Third Person's POV

Right before their very eyes, our heroes and Korrina witnessed Mega Lucario out of control! Then Korrina's Grandfather Gurkinn also known as the Mega Evolution Guru gave Korrina a brand-new trial, travel to Pomace Mountain to visit a trainer who also has a mega-evolved Pokémon, and our heroes are going along as well. Gurkinn told Korrina's older brother Xavier to travel along with our heroes to take note of any updates involving Korrina and Lucario's process.

As for now Ash, Pikachu, Korrina and Lucario are having a practice battle with Xavier watching them while taking notes as Eli was with the others preparing the table for lunch break.

Bonnie looks up at looks at the blue hair young man "Hey, Eli; I beginning to wonder of how cool you would be if you have a sibling" she said.

Before Eli could say anything Gary butts in "Eli does have sibling, he's the youngest of three siblings to be specific" he explains.

Maddie nods "I'd figured he did sure give me vibes of someone who has either one or two siblings" she said.

Eli blushes "I really don't talk about my family that often, don't I?" he then questioned.

"Well, we recently learned that your father was a famous pastier in Kalos, but what about your mother or your siblings? I hope if it's not a bother asking" Clemont said.

Eli shakes his head "is not a bother at all, I mean you didn't ask me anything about it until now" he said as he checks on the food "alright it's ready" he stated before looking at the youngest of the group "Bonnie, can you go get Korrina, Ash, and Xavier to come here, tell them that lunch is ready" he tells the younger blonde who nodded at him.

"Sure, I'll be right back" she said before she leaves.

Clemont, Serena and the twins look at Eli confused which he noticed "Oh don't worry I will tell you, I just referred when everyone is gather just so I don't have to repeat myself; although Ash and Gary already know for obvious reasons" he explains.

After a few seconds of waiting Ash, Korrina and Xavier arrived and they all gathered.

"Eli, can you tell us about your family now?" Bonnie then asked.

Hearing that made Ash almost choke on the sandwich he was eating.

"Well, I guess I can give it a go; I mean I can't blame anyone since I've been barely asked about them, the last time I talk about them was with Ryuu and some of his friends he made in Unova" Eli tells them "Well, to start off let me tell you the fact that I'm the youngest of three siblings, with the older brother being Samuel, and the second oldest being my sister Nejire" he explains.

Serena hears the name of the blue hair male's sister and couldn't help but think "Nejire...why does that sound...familiar?" she mutters to herself as Fennekin looks at its trainer curious while tilting it's head.

"My family was always a bunch of type of trainers that made huge impact of everyone's lives, like my mom, she was a top coordinator and former queen, but she retired from preforming and contests completely when she got pregnant with me; she did everything that she could in her power so that not just me but also for Sam and Neji to have a parent to always be there for them; Sam now's trying out to accomplish a dream that he told our father one time is that one day he'll run his own Pokémon Gym" Eli then tells them while looking down with a sad smile.

Ash and Gary notices this and feel empathy for the bluette male.

Xavier noticed "Eli, you know you don't have to tell us in full detail is okay if you still feel uncomfortable talking about it"

Eli chuckle "you remined me of Ren one of Ryuu's friend always the calming one, but I want to, besides you'll know about it sooner or later; the reason why talking about my father is sensitive for me, because he passed away a year before I turned ten" he said making everyone minus the two Kantonians and their Pokémon and Sylveon gasped "but I did wanted to make him proud of me so I bowed that no matter what path I'll take I'll dedicate every success to him, and then I found love and passion for Pokémon contests, and that's what I did if I win the Grand Festival I would've made my dad proud" he then says as Sylveon jumps on the blue hair male and nuzzles its head with Eli's "Yeah, he would be proud of you too Sylveon" he added.

"You sure love your family a lot, but what about your sister what she does for living" Clemont questioned.

"Like me she's a Top Coordinator as well, then she moved to Kalos to pursue a fashion designing career" he said before thinking.

"Wait so she's here in Kalos?" Maddie then asked.

"Yeah, if I'm lucky we might run into her one of these days" Eli responds.

Ash and Gary shivered at the thought of seeing the mentioned female; Ash then turns his attention to Korrina who's now with Serena as they see how much Lucario's enjoying Serena's Poképuffs.

"Hey Korrina, you've been with Lucario since you were really little, right?" Ash then asked the lighter blonde female who turns back to the ravenette Kantonian.

"That's right, but back then, it was still a Riolu, like Maddie and Whitley said before" she responds.

Whitley looks at Xavier's Gallade who's seemed to have a friendly conversation with Eli's Gardevoir "I'm guessing you're the same with Gallade, are you, Xavier" he asked the elder blonde.

Xavier nod while looking at Gallade "yeah, back then it was a Ralts then a Kirlia and then it evolved to a Gallade due to a dawn stone" he explains.

"So what kind of training have you two done so far?" Gary then asks.

Eli feels relieved that he doesn't have to talk about his family more because family topic really overwhelmed him.

Korrina tries to remember "Well, you know..." she mutters as she tried to remember.

"Allow me, Korri; The Shalour Gym involves specialty in fighting type Pokémon which are the Types both Gallade and Lucario are" Xavier explained as the mentioned Pokémon look at the taller blonde "so trainer and Pokémon alike work hard because they have to be really strong" he continues.

Then Korrina spokes up "Xavi and I battled Grandfather's Lucario lots of times" she then said.

Clemont seems impressed "Wow, that's sounds like it's very good training for you" he said.

Korrina shrugs "Yeah, I guess" she said

"It's a lot harder than it sounds, even for Gallade and I; grandfather also introduced us to so many trainers in the process" Xavier added.

"Awesome!" Ash cheered.

Eli nod "you can say that again" he agrees with his best friend.

"And there was even a trainer who had a Pokémon that could Mega Evolve like Eli and Maddie" Korrina then said.

"Really? no way!" Ash stated with amazement.

Eli seems curious "And what Pokémon was it?" he asked.

Xavier chuckle "is an Ampharos" he responds.

"Wow, so Ampharos can Mega Evolve, too?" Ash questioned which Korrina nod in confirmation "Whoa! How cool is that!" he said.

"A Mega Ampharos sounds totally fascinating" Clemont commented as Bonnie looks down thinking about what would it be like if she had a Mega Ampharos of her own.

"I'd love to meet it" Serena said.

Maddie smile "me too" she agrees.

After a while our heroes are facing a cave

"It looks like this cave is a shortcut to Pomace Mountain" Serena points out while looking at her town map.

"Sounds good" Korrina responds before walking ahead with Lucario following behind her "Come on, let's go!" She then cheered.

Whitley chuckles lightly "is she always like this, Xavier?" he asked while Ash and the others walk right after Korrina.

"Most times" the older male responded "but she can also be serious when's needed" he added before he and Whitley then follow behind.

They all enter the cave as they walk deep in the cave they stopped at two different directions.

"Which way should we go?" Ash questions.

"It's like a maze in here" Clemont stated.

"You can say that again" Gary agreed.

Eli frown "If we lose our way, we're in trouble" he said.

"Veon" Sylveon agreed with its trainer.

"No problem!" Korrina said reassuring our heroes "If we trust our instincts we'll be fine" she stated.

"Oh no" Xavier mutter.

 "It's this way" she said before running off with Lucario running behind her.

then our heroes run to the path on the right, which little did they know they were followed by Team Rocket.

James looks at a small projector that he has in hand "says here that there's a large population of Noibat in this cave" he informs.

"Noibat, huh? Let's think this through" Jessie suggests before a idea pops in her head "I got it!" she stated

"Sounds like the way to go" James said while putting the projector away.

"A perfect plan to say the least" Meowth agrees.

Jessie looks confused "'Scuse me, I haven't said anything yet" she said to her comrades as a Noibat flew by them.

"Okay Inkay!" James calls out his Pokémon who appeared out of its Pokéball.

"I want you to scare the daylights out of that Noibat" Jessie said.

"Accomplish that with Psybeam" James adds

Inkay uses Psybeam as the Noibat dodges and out of anger it uses supersonic which was something Team Rocket wasn't expecting as a bunch of more Noibats begin to fly around the cave freaking everyone out 

meanwhile our heroes stop, and they see a barrage of Noibat charging and they were covering their heads.

"What's that!?" Gary questioned as Ash pulls out his Pokédex

"Noibat the Sound Wave Pokémon; Noibat's ears emits ultrasonic waves that can disturb it's prey's sense of hearing and damage opponents"

Eli crouches down wards remaining still as the Noibats calmed down as Sylveon used Protect to prevent them from getting hit from any Noibat

when the Noibat are now gone he only sees Sylveon and Umbreon while the others were nowhere to be seen "Where did everyone go?" Eli asked.

"Sylveon?"

"Umbre?"

Both Eeveelutions are as confused at the blue hair male.

Eli then gets up "Looks like we have to look for them, okay you two" he said looking down at the Intertwining Pokémon and the Moon Pokémon who agreed, and they continue on walking around the cave in search for Ash and the others if he was lucky.

"Ash! Clemont! Serena! Gary! Maddie! Whitley! Bonnie! Xavier!? Anyone!?" he called.

"Umbreon!" Umbreon cried calling for its trainer.

"Sylveon!" Sylveon also cried.

after a long time walking around the cave Eli decides to take a break and sit by a wall.

"I feel exhausted" Eli said before looking around the cave "if only I knew a way out of this cave" he said, Umbreon's ears flipped down feeling worried for Gary "I know you're worried about Gary, but knowing him, he doesn't know when to quit in finding you, so let's all rest and continue our search later okay?" he suggested.

Umbreon nodded "Breon" it cried while Sylveon patted Umbreon's head with its feelers comforting the Moon Pokémon.

Eli then pulls out two Poképuffs "here so that you get something to eat" he said.

Umbreon and Sylveon took bite of a Poképuff and they enjoy them Eli smiled as he sees a Noibat but it seemed scared.

Eli pulls another Poképuff and goes up to the Noibat but when he sees it it has a different color comparing with the Noibats from before

"Woah, what's with me and the shiny Pokémon?" he questions himself before handing the Poképuff to the Noibat "Here Noibat; this is for you, I hope you like it" he said with a smile.

Noibat looks at the Poképuff hesitated before smelling it and take a bite of it and its eyes lighten up and cries happily and grabs it with its feet and flies off.

"You're welcome!" Eli said while waving at Noibat who flew to who knows where.

Eli then took a nap, but that nap took a long sleep before a shadow covered him

The figure takes the appearance of a tall male. He has tufted black hair with grey streaks, pale grey eyes, and pale skin, and utilizes the tall male model. He bears a scar beneath his right eye; three scars extending from high on his neck down to his mid-chest, with one on the right, one on the left, and one along the midline; and scars on his left and right forearms. He wears a dark grey coat with a crimson lining, rhomboid silver buttons, and dark fur trim around the collar; a grey vest with a darker grey button-up shirt beneath and a loose red necktie; grey pants with handcuffs hanging from his belt; and tall black boots.

"Eli?" he whispered, and smile and gently patted the head "Who would've thought I'll be seeing my little brother again after so long" he said before looking at Umbreon and Sylveon "And Eevee you evolved too" he chuckled before humming when he sees Umbreon "That Umbreon isn't it Gary's?" he asked

Eli groans and opens his eyes and looks at a person's feet and he looks up and his eyes widen with shock to see who it is.

"S-Sam?" Eli questioned out of shock while Sylveon and Umbreon wakes up after the younger male.

Sylveon sees Sam who looks back at the Intertwining Pokémon and smile Sylveon runs to him and nuzzles Sam's knee making the taller male chuckle.

"You do remember me" Sam stated head petting Sylveon.

"How could Sylveon forget you were the one who gave dad's toy to Sylveon when it was a Eevee" Eli stated before noticing the scars on his noticeable neck "Sam..." he said.

Sam looks back at his little brother and realizes what he's looking at "Eli, is nothing to worry about, I was just saving a family of Rihorn but took damage by a angry Ursaring for protecting it" he explained.

"What about your Pokémon?" Eli asked.

"My Pokémon were getting attended by Nurse Joy at the time" He explained feeling embarrassed and shame "Sorry I worried you-woah!" he said before getting cut off by the bluette hugging his brother tightly "Eli?" he questioned his little brother's action.

"No, Sam; I'm the one who should be sorry, I worried Mom, I worried you, I worried Neji, Fuck! I even worried Professor Oak" Eli stated crying on his older brother "I'm sorry Samuel, I'm so sorry" he apologizes while breaking to sobbing on his brother's chest.

"Sylveon" Sylveon looks up at both trainers with sadness.

"Umbre" Umbreon stands next to Sylveon.

Sam pulls his little brother closer "Eli, is okay...there's no need to apologize, we understand; Gary told us what happened sure we were mad then, but we know how forgiving you are so we were expecting you to be traveling with Ash and Gary again according to auntie Delia" Sam points out.

"Don't get me started with her, I also worried her, she's like a second mother that we didn't knew we have" Eli admits.

"I know" Sam joked in reply.

"How you get here and when you get here?"

"Nejire needed Male models, so she's expecting me at Laverre City" Sam answered Eli's question.

"I see" the younger male said.

Then suddenly they heard a explosion sound from a distance from them.

"What's that?" Eli questioned.

"I wish I know" Sam responded before the two of them follow the sound with Sylveon and Umbreon following behind them but when they reached outside of the cave, they're facing what seem to look like a tree house.

"Where are we?" Sam then asked.

"Pomace Mountain, Where I was supposed to meet up with Ash and the others" Eli said.

"Others?" Sam repeated.

"Besides Ash, and Gary, I'm also traveling with five other trainers now we're accompanying a friend we made to meet up with a trainer who could help her and her Lucario master their mega Evolution" Eli explains.

"So, You, Ash, and Gary are traveling together?" he questioned.

Before Eli could even answer "we're blasting off again!" the two look up and they see Team Rocket being blasted off to who knows where.

"They're here, too?" Sam asked.

"Yep" Eli answered "I'm guessing that explosion earlier must be their doing and like always Ash and the others must had defeated them" he added before frowning "I still wondering how Korrina and Lucario are doing since Lucario lacks on control of its aura?"

"I'm also guessing that the lack of control must have something to do with the Mega Evolution phenomenon" Sam said which Eli nodded.

"There he is!" they turn back and they see Ash and the others running up to them.

Ash and Gary immediately stop and recognize the man next to Eli Clemont and Maddie noticed them and they also stop.

"Ash, are you okay?" Clemont asked.

"Yeah, you and Gary seemed like you saw a ghost" she stated.

Sam smiles "is nice to meet you all, my name is Samuel, feel free to call me Sam, I'm Eli's Older Brother" Sam introduces himself

Everyone else with the exception of the three foreign trainers looked at the older male dumbfounded "Eh!?"

Our Heroes reunited; Eli had a surprise reunion with his older brother Sam let's see how our heroes can deal once they meet the trainer Gurkinn told them to meet as the journey continues.
