Ruby POV

After I went to bed thinking and hoping  that y/n would be okay, I woke up but not in my dorm, but a pitch black void.

Ruby: Yang?

I look around and see nothing but darkness until I hear an instrument playing.

A spotlight turns on behind me and the light shines upon...

Ruby: Y/N!!!

I run and run to hug him with all the love I should have given him, but when I reach him he turned into a gray mist and I fall in my face but I don't feel the pain.

I get up and see that I am in Union's halls and I see him walking to class, Mr. Oobleck's class judging by the looks of the halls.

Pulse is racing, madness taking, breath is shaking, mind is leaking...

Whispers began to speak and I see that dark figures were behind y/n and they were speaking to him.

Paranoia, self destroyer, can't ignore the mental torture...

He walks in the class and I follow behind him trying to protect him from what I can. I hear his breath shake and I turn to see myself smirking with bad intentions. I remember this day, and I will not allow it to happen to my dear again.

Pulse is racing, madness taking, breath is shaking, madness taking...

I realize, the clarinet represents him. It sounds so soft, gentle, kind, caring, loving. The whispers are in is head. I can hear what is happening inside of his head...

The scenario changes to emerald forest to when the initiation took place. I see the time when I saved him from the Ursa. The first time I met him. I see his eyes light up a bit when he saw me. The music sounded so gentle at this.

The music starts to get intense as I see the place change to his dorm, the place is a mess, I find y/n in front of a broken mirror with a smile on his face i so loved. I see that the mirror has pictures of when he was in a relationship with my team with every single one of us smiling and hugging each other.

Denying, the rising, the crying, I'm dying...

Something's happening, mind is dripping, agony inside of me, my pulse is racing, here comes the paranoia...

I will survive, they'll cheer for me, the thrill survives, ELECTRIFYING...

A beat starts to play as the music turns into some thing menacing. Y/n turns his head and I see that his face turned from a smiling boy to a serious one as he looked outside and then at the pictures with an angry look.

The clarinet returns as y/n fixes his collar of his shirt and suit as he prepares himself for class. He heads out of his dorm as I follow quickly. He walks through the class without trouble and he reaches class.

The scene changes to when port asked him to fix the cable problem. I know what is about to happen and that violin out of tune isn't helping. He walks again through the halls as he sang the birthday song to himself.

We finally reach the electric room as I desperately try to push him away from what's coming with no avail. He climbs up the ladder as I use my semblance to reach the cable trying to fix it my self but I just faze through. Y/n finally catches up as he grabbed the cable and inched them closer to each other.

My pulse is racing, mind is leaking, breath is shaking, madness breaking, paranoia, self destroyer, probably its the mental torture!

The music turns into something horrifying like nails on an electric chalkboard as I feel myself unable to breath as I realize I am underwater and see the eels swimming towards me. The surround me and I turn to see where they went as I was horrified.

Y/n was desperately trying to escape as the eels bit him everywhere even his face. I try to save him but as soon as I reach him, he turns into mist.

The feeling of being underwater is gone as I am now able to breathe. I look around and see that I am in the hospital and see y/n's body with a blanket over him. The whispers returned but this time, they sounded confident.

Paranoia! Something's happening, mind is dripping, agony inside of me, my pulse is racing like the paranoia!

The music turns operatic as y/n's blue, electrified hand rises out as he fell off the table. I try to help him even though I still fazed through everything, he crawls away as he looks at his hand scared.

He disappears and light comes from behind me and I see that y/n stands una street with a sweater and pants on. This is before the Town square. Everything fades to black as an electric build up plays.

Light shines suddenly as y/n's new look radiates electricity in the middle of the Times Square block as people ran away in fear.

Y/n shoots electricity everywhere as he destroys everything he sees. At this time I realize. He's in pain. And I have to ease it for him.

He sees us as something he must destroy, he hates us, he hates me.

The scene changes to him on top of rubble with bodies surrounding him, including my team. Union was destroyed.

The music fades away as I suddenly find myself in the middle of rubble in a power plant as I see a device in the ground.

The device had a measurement for something but it was dying down from red to nothing.

I hear a groan in front of me. I look up to see a body of a person but it was too dark for me to identify him.

3rd Person POV

Ruby opens her eyes and jolts up in fear as she looks around her dorm to see the rest of rwby in the same state as everyone of them were sweating.

Ruby: it was all a dream?

Yang was crying as she whispered y/n's name as she buried her face on her legs.

Blake: y/n's in pain. He's pain. I have to ease him...

Weiss: I had so many chances-

Blake, Ruby, Yang, Weiss: -to love him.

The four look at each other with wide eyes as they stood in realization.

Ruby: W-wait, you had the same dream?

Yang: Y-yeah...

Weiss: me t-too

Blake: this wasn't a dream...

Yang: what do you mean Blake?

Blake: ...this wasn't a dream, it was vision.

In the halls of the Atlas' tallest buildings we see a white haired woman with a taser as she walked through the halls to a place to which contained a certain man.

Once she reached her destination, she pressed some buttons as a machine started up as it revealed a figure strapped to it.

Electro opens his eyes as he sees the one activated the machine.

Electro: who are you?

Winter: My name is Winter Schnee and I am here to get you out of here.

Electro: Schnee? As in, Weiss Schnee?

Winter: yes, she is my younger sister.

Electro: I should kill you right here and now.

Winter: that doesn't matter now, I know what will happen to you if you stay here. Ironwood will use you as a battery to power his technology.

Electro: ...

Winter: if he succeeds on finding a way to do this, he will use his technology to conquer Remnant. I can give you what you want!

Electro: How do you know what I want?

Winter: I know about your past with Union and I'm sorry, if you help me I can give you your chance to get revenge against them!

An alarm sounds as a red light blinks on and off signifying an intruder. Winter knows this isn't an intruder for it was her.

Winter: Please, I came here risking in getting accused of treason to get you out of here!

The door sounds as banging could be heard and shouts from the other side. Electro doesn't look convinced.

Winter: please, I need you to stop him, please!

Electro's eyes widened as he heard this.

His face showed sadness and surprise as he heard this.

Winter: Please, we don't have much time!

The door swings open as atlas soldiers rushed in to capture winter.

Winter: Y/n, PLEASE I NEED YOU!!

Winter have electro a shock of electricity as the soldiers grabbed her. Electro, with the hint of power was starting to shake.

Ironwood: never thought you would be the would to betray Atlas. Men, you have permission to have your way with her.

Winter and electro widened their eyes as the soldiers began to strip. Electro couldn't stand the thought of winter getting raped as he stood there doing nothing, his body began to dissolve.

A shock of electricity struck the soldier's faces and struck Ironwood's back as they fell down with most of them dead and winter slowly rising.

Light began to flicker as a body began to form. Once the body completely formed, it revealed to be electro.

Winter stood up and smiled sweetly at him. Electro walked to her as he heard some shuffling sounds on his left side. He turned his head to see Ironwood trying to run. Electro raised his arm towards him as a line o electricity grabbed him and lifted him up.

Ironwood can be seen in the machine, screaming in pain as it was giving constant shocks to him as he was submerged in the water.

Electro: So, that takes care of your problems...

Winter: I greatly appreciate it...

Electro: Now that I'm free, I will finally take my revenge on Union, and the world. And cleanse the world from all evil. And I wouldn't be here if it weren't for you.

Winter: your welcome

Electro: and for that, I will give you a choice.

Winter: and that would be?

Electro: either you stay on atlas and protect the city from me, or you join me...

Winter thought for a second and moments later, she finally decided.

Winter: alright, I'll join you...

Electro: good, let's go squash an ant colony...
