Saki: Stupid-! Branches!

In the middle of a forest located in vale, the girl with glasses walked through the dirt and grass. and that included tight spaces.

Saki: Come-! On-!

She pulled on her foot as to which got stuck in a bush. she pulled as hard as she could. Her foot got unstuck but saki fell on her butt. Frustrated, she stood up, dusted herself off and continued walking.

Saki walked up a hill and strated climbing since the hill got steeper and steeper.

She reached up and held on to an exposed root and pulled herself up. She rolled onto the ground breathing heavily. She turned around and stood up again. She controed her breathing and looked into the distance. Union City was finally upon vision's reach

Saki: *huff* About...time...

She began to walk downhill slowly carefull to not miss a step and slide down.

Knock Knock

the door slid open as Y/n's head peeked in.

Y/n: Hello? Anybody here?

The room seemed like an electric engineer's office. Y/n closed the door behind him and slowly walked in.

Y/n: walkin in! to not alarm anyone...

Y/n looked around saw many devices on shelves and tables alike. He could feel the irregularly large amount of energy in them. He picked it up a device from the table and inspected it. The build itself was very advanced.

Y/n: Damn...not even I knew of this tech...

A loud clank and a grunt sounded behind him.

???: dammit!! Why won't you work!?!?

Y/n set down the device and slowly walked towards a closed door. He grabbed the handle, twisted it, and opened. He peeked inside and saw Max rubbing his head with his head. Annoyed.

Max picked up an short oval device and placed it on a table with a lot of tools scattered on it. Max picked up a blueprint.

Max: But everything was planned to perfection!! What did stark have that he achieved it?!

He picked up the empty looking Ark reactor and scanned it.

Y/n: Have you tried charging it with an energy source?

Max: SON OF A—!

Max jumped in surprise and accidentally dropped the ark reactor.

Y/n: whoa there buddy!

Y/n sent a electric arm and held the ark reactor in the air.

Max stood up and fixed his glasses and hair.

Max: It's you!! The guy form the hall!!

Y/n: Yup and someone else you know...?

Max: Uhh...

Max fixed his glasses and looked at him closer.

Max: Wait...but...how?! You're supposed to be dead!!

Y/n: I guess I had other plans.

Y/n opened his arms as he went in for a hug. Max hugged him with a tight embrace.

Max: But I saw the blast! The blue lights and everything! What happened?!

Y/n: well it looks like I lost a fight of 1 vs 8 maybe?

Max: they made you a trap?

Y/n: think so, they gave me the energy of the entire city. Looks like it was too much and boom. After that I woke up in the hospital and my powers gone.

Max: Gone?

Y/n: yep, couldn't use them. After a few days there, Ozpin and his bastard crew came in the room and asked me to come back. I had to accept since the only other option was execution.

Max: So what then?

Y/n: I got into a fight, bit a cable, and got my powers back basically.

Max: So they needed a "little push" right?

Y/n: apparently. But! I think this is something else. I feel: lighter, faster, stronger!

Max: Hm...do you know how many how strong or how many volts you could create before?

Y/n: I don't know. It takes 1 billion volts to power a city...for I don't know how long... but apparently I took that energy head on for a while and survived...

Max: That is really impressive... considering that you feel stronger, as you say, I think that your body...adapted to it.

Y/n: adapted? Doesn't sound too far fetched...

Max: wait...how many watts could you create per second?

Y/n: How many? Umm...I guess...one typical attack of mine was around 20k volts...I don't know...

Max: So...how about we calculate it now?

Y/n: How?

Max: I was making this device while working on the power plants of the world. I would calculate every single one at the same time with this!

He pulls out something very weird looking. It was the size of a book bag and had a large metal stick on it.

Max: I insert this in the main cable that connects everything and it calculates it. The last time I calculated it was a few weeks ago. I think it was 3,000,000,000,000 watts.

Y/n: Damn. So how are we going to...do this?

Y/n though about how he could calculate it. He definitely did not want that stick inside him. It would be really gross and painful.

Max: How about you grab the stick and let it calculate it.

Y/n, relieved, grabbed the stick and the machine started to work. There a fast beeping noise coming from it.

Max: So now, you have about 326,000 volts inside you and increasing...

Y/n's eyes widened as he looked at his other hand, surprised at the power he possessed. A few minutes passed until max spoke once again.

Max: From the time that has passed, you can created about 30,000 volts per second!

Y/n: Wow...so...that means that I'm not at my full power yet?

Max: I don't think so...with that kind of energy, you can maybe even power cities like Atlas for Decades!!

Y/n let go and looked at both of his hands. Small sparks sparked between his fingers as he smiled. He looked up and then an idea came to mind.

Y/n: You said you needed an energy source for you reactor right?

MAx: yeah? why?

Y/n: What if...i help you charge it?

Max: ...

Max's lips began to quiver as he hugged y/n as he quietly sobbed in his shoulder.

Y/n: Hey, hey, hey! relax...

Max: Thank you...thank you so much...

Y/n pat his back.

Y/n: so...are we gonna do this or what?

Max let go as he quickly grabbed the ark.

MAx: right.

he walked to a side of the room as to which the walls had burn marks and signs of previous explosions. Max set the ark on a stable set and went behind a metal wall.

Max: DO it!

Y/n: How?

MAx: i dont know, try zapping it!

Y/n: okay then...

Y/n got in front of the metal wall while max watched through a small thick window. Y/n shook his arms as he got ready. His veins began to glow as his palms suddenly spew out two electric strings. The Reactor began to make a rising whirring noise.

THe ark began to glow a bright blue. Y/n felt the growing energy coming from his front side. He decided to not back down and sent stronger currents.

Max looked at a screen below him and saw the rising volt levels on the thousands. Max looked up to see y/n in a firm pose while charging it up more. Y/n hunched forward and put his hands on his knees. The center of his torso hurt and his arms felt like they were asleep. Y/n looked up at the reactor to it now glowing in a never changing brightness.

Max hugged him from behind as he celebrated.

Max: You did it! HAHAHA! This is great! now i can finally charge up my suit!

Y/n: Wait...suit?

Max: I never told you? well come on, follow me.

Max grabbed the ark with rubber gloves and excitedly walked off as y/n tiredly followed him.

Max opened some curtains in a cylinder shape to reveal a simple yet advanced suit.

Y/n looked amazed. he saw that everything on the suit seemed to be homemade. THe Built is something else. Max began to take the suit on piece by piece. He then placed the ark on the chest area as the suit lit up. Y/n backed away as the energy in the ark began to be liberated. yellow electricityBegan to surround max as he began to float.

MAx: It works... IT WORKS!!! HAHAHAHA!!!

Max looked at the window of his office and smiled. He suddenly flew to the window and broke through.

Y/n smiled, charged up his blue electricity and followed him. Unlike max, Y/n catched up in an instant due to his fast mobility in his energy form. Max laughed like crazy as he soared though the skies. He went aboive the clouds to see the beautiful sunset.

Max looked at his hands as he began to try to charge up. the ark began to whir again as max began to be covered by yellow electricity. he spread his arms as yellow thunder and lightning surrounded the man.

From below, it seemed like a severe thunderstorm. People began to seek shelter as they feared the worst.

Y/n: MAX!

Max let the power die down as he turned around. He saw y/n floating with his blue electricity. Y/n smiled as his blue star mask appeared. Max did the same with a side of whirring sounds.

Y/n sent a giant strike towards max as ax did the same. The two powers collided as they each parried each other. THe clash zone began to glow white. White lightning came from the clash as the sphere of energy began to glow even brighter and brighter. THe giant sphere exploded as y/n and max were sent back. Both of them gained balance quickly as they laughed their asses off.

Guard: Headmasters!

Ozpin: We know.

Nezu: That was no ordinary thunderstorm.

All might: what do you think it was?

Sirzech: I dont know, i didnt feel any dark magic from it, but i did feel two inmense power sources. Even greater that electro...

Ozpin was looking out the window, towards the grey clouds in the sky.

Ozpin: we have one suspect for this...

Nezu: Y/n?

Ozpin: precisely... Do we have any news?

Nezu: yes we have, the Support course student Hatsume has finished the collar.

Sirzech: May i ask why that collar is for?

Ozpin: We recently recieved the news that young l/n recieved his powers back. Thank Christ that he hasn't made any movements yet.

Nezu: and that collar is to restrict his powers. he will be human for as long as he doesnt excert over 500 volts, to not restrict him completely. The collar is controled by three remotes as to which each of us three headmasters will possess.

Sirzech was given a controler with a power button. and two buttons of an arrow pointing up and another pointing down.

Nezu: The arrows allows us to increase or decrease the amount of power he can release.

Ozpin examined the room behind him, sighed, and then looked out to the rebuilding city.

Ozpin: 'and thank god, they haven't made any movements yet'

It was now nighttime as everyone was in their respective rooms.

Blake could be seen laying on her bed but was fidgeting around her bed.

Blake had her eyes wide open. SHe couldn't stop thinking of the boy. She wanted him so bad. This was due to her heat. She was planning on how She could pull him into a staff room and have the time of her life with him. But the recupertion of his powers didnt make things easier.

Y/n could be seen resting on a new matress with proper bed bases. He had a new blanket and pillow. his room could be easily noticed to be way cleaner. there were faint blood stains here and there but it didnt matter. Y/n had hid hands behind his head witha wide smile plastered on his head. he looked at his rigth arm. he touvhed it and it felt real. he could feel his right forearm.

Y/n: Regenerative abilities too huh? heh... this will be fun.
