I have always been as much a traveler as a writer, and by that I mean I live, work, and spend every dime on traveling and taking photographs from these destinations. I've always been fascinated by the world and its culture and it is through my travel experiences in many remote corners of the earth, meeting people who think and do things differently that has allowed me to be who I am and be able to write what I write. I believe that stepping out of our comfort zone and opening up your heart to experience everything through another perspective gives us a real sense of what it means to be human and what you can take from life. Living is a lot more than surviving. I've never been afraid of dying, I'm always afraid of not living my life to the fullest.

This journal, therefore, is everything I am. It's me as a writer, a traveler, a diver, a hobbyist photographer, and a very small human in a big, big world. I wrote these travel stories with no filter, no boundaries, no expectation. It's a diary of my life, so one word of caution: Read at your own risk and with an open mind or don't read it. If you don't agree with my view, it is not open to debate. My memories of these places have a special meaning to me and I will not tolerate having it ruined.

At the time of writing, I have visited 23 countries in the world. I have not written about all of them due to the lack of time. The ones I have written about are places that have changed my life one way or another. Eventually, I'll try to go back and write them all.
