Upon the busy streets of Vale, there was one man walking on the sidewalks as he had blueprints as his hands were packed with his stuff as he tried to walk but the people won't give him the necessary space for him to walk properly, so people bumped into him without any care.

Max POV

Max: Excuse me! There is more space on the sidewalk, please!

More people bumped into me ignoring my pleads. A man bumped into me but the impact was to much that I dropped my blue prints on to the road, but he just kept walking.

Max: A little help please!

The people didn't do anything and just kept on walking as I was desperately trying to pick my blue prints up.

*CRASH*

I look up and see a villain causing chaos with hunters and heroes trying to stop him. I try to get away but I hear a loud noise from the conflict as I see a car flying towards me.

I can't move because of fear, but I see a blue light coming towards me as it pulls me away from the incoming car as it strikes the ground.

I lay on the ground as I feel somebody pulling me up and realize I'm in a nearby alley way.

???: Are you okay? You alright?

I look up and see the blue guy from the transmission a few days ago. I was scared, but then I remembered what he did with the faunas.

Max: You're Electro...

Electro: yeah, the skin gives it away, huh?

He directs some electricity towards my blue papers as he picks them up and gives them to me.

Electro: Here, these look pretty important Max...

Max: Max, how do you know my name?

Electro: it's written on your badge.

Max: But why? I'm a nobody-

Then he gently grabs my face's sides as he spoke to me.

Electro: hey, listen to me, your not a nobody, you're somebody, okay? Here lick that-

He holds out his gloved hand as I take my youngest out as he rubs his finger tips as he fixes my messed up hair.

Electro: Listen, I depend on people like you, im doing all of this for people like you, okay?

Max: Y-yes, ok, ok!

Electro: good, I'll see ya later friend!

He disappears as his body turns into a blue glowing mist as it heads into a power line.

Max: F-friend, he called me his friend! I have a friend!

I happily walk out of the alleyway.

Timeskip

3rd person POV

In the highest points of Vale, energy started to gather as Electro started to form. He looked upon the city as he saw the poeple as arogants that needed to be wiped out. But for that, he needed to get stronger, but how? How will he get the power neccesary?

Electro: I strong now, but I need to be stronger if I want to wipe out Union and the other academies, but how can I obtain it?

Then it hit him, he remembered, he remembered when he was in Times Square, when he connected the cables into his body and felt the energy enter his body. He remebered when Winter tased him to escape.

Electro: Thats it, I need to connect myself with electricity, with cables. But the problem now is where?

And so he did, he began to search around the city and tried to sense where most of the energy would gather but with no avail.

After some time, he gave up and decided to stay in one place. He began to search the Union intel for any classified information but stumbled into something unexpected. These were plans for a new android that will release to the public in a week. The ns5.

It read that this is the most advanced robot with sufficient strength to serve and protect. These also have a new link that can connect to the main control and control them from there.

Electro: This can be useful, I could be everywhere at the same time! I can hack into the system and control them to my own will!

With that finished, he decided to see the staff info for any blackmail material, but then he stumbled with a specific file.

Max Dillon.

He found that other than his mother, he had no family or friends and in a few days, it would be his birthday.

Electro: no one to be there for you huh buddy?

Max: Listen, I'm upset that Electro is being misunderstood when he is doing what is best for the powerless people like me, he saved my life one time and we became best  friends!

In a small house in one of the house residence of Vale, lights turned on in a room with what appears to be news papers hanged on the walls with lights hanged around in a creative way.

A hand connects a cable as it turns on a razor and rises to a mirror on the wall.

Max: whoa-ho-oh! Look who's here! Sparky! How's your morning?

Max: Alright max, it's awesome. Out there, making the world a better place, but it's somebody's birthday today isn't it?

Max: That's why your here, you remembered my birthday! With all the work your doing, you take time to come visit lil old me, Max it's amazing, but- of course you would, why would you visit me? We're best friends...

Max walks to small fridge as he opened the door as he looks in it to see a small cake with electric decorations.

Max: What? Are you doing? You baked me a cake?

He gently grabs the cake in the palm of the hand as he walks to a dining table.

Max: You know people don't look at the small kind things that you do, I know what they say about you in the press but it doesn't matter to me cause I know the real you, you're amazing- yeah, that's what they need, they need to call you the amazing electro! You like that sparky?

Max: I'm not gonna lie Max, it's good.

Max: Yeah, because today, it's going to be, Amazing!

Just then the lights went out all over the house as max sighs in disappointment.

Max: short circuit...

He walks to the kitchen as a camouflaged panel in the wall as he tries to fix the problem by switching some small levers.

After a few tries, the lights turn back on.

Max: Yes! Now where is the delicious cake-

The lights went off.

Max: Aw come on!

Max returns to the panel but nothing worked.

*ZAAP*

Max leans his head out as he heard a zap, but he saw nothing.

Then the lights began to flicker violently as he began to get scared. Then, blue energy began to gather as it began to form a body. Once it finalized forming, it revealed to be Electro.

Electro: Surprise!

Max was speechless,

Max: Ah, w-what, uhh, what a-are you d-doing here!?

Electro: I heard it was somebody's birthday today...

Max: Y-you remembered?

Electro: Of course I did! You're my friend- no, best friend.

Max: B-best friends?

Electro: Yes! Oh! I almost forgot!

Just then, he pulled a cake out of nowhere.

Max was couldn't think straight, somebody remembered his birthday and even brought him a cake, he never felt this way, he was...

...happy.

Electro: So, are you going to stand there, or are we going to eat?

On the outer skirts of Remnant, where the sun never shines, and the sky is a dark purple and Grimm are the only wildlife visible, there stood a castle.
