Team Rwby were in their room planning the death of Dan. Why you ask? Simple, cause if he turned off the electricity, y/n would still be alive. But their thoughts were interrupted by a knock on the door, they quickly hid the torture weapons they had before opening the door.

Ruby opened the door to see her combat class teacher, Ms. Goodwitch.

Glynda: Team Rwby, Ozpin has assigned a task to you...

This caught the attention of the rest of the girls.

Glynda: There has been a report of a disturbance on Times Square, a stranger with a black hoodie has been reaching for the main power cables on the street. He wants you to dispose of him peacefully since Times Square is a popular merchant place with a lot of civilians.

Ruby: we'll take care of that Ms. Goodwitch.

Glynda: Good, try not to cause damages to the buildings.

The people were looking at the hooded man with his hands grabbing the cable with visible electricity entering his arms causing the big screens around Times Square to flicker and glitch making the people to panic.

A police man cautiously approached the hooded man.

Policeman: sir I need you to step away from the cables.

The mysterious man slowly looked up breathing heavily as his voice sounded like when you speak through a fan and the voice was deep. Revealing to be the boy y/n.

A/n: Thats how you look like for now.

The police man got his radio out as he screamed through the radio.

Police man: I GOT A 10-85, I REPEAT, I GOT A 10-85!!!

The police man pulled out his gun and pointed it at him, startling him making him walk back.

Police man: Sir, stay right where you are. FREEZE.

Y/n didn't listen while he was backing away, scared. While he was backing away, he failed to notice a truck heading his way but when he saw the front lights, he  extended his arms, exceeding electric currents which carried the truck over him to the other side to his body. Y/n, scared tried to run away.

Police cars came rushing in drifting and stopping in front of y/n, he stopped in his tracks trying to run the other way but stopped once he saw he was surrounded.

The police pointed their guns at him while telling him to get his hands up and to get in the floor. Y/n tried to tell them to stop.

Y/n: STOP, please, it's not my fault!

The police didn't listen as they continued to point their guns at him. The crowd was watching around them as one guy was recording, displaying what they are recording, in this case, Y/n.

Y/n: It's not my fault! Please! Listen to me!

When the young boy lifted his sight and saw the screens that showed him, he was shocked. People could finally see him.

Y/n: oh my gosh...

He looked around to see the entire block screens playing a live video of him.

Y/n: they see me...

As he looks at the screens, a smile forms on his face.

The police threw gas cans at him. Alarmed he tried to tell them to stop. But the police never listened.

Y/n: Please, listen to me! Stop, it's not my fault!

Scared, y/n raised his arms while energy and electricity which picked the cans spun them around

Y/n: I said STOP!!!

He release the energy around him, creating a blast which flipped the police cars over the people.

A car that was in the air was about to land on a police man. The cop tried to cover himself with his arms preparing for impact.

But it never came. The police man around to see that he was being carried by a red-tipped haired girl.

Ruby: Are you all right?

Cop: y-yes. T-thank you.

Ruby: you're welcome. Now go with the rest of the civilians. Team RWBY will take care of this now.

The cop nodded and ran to the concrete side walk to where the rest of the people were.

The police men started firing their guns at him, y/n raised his arms around his body to protect himself but the bullets just disintegrated upon close contact.

Police captain: All men, hold your fire! Repeat! Hold your fire!

All police men looked confused and unsure but they stop shooting.

Y/n: Please! I beg of you! Stop! Please...

He noticed that the men have stopped and looked around.

Ruby: Hello! Blue guy!

Y/n looked at the source of the voice and saw Ruby.

Y/n didn't know what to feel as of now, team rwby has shown up and since they beat him when he was just a person. How will they treat him now that he is viewed as a villain?

Yang, Weiss, and Blake landed behind Ruby who was now facing you.

Ruby: Sir, I need you to calm down and surrender or we will use force.

Y/n: Wait, please listen to me. It's me y/n!

Ruby's heart jumped at the mentioning of his name. A shadow covered her eyes.

Ruby: why do you mention his name?

Y/n: what do you mean? It's me! Don't you recognize me?

It took Ruby some time to think till realization struck her.

Ruby dropped her weapon which kind of gave y/n some relief but he was still scared due to the remaining cops pointing their weapons at him from all sides.

Ruby's head rose up to reveal her tear-filled eyes which were filled with sadness and happiness as she finally recognized who he was, she smiled as she spoke.

Ruby: Y-y/n, your a-alive.

Yang: wait, did you say y/n?

Weiss: but y/n's dead!

Y/n: well I'm pretty sure I am alive right now.

On one of the screens laid an elite soldier to which was holding a sniper pointed at the blue man.

Radio: He makes a move, you take the shot

Ruby: What happened? How did those eels turn you into this?

Y/n: How do you know that?

Ruby: Ozpin had recorded video footage from the cameras. But that doesn't matter right now. Are you alright?

Y/n: I don't know, I'm so confused, I-I feel s-so much anger

The screens were still on him as people around them looked between the team and the boy.

Y/n: can you tell them to lower their guns, I don't want them shooting at me...

Ruby: okay, Blake!

Blake: got it, everybody put your weapons down, he is a friend!

The cops on the ground listened and put their guns down still feeling unsafe about the decision. But the sniper wasn't taking any chances.

Radio: Remember, if he makes a single spark, take the goddamn shot.

Y/n: t-thank you...

Ruby: it's alright I trust you I see that your scared, that you don't want to hurt anybody.

Y/n felt a bit relieved and tried to get closer to Ruby but failed to notice the metal ground around him. Ruby did.

Ruby: whoa, whoa, whoa! Try not to move, cause you know, the electricity.

Y/n: I just, wanted people to notice me...

Blake: it's okay darling, we can go to a isolated place and talk okay? Away from all these people

Y/n: yes, ok, ok.

Blake: good, now be careful where you step...

Y/n was looking around at the people but accidentally stepped on water to which electrocuted him by accident.

The sniper saw this and shot.

*KA-BLAM*

The bullet pierced through y/n's shoulder and threw his arm back, enraging him.

Blake: NO, STOP, WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!

Y/n was angered by this, charged his hands and shot an absurd amount of electricity to the sniper, who barely got out of the way. The screen that was hit fell on its way to squash some people, ruby dashed to save the people and got them out of the way while Yang served as a shield and protected a man underneath her.

The crowed cheered for team rwby as the screens change to them looking around and then to y/n with worried faces.

Y/n looked around to see the poeple cheering for the girls and the screens changing to the Ruby, Weiss, Blake, and Yang.

The people started to insult him calling him a villain, a demon, a freak, a monster. Y/n began to get angry.

Y/n: Shut Up!!!

...they shattered me...

The people only continued to insult him and cheer for them.

...they hate on me...

Y/n turned to see rwby all four trying to calm him down.

Y/n: you selfish whores...

Said the boy with venom on his voice.

y/n: You set me up!

...they're using  me...

Ruby: y/n please, listen to me, I didn't set you up, we're trying to help you!

...they're dead me...

y/n: YOU LIED TO ME.

Yang: No we would never lie to you!

Y/n kneeled to the metal floor and charged up his arms.

Yang: Y/N, NO!

...The Academy, they are my ENEMY!

He slammed his hands to the metal floor and electrocuted all the surrounded metal connected to it. Including the metal handle bars that some people were about to grab. Being too distracted, few people grabbed and touched the metal pipes. They were electrocuted with high voltage, enough to kill a normal human. The people fell to the floor smoking, dead. Rwby landed on the stairs, Ruby looked down in horror as she stared at the bodies.

Ruby looked up to see y/n with his arms beginning to glow with blue electricity around them.

Y/n: it's my birthday-!

He began to hover his hands together as electricity began to charge up.

Y/n: time for me to light my candles!

Ruby used her semblance to dash at y/n to paralyze or inmobilize him. Y/n made a lighting slash and whipped her away. Ruby landed on a car in pain but still being able to move. she got up and ran around y/n looking for a blind spot but to no avail while y/n shot electric shocks at her. After a few seconds, he landed a strike which threw her to a wall but then was punched to a screen by yang with her gauntlets.

Weiss went to check on ruby to see if she was fine which she was. Blake used her cat ears to try to hear if y/n was okay.

Y/n looked where he was as he looked down to see the people running away in fear. A perfect place. He grabbed two highly active cables and connected them to himself, gaining more power.

Y/n: RAAAAAAAAAA!!!

The block's lights went out. Everything was dark and nothing could be heard except the screams of people. In an instant, y/n released an electric explosion that destroyed and short circuited all the screens on the buildings.

The blast damaged every electronic on the buildings as the cables exploded because of the blast. Y/n could be seen at the middle of it all with electricity surrounding his body while shooting it to the people. Rwby couldn't do anything because of the strikes he was sending were throwing them arround like ragdolls. The screens on the buildings fell and landed on cars and the streets

Cop: WE NEED MORE HUNTERS, I REPEAT, WE NEED MORE HUNTERS.

Y/n slowly floated away from the screen he looked at the electricity in his hands and felt the power inside him. He looked up and saw all the panicking people trying to flee and this gave him some sort of joy.

Blinded by rage and blood lust, he threw strikes at the people and destroyed sidewalks and floors.

He was enjoying this, a smile crept on his face as he was striking people with electricity.

Y/n: hehehe, hahaha! HAHAHAHA!!!

He was enjoying the destruction he was causing. He never felt more alive. All the pent up rage was finally coming out and it felt great.

Just then a water stream hit y/n which made him hit the ground weakened as cops surrounded him with their weapons ready to shoot.

team JNPR had arrived to the scene as we can see Nora holding a water hose with leaking water.

Nora: Good job everyone, especially you bob and oliver. though we could've broken his legs.

The rest of JNPR could be ssen helping injured civilians.

There on the floor can be seen y/n with hate on his eyes looking at the two teams with JNPR with pride on their eyes and RWBY with sadness and regret on theirs.

Y/n: I make my vow...

Said the boy to the two teams who turned their heads to the electric man.

Y/n:...Union will fall, and every single one of you, will die by my hands.

The police took him away on a police vehicle.

Pyrrah: He seemed to know us, who was he by the way?

Ruby: ...

Blake: That man...

Team JNPR listened as Weiss, Ruby, and Yang looked at the vehicle that took him away in sadness.

Blake: ...that man was y/n.
