Third Person's POV

Bonnie looks at a fountain and notices the reflection in the waterfall as she hears her brother calling "Bonnie!" She looks where Clemont's voice comes from and jogs in the direction

"Coming!" Bonnie catches up with her brother and friends and her future Brother in law "You're going to get lost if you keep wandering off like that" Bonnie cheers as she walks ahead giggling "I'm fine!" Clemont sigh as Eli pets Clemont on his back

Bonnie then stops as She and the others looks at a Pokemon who for our Kanto Boys is new

"Wow! I've never seen that Pokemon before" Ash States as Gary and Eli nod in agreement

"That is a Furfrou" Clemont explains as Ash turns his attention to Clemont "Furfrou?" Ash repeats as Eli pulls out his Pokedex

"Furfrou, the poodle Pokemon. Furfrou was assigned the task of protecting kings who ruled the Kalos region in ancient times."

Eli put his Pokedex away as Gary comments "although it looks different than in the Pokedex"

Serena Explains "it probably went to the groomer" The Kanto Boys turn to Serena and She explains while Bonnie just waves at the Furfrou who nods in return "There is a famous Pokemon Groomer in this town" She shows Ash and the others the location of the Pokemon Groomer "look at this"

"Pokemon Groomer?" Eli repeats "They're like Hair Dressers for Pokemon" Serena states " In the world of Pokemon Grooming, he's a superstar!" she presses the screen and shows a picture of a slim young male adult with short to shoulder brown hair with Bleached blonde on his bangs "wish I can meet him," Serena says dreamily

Bonnie skips around and cheers "yeah I wish I could meet him too" but then something jumps out of the bushes Bonnie sees a Furfrou but that land and accidentally bumps into her causing her to fall Furfrou looks at Bonnie and looks ashamed and check on her

"Bonnie!" Clemont dashes off towards his sister as the other follows her "Are you okay?" Ash ask

Then a Dark Blue hair girl appears from the bushes where the other Furfrou jumps out from she looks at the scene and runs towards them and apologizes to them "I'm so sorry! That Furfrou's with me" she gets down on her knees to check on Bonnie as Furfrou looks down apologizing too "Fur..."

The girl also notices something "oh no you scraped your knees" Bonnie waves them off "don't worry about me, I'm just fine"

-time skip-

Clemont put on one more bandage on Bonnie's knees "That should do it" Bonnie checks on Dedenne "Dedenne? How are you doing" Dedenne pops out of Bonnie's bag and cries happily "Dene!"

As the Kalos League continues to inspire Ash and Eli every step of the way, our heroes are now on the road to Ash and Eli's Second Gym Battle Challenge in Cyllage City Gym.

The Dark Blue hair girl apologizes as she bows "I'm so sorry, really" Bonnie shakes her head "don't worry, I'm fine!" Clemont adds "Bonnie means it"

Ash looks at Furfrou and says "now this is the Furfrou in the Pokedex" the Dark hair girl explains while looking at her Furfrou "Furfrou has been groomed yet" She looks at Ash and tells him "I'm Jessica" Jessica is a tall girl with dark blue hair, with an orange-and-yellow accessory, and she has light blue eyes. She wears a red beret, a white shirt with a yellow uniform, an orange skirt, and royal blue pants

"My name is Ash and this is Pikachu" Ash introduces himself and Pikachu nods at Jessica "Pika Pikachu"

Serena then adds "I'm Serena" Gary introduces himself "I'm Gary, and this is Umbreon" Umbreon steps up "Umbre Umbreon!"

Bonnie "I'm Bonnie, and this is My big Brother!" Clemont introduces himself "I'm Clemont" a light ball appears on her head as she says while pulling Eli next to her "and this right here is my future Brother in Law!" Clemont Blushes hard while scolding Bonnie while taking her away from Eli and Jessica with his Apom arm "I'm Eli, this is Sylveon" Sylveon steps up "Sylveon!"

Gary and Ash still have a sour reaction which for Serena never gets old so she giggles silently as Jessica looks at Serena confusedly Serena tells Jessica "is a long story" Serna tells her and Jessica nods

Everyone begins to walk to the Groomer as Jessica tells them "you see I'm studying to become a Pokemon Groomer" Serena asks "wow are you going to groom your Furfrou?" Jessica responds "I want to, but every time I've tried to do anything with its fur it runs off. I've only tried to brush it a bit earlier, and that's when it ran away"

Ash nods "I get it now" Gary nod in agreement "Furfrou are very intelligent and know exactly what they want. They won't listen to a trainer until they see that trainer as their partner"

Bonnie looks at Jessica "So does that mean Furfrou doesn't see you as its real trainer yet?" Clemont scolds her "Hey, Bonnie!" everyone stops walking as Furfrou continues walking while Bonnie bows "I'm sorry"

Jessica shakes her head while crouching to her level "is okay Bonnie. You've got it exactly right"

Serena Quickly changes the subject "Now I wanna see how Pokemon Groomer Style Furfrou even more!" Eli nods in agreement 'Quick thinking on changing the subject, Serena.' Eli thoughts proudly as if Serena was his sister

"I do too, I do too!" Bonnie Cheers while raising her hand making Jessica giggle a bit "Why not see where I work? To make up for those scraped knees" Jessica offers

-time skip-

Ash and the Others arrive at a Salon that Jessica claims to be where she stays. She tells them "this is the Grooming Salon where I've been trained"

Ash looks at the others and says "we've seen this before, remember" Eli nods "We sure do Ash" Gary adds "From Serena's travel guide"

Jessica opens the Salon's door and the first thing Our heroes see is the guy who Serena showed in her travel guide, Ash states "hey! That's the guy we saw in Serena's Travel guide"

Clemont comments "Wow! Talking about an unbelievable coincidence"

Serena's eyes are full of stars as she and the others walk in "is him!" Serena said in a dreamy tone as she sees the men in that our Heroes saw in Serena's travel guide noticed them as he walks out of the room leaving the Furfrou that he was attending inside and asked Jessica "Jessica, are you finished with giving Furfrou a walk?"

Jessica changes the subject by saying "Sherman I'd like to introduce you to Clemont and Ash, Gary, Eli, Bonnie, and Serena"

Serena stated, "I saw an article about you in the guidebook!" Serena jogged towards Sherman as she continued "You're a grooming superstar! Is just an Honor to meet you!" Eli giggled at the scene

Sherman replied "I do think 'Superstar' is a bit of an exaggeration," Serena noticed the scissors from Sherman's belt

"look at all those scissors!" Serena stated "They're all very interested in learning about Pokemon Groomers" Jessica Explained to Sherman

Sherman then said to Jessica "well in that case why don't you fill them in" Serena seems excited when she heard Sherman's words "Sure" Jessica agreed as everyone walked into the room to see the Furfrou as it runs towards Sherman once he walked in

Bonnie said as she pointed at the Berries "look at all the Berries!"

"You've noticed! Well, Bonnie, there's a lot more to grooming Pokemon than simply grooming their fur" Jessica explained as she walked towards the Berries "We give each Pokemon a Thorough Health exam" Jessica goes to her Furfrou and knelled down to its level to pets it's fur as she finished explaining "you can tell it the pokemon's eating well, simply by feeling it's fur. So the amount of fur that gets cut depends on how healthy it is"

Serena looked at Jessica amazed as she asked "You have to know all about that too?"

Jessica gets up and replied "Learning about nutrition is a must" Jessica then pulled out three different Berries "For example, we recommend a Rawest or Lum Berry for when a Pokemon's not feeling well. And see, a Tomato Berry can help to stimulate their appetite" Serena and Clemont were amazed by the information as Ash goes to fall only to be caught by both Gary and Eli

"I feel like my head is gonna explode..." he stated

"And that's what I called, Too Much Information" Eli stated as Sylveon nodded in agreement "Veon!" Gary Shake his head "Oh Ash" Both Pikachu and Umbreon sweatdropped at the scene

as Serena looked at the shelf with many grooming products Jessica explained "we also have different types of shampoo and conditioner to choose from depending on the fur quality of the client" Serena still looks at the products in amazement as she said "That's incredible"

Jessica then brought a stroll with other grooming supplies to show our heroes as she explained "Check a look of the scissors and combs we use" Serena then turns to Jessica as the Blue hair groomer continued "Each costume is made for whatever style we're doing" Serena and Bonnie seem very amazed by this "Dedenne at them all" Dedenne seem to enjoy "defense!

Sherman then remembers something and said to the others "that reminds me, I just finished up with two more clients, will you all like a little peek"

"Sure" Our Heroes responded at the same time as Sherman said to Jessica "Jessica, please bring the Furfrou in"

Jessica nods "right!" she then runs to another door, and walks out of the door before she lets them in, amazing Serena for their fanciness and making Ash, Clemont, Rogue, Gary, and Bonnie impressed since they look a lot different.

"Wow, they've got so much style!" Serena squeals as this time Eli takes out his Pokedex.

"Furfrou, the Puddle Pokemon"

"yep definitely Furfrou" Eli states as he looks at his Pokedex

"So they're both Furfrou, as well?" Ash questions as Bonnie takes a look at them. "They don't look like the same kind of Pokémon at all."

"Well, they both have a different style." Gary pointed out.

"They're both just so elegant!" Serena complimented as Jessica nodded while looking at the orange one. "I wanna style my Furfrou like that. I just hope it'll let me someday."

"Of course, you'll be able to style Furfrou!" Serena stated as it made Jessica feel better.

"She's right Jessica. It's important to be confident!" Sherman agreed while turning his attention to Jessica's Furfrou. "It is true her Furfrou is quite stubborn though. It won't let her groom it at all."

"Yeah," Ash nodded as Gary spoke. "That's what she told us."

"It is my wish that Jessica's and Furfrou's hearts will become one someday." Sherman hopes. "But still, there's no need to rush things...Hold on! Is this your first time here?"

Eli nodded as he stood next to Ash and Garry, "The three of us aren't from here."

"I have an idea." Sherman smiles as he looks at Jessica, "Why don't you show them around on your lunch break, Jessica?"

"Great!" Jessica agreed

-Scene Change-

Later, Jessica shows the heroes around town as she knows a spot with a beautiful view.

"Why hello there, Pikachu."

"How would you like to be a furshionista."

Ash is approached by Team Rocket, disguised as groomers. The others stopped their walk as they look to see the groomers.

"This is none other than superstar hair stylist extraordinary Jessally!" James presented.

"Hold on. Jessally?" Serena questioned.

"Yes! Winner of the crown for best makeup! And the gold medal of styling!" James stated as the little girl then spoke, "And the golden scissors award for hair design!"

"Why haven't I heard of any of those?" Jessica wonders.

'Obviously, because there's no such thing.' Eli thought Sylveon look at Team Rocket unsure about them Eli smiles "is okay I don't believe them either" Eli whispers to his pokemon who nod at its trainer

"A top hairstylist Jessally has now become a Pokémon Groomer!" James announced as Jessally nodded, "That's right. Why not take a look at my creations?"

They enter their shop as James started talking, "Watch Jessally transform the unsightliness Pokémon and enjoy the Wobbuffet transformathon!"

The curtain opens as it shows a Wobbuffet, dressed as a duke, with an afro, and as a lass. Wobbuffet is also shown as Marie-Antoinette, Mona Lisa, as a woman and tennis player. The entire time Eli was looking at the show and was just bored that he almost fell asleep. He wasn't impressed... at all. He wants a refund for his time being wasted. He also wants to know why the blue hair guy looks so familiar.

"We are the last word in styling!" Jessally stated proudly.

"That wasn't so bad," Serena confessed. The others just chuckled while Eli and Sylveon just blinked a few times as they don't know why the others thinks the show was good.

"When it comes to styling sass, I'm the top of the class!" Jessally turns towards Ash and Pikachu. "You there, Pikachu. Care to experience a small sample of my grooming magic?"

"Pika!" Pikachu was surprised before sheepishly shaking his head. "Pika Pi..."

"I think Pikachu looks fine just like this." Ash answers while Bonnie has an idea.

"Serena! Eli! How about Fennekin?" Bonnie suggested, "I know they're already a cutie pie but maybe some styling will make it an even cutier pie!"

"I'm Sorry I can't answer for my Pokemon." Eli answers but sees that Serena was thinking about it. "No..." Eli said looking at the brunette girl, "Serena, I swear to Arceus."

"Oh come on Eli!" Serena takes out her Fennekin's Pokeball. "What's the harm in having them stylized?"

"Please Eli! Please!" Bonnie pleaded. "Yeah, come on Eli!" Ash insisted.

"..." Eli sighs as he takes out his Fennekin's Pokeball. The others were excited as Serena smiled, "Come on out Fennekin!"

Serena and Eli's Fennekin came out as they went over to their trainer. "How would you like to do some styling on our Fennekin?" Serena suggested.

"well more like your Fennekin, I want to make sure if Fennekin wants its fur style or not" Eli corrected "no need to rush Fennekin, take your time" Eli's Fennekin looks at the "stylist" Fennekin nods at him which Eli nods back "okay Fennekin" he then whispers "but be sure to watch your surroundings for anything suspicious, okay?" Fennekin nods and

"May I ask? Why is that Fennekin different?" Jessica points at Eli's Fennekin.

"They're a Shiny Pokémon," Eli answers as he carefully picks up his Fennekin.

Jessally's eyes sparkle, "I accept! My grooming skills are second to none! I'll happily stylize them!"

...And immediately the heroes are kicked out since Jessally needs to groom Fennekin in secret. "Jessally performs her magic in private so please come back in an hour."

"But I wanted to watch her perform her magic!" Serena insisted as Eli stepped forward, "Sorry, but even if you're a well-known stylist I still don't trust you to have them alone. Far as I know, you guys might be people secretly stealing Pokémon." he says with a glare

They look taken back as they can see Eli staring at James. "Nonsense! We would never commit such an act!" Jessally spoke as James steps in, "Now, Jessally's grooming magic is an industry secret, so it stays hush-hush! It will only take an hour."

"Hmm, okay." Serena looks down in disappointment "See you in an hour."

-Scene Change-

As the heroes take a walk, Serenna was still upset, "I wanted to watch how Jessally styles Fennekin."

"I'm still not okay with how they just expected us to be fine with leaving them unattended without us." Eli commented as Sylveon shakes his head "Syl..."

"I know leaving them alone can be hard," Ash spoke as he put his hand on Eli's shoulder. "But they're with a professional, they'll be fine!"

Eli harshly slaps Ash's hand off his shoulder "Ash" Eli furrowed his brows. "You do remember that there have been several times when our Pokémon keeps on getting stolen? Even when I was going solo, there have been multiple incidents where things like that occurred."

Ash didn't answer as Gary notices something, "Hey, it's Officer Jenny."

"Huh?" Officer Jenny looks up when she heard her name being called. Turning to see that it was Gary as the heroes walk up to her.

"Thank you for all your help during the Rhyhorn Race!" Serena thanks her but Jenny immediately realizes what's going on, "You must be talking about my second cousin. Here's a picture of me when I was a cadet attending the Officer Jenny Training Academy."

'Why am I not surprised?' Eli asked in his head

"Wow. There certainly are a lot of you." Serena was confused at how it was possible to have so many Officers Jenny.

"Now, if you don't mind there's something I'd like to ask you." Officer Jenny suddenly got serious.

"What's that?" Clemont asks.

"Have you seen any con artists?" Officer Jenny questions.

"Con artists?" Serena repeated. Eli's ears twitch as he was suddenly getting angry feeling one of his Pokeballs wiggling.

"That's right!" Officer Jenny explains, "There's a woman who claims to be a famous pokemon Groomer but once she gets a pokemon, she and her gang vanish!"

'No...No...' Eli thought.

"Tell us more!" Serena says

"It's a group of four who like to dress flamboyantly. Two wearing fancy glasses." Officer Jenny shows the picture as the heroes' eyes widen.

"is them!" the heroes claims

"Called it" Everyone felt a chill when they turn to see Eli glaring at them. "Remember this..." Eli spoke before him and Sylveon takes off running.

The others follow and once they return to the shop, they see nothing left.

"We're too late!" Ash gasps.

"Are you sure this is where you meet them?" Officer Jenny's question.

"Yeah, this is the place." They look to see Gary outside, looking at where he was focusing, and see the sign was still there. "Looks like they forgot to take their sign down."

Furfrou started sniffing as Jessica turns to them, "Are you able to pick up their scent?"

"Fur Furfrou," Furfrou spoke determined as they took off. "Furfrou, wait for me!" Jessica quickly follows.

"Quick, we have to follow them!" Ash stated as the others quickly followed pursuit.

-Scene Change-

They were able to find Furfrou and finds the poachers. "Give our Fennekin back!" Serena demanded.

"Prepare for trouble, pushy Twerps!"

"And make it double, we're primo perps!"

"To protect the world from devastation!"

"To unite all people within our nation!"

"to denounce the evils of truth and love"

"To extend our reach to the stars above!"

"Jessie"

"And James"

"Team Rocket blast off at the speed of light!"

"Surrender or now or prepare to fight!"

"Meowth, that's right!"

"Wobbuffet!"

"Team Rocket!" Serena yells.

"Return the Pokémon you stole!" Officer Jenny ordered.

"If you want 'em, you'll have to come and get 'em!" Meowth challenges.

"Manectric, let's go!" Officer Jenny sends Manectric, "Man!"

"Manectric?" Serena pulls out her Pokedex.

"Manectric. The Discharge Pokémon. Manectric collects electricity from the air creating a thundercloud above its head. Its mane gives off a strong electric current."

"Inkay! Gangway!" James sends Inkay. "Kay!"

'why isn't Jessie using the Pokemon she caught?' Eli questioned remembering the incident with Antony and Roy

"Use Thunderbolt!" Officer Jenny ordered.

"Dodge it!" James quickly ordered. "Then use tackle!"

Manectric releases a strong electric blast though Inkay dodges and charges and slams into Manectric with its whole body.

"Manectric, use Quick Attack!" Manectric lunges at Inkay at a speed that makes it almost invisible. "Man!"

"Inkay!" Inkay crashes to the ground.

"Huh! Use Psybeam!" James ordered. Inkay retaliates with a peculiar ray. "Kay!"

Manectric is confused and electrocutes Officer Jenny by accident. "Officer Jenny!" Clemont quickly rushes to help her stand. "Psybeam's effect is causing it to be confused!"

"Return!" Officer Jenny brings out Manectric's Pokeball and calls it back.

"Leave them to me!" Ash steps into the battle, "Let's do this, Pikachu! Quick Attack!"

"Pika!" Pikachu lunges at Inkay at a speed that makes it almost invisible but misses and gets sprayed by ink and cannot see. "Pika! Pikachu!"

"No! Pikachu, are you okay?" Serena quickly asks. "There's got to be something we can do to help out." Bonnie had an idea but quickly realizes Dedenne is asleep.

"of all time it's asleep now!?" Eli questioned in disbelief

Gary and Eli go to send a Pokémon, but Ash stops them, "It's okay! We can still battle, right Pikachu?"

"Pika!" Pikachu nodded affirmatively.

"Finish this with Tackle!" James ordered as charged at Pikachu with its whole body, "Inkay!"

"Pikachu!" Ash yells as Pikachu's ears twitch, "Jump and dodge it!"

Listening to Ash's commands, Pikachu rolls on the ground to evade Psybeam. "Turn around and use Thunderbolt!"

"Pikachu!" Pikachu blasts a strong electric blast down to Inkay.

"Now, your turn Wobbuffet!" Jessie spoke as Wobbuffet jumps in front of Inkay and uses Mirror Coat. Launching Thunderbolt back at Pikachu

"Pikachu, jump and dodge!" Ash spoke as Pikachu jumps over Inkay and Wobbuffet. "Aim behind you and use Iron Tail!"

"Pika!" Pikachu turns around as its tail is now steel-hard.

"Dodge it!" Jessie ordered as Pikachu misses Wobbuffet.

"Pikachu! Stand out and use Thunderbolt!" Ash smiles as Pikachu nodded in affirmative, "Pika!"

"Pika-Chu!" Pikachu releases a strong electric blast down on Wobbuffet.

"Wobbuffet, you know what to do!" Jessie spoke as Wobbuffet reflects with Mirror Coat.

"Pikachu, jump up!" Pikachu dodges and the move hits Inkay instead.

"Huh?" Jessie and James gasped together in shock.

"Ash and Pikachu are awesome." Jessica is amazed at how Ash navigates Pikachu to be his eyes. "I can't believe that Ash is acting like Pikachu's eyes while the battle goes on."

Clemont understands, "I used to be surprised at this kind of stuff too. But now I know this is something only they can pull off!"

"Because they trust each other!" Bonnie stated as Jessica looks at the battle, "Trust each other?"

Furfrou growled as Jessica was getting more nervous. "I know you'll love it, I...uh." Jessica tries to talk but Furfrou walks away.

Jessica realizes Furfrou didn't want to be groomed because Jessica lacked determination.

"Use Tackle!" James orders as Inkay launches at Pikachu. "Kay!"

"Jump to the right and dodge it!" Ash ordered as Pikachu dodges Inkay's Tackle.

"In the meantime, I think I'll catch us another Pokémon!" Jessie throws a cube to trap Furfrou.

It alarmed everyone as Jessica was the most panicked. "No, Furfrou!"

"Furfrou!" Furfrou tries to get out but is electrocuted. "Fur!"

"Well! We've had quite a haul today!" Jessie smiles with joy.

Furfrou grunted in pain as they were also scared. "My Furfrou!" Jessica's eyes widen before going to the cage, "Give them back, right now!" Jessica tries to free it but is also electrocuted. "Ah!"

"Jessica stop, you're hurting yourself!" Serena screamed.

"I don't care! I'm getting Furfrou out of there!" Jessica stated.

"Sylveon, use Moon Blast!" Eli spoke as Sylveon hurls a pink glowing blob at the cage. "Syl-Veon!"

"Go, Wobbuffet!" Jessie yells as Wobbuffet counters the move.

"Sylveon use Fairy Wind!" Eli ordered. "Sylveon!" A howling glittery wind is summoned to strike the attack and hits Wobbuffet.

"Pikachu, use Thunderbolt, straight ahead!" Ash ordered as Pikachu used Thunderbolt hitting Inkay.

"Why you...Take this!" Jessica grabs a stick and hits the cage, causing it to disappear. Furfrou was now free as Jessica hugged them.

"Huh?" Jessie looks to see if the box was destroyed before it exploded on her.

Bonnie quickly wipes the ink from Pikachu's face, while Team Rocket was coughing from the explosion. They look up to see the heroes staring at them.

"Hey. Do you wanna have a battle with them?" Jessica asks Furfrou. "Frou!" Furfrou nodded affirmatively.

"I've got it! Use Charge Beam!" Jessica smiles.

"Fur-Frou!" Furfrou attacks with an electric charge as it blasts Team Rocket off.

"We're Blasting off again!"

They drop the bag containing Pokéballs and Fennekin, who returns to Serena and Eli.

"You're alright!" Serena cheers as she hugs her Fennekin.

"Did they do anything to you?" Eli quickly looks over at Fennekin and sees that they were alright.

"Fennekin!" The two foxes smiled

"that's a relief" Serena then said

Officer Jenny grabs the bag, "I'll return all of these stolen Pokeballs to their Trainers. Thank you, everyone!"

"Hey, didn't we just see Furfrou listen to Jessica?" Bonnie questions as the heroes realize Furfrou listened to Jessica.

"Maybe that means Furfrou's starting to see you as its partner now!" Clemont suggested as Jessica is glad.

"Ah! Furfrou!" Jessica smiles as she hugs Furfrou.

-Scene Change-

They went back to the groomer where they now see Jessica getting ready to stylize Furfrou.

"Look at that big smile. Such confidence!" Sherman feels Jessica has gained some confidence. Making him feel very pleased, "What a welcome sight."

After brushing, showering, and cutting its fur, Jessica managed to groom Furfrou into a new look.

"So, what do you think?" Jessica asks.

"Beautiful!" Bonnie answers with hearts around her. "And such style!" Serena was in awe of the look.

"Thank you so much!" Jessica bowed in appreciation. "I owe so much to every one of you!"

"Mm-mm," Eli shook his head. "This happens because the two of you are now connected." He tells them.

"I'm going to make the bond between Furfrou and me grow deeper and deeper and groom as much as I possibly can." Jessica spoke, "And I'll become a Star Groomer one day!"

"I can't wait to get to Lumiose City!" Serena spoke with excitement. She, Gary, Eli, and Ash runs off to Lumiose City, though Clemont and Bonnie are worried a bit about that.

Jessica has forged a real bond with Furfrou and grown as a Pokémon Groomer. Now our heroes hit the road again as the journey continues!
