal phele to aisi na thi to abh? Kahi coma se itne salo baad bhar aane ki wajha to nahi.. (He bit his lip, his mind racing to find an explanation for this sudden change in her. He reached out to her, intending to offer a reassuring word, but she flinched, a gasp escaping her lips. Her eyes widened in terror as she cried out)Dr.Tarika..

Tarika:Ahaaaaaa...

Salunke, the ever-vigilant Forensic Doctor, Senior Inspector Daya Abhijeet's sub originate, his juniors Inspector Sachin, Shreya and Purvi looked up, Salunke his voice sharp with concern.

Salunke: Kya kar rahe ho Abhijeet... 

Abhi :(stepping away from her)Maine kya kiya?Main to bas bula raha tha Dr.Tarika ko aur..

Tarika, her chest heaving with each ragged breath, apologized,glancing at the dead body and clenching her fist.

Tarika :(breathing heavily) I am..i am sorry..

She stepped back, her gaze flickering nervously around the room. Everyone, from the seasoned officers to the freshly recruited constables, watched her with an unsettling mix of curiosity and concern. She met Abhijeet's gaze, and a tremor ran through her, a palpable fear radiating from her very being.

Daya :(siding to Abhi side)Boss, kya kiya tumne?

Abhi :(glaring at him)Daya main bas case ke details puch raha tha.

Daya: (nodding his head)6saalo baad wapas aayi hain wo thoda time do usse wapas cases pe hold lene ka tab tak tum please salunke sir se baat karo inn sab ke baremein.

Abhijeet, though troubled by her sudden change in behavior, heeded Daya's advice and turned his attention to Salunke, engaging in a quiet discussion about the case. However, his mind was preoccupied with Tarika's inexplicable fear. He couldn't shake the feeling that something was terribly wrong.

Abhi : Dr.Tarika kabhi ek dead body ko dekhke ghabarati nahi thi phir aaj kya hua usse? Kyu wo.. kuch to gadbad hain Abhijeet.. pata lagna padega ye Dr.Tarika akhir hain kaun?

His suspicions deepened as he watched the person standing near the dead body glance at him, a flicker of something unsettling in their eyes. He rolled his eyes, his gaze catching Yam perched on a cloud high above, smirking down at the scene unfolding below.

Yam:(Whispering) This is going to be one hilarious reinacar... I mean, soul swap experience! Ye khaani to dilchap hone wali hain, har ek scene ke saath.
