Chapter 2 Grayson

When I awakened everything was different. The world looked different. The shapes were all, wrong. It wasn't the normal blocky world I was used to. I slowly climbed out of the bed, looking around. The bedroom door was on the right side of the room. The head of the bed was in the far right corner, the same wall as the door. The nightstand next to the bed had a pair of glasses set on top of it. I put them on and the world was more clear than it was before. There was also this weird black rectangle on it. I picked it up and started looking at it. The back had an apple on it and said iPhone. I was very confused.

All of a sudden, the thing started buzzing and the front had said Drake with an accept or deny. I start yelling at it to accept, but all failed. Then it stopped. I need to learn how this works.

There was a large bookshelf along the wall opposite to the door. It reached the window that was centered in the middle of the wall. Next to the window was a desk. It had some weird contraption on top, similar to the iPhone. It was more like a book though, with a flap going strait up, the other flat on the table with many letter all over it.

I opened the door on the wall that was to the right to the bedroom door. Inside the little room were many different clothes. It must have been the closet. I looked on the side of the door, greeted by my reflection. My blonde hair was wild, it needed to be combed. It was also a bit darker than noral. My eyes were now brown, and were shining even though there was little light. I looked the same but different, shorter I do believe. The clothes I was wearing were indeed strange. The pants had little dragons all over them. The shirt had one big dragon. I looked back at the bed, a dragon toy and dragon blanket. The walls even had dragon pictures! They looked like a drew them myself.

I slowly ventured out of the bedroom and a very strong stench hit me. It smelled of alcohol. I was never a fan, but somebody here was. I went to the living room. There was a man passed out on the couch, many glass bottles in the floor. I turned around to go back to the bedroom, but there was a woman blocking my path.

"Grayson, you know better than getting out of bed before 12:00 on Saturdays and disturbing your father!" she yelled. "Now go to your room!"

I did as I was told rather quickly and gladly. I hated the putrid alcohol smell. But why did that woman yell at me like that. She disturbed the man more than I did by yelling like that.
