At the mall.
Date: 10/6/20.

"Should I buy this top"?, I asked turning around.
Advitha looked at me and at the top, scrutinizing it and a let out a deep sigh.
" My dear dumb best friend, You'll look like a chameleon in that top"

"Yup. It'll suit your personality perfectly", Niteesha piped up from behind.

" Here try this". Advitha thrusted a black off-shoulder top and a pair of denim shorts.

I walked into the changing room and striked a few poses in the outfit.
Hey! Don't judge. "Sabko Kabhi-kabhi woh model wali feels boht achi lagti hain." (Everyone likes feeling like a model sometimes).

I came out of the changing room and Advitha and Niteesha were grinning like idiots.

"Aagi mujhe pata tha ye dress tere liye hi bani hain." Niteesha said.
(I knew this dress was made for you.)
"Chal jhooti" Kapde tho main ne doondhe the." Advitha shot back.
(Liar. I was the one who found the clothes).

"If you guys are done, then can we go and get our things billed?" I asked both the lunatics, who were still bickering.

"Yup" Both of them replied in unison.

As we got our stuff billed, I got a call from my dad.
"Hi papa", I said, answering the call.
"Hi Aagi. How are you bacche?", Dad asked.
" I'm good. What about you and ma?"
"Both of us are doing fine. When are you going to come home?"
"Probably by 9:30 ."
"Okay. my dad replied.
" Also I'm very proud of you Aagi. You've grown up so much, that its getting hard to believe " , dad said.
" Yes, Aagi. You have no idea how happy we are" , it was mumma this time.
"Thankyou. I love you guys a lot."
"We love you too Aagi. Bye"
"Bye".

" Let's go to the food court", niteesha said.
"Bhukkad", me and advi shot back at her.
" Hey! Tum dono se tho kam hi khati hun"
We continued are useless banter till we reached the food court.
I ordered Pizza, garlic bread, sprite and chocolate mousse.
If you leave it to me, I'll eat pizza for all three meals.

The thing in malls is that you don't realise how fast time passes and if it's with your friends, you don't feel like leaving.

But sadly, I had to go home. We got into the metro again and the time to go home came.
Bye! See you soon, they told me.
Oh!, I was going to see them for sure but I didn't know it was going to be in a completely different scenario.
