Y/n's eyes began to stir open. He looked around. He quickly closed his eyes as the sunlight hit him on his eyes.

Y/n: Where... where am I?

The tried to get up but was quickly pulled down.

Yang: Mmm~ just five more minutes...zzzz...

Y/n had wide eyes as he saw the complete make body of yang laying beside him as she was basically tangled all around him.

Y/n: 'what the hell is she doing here?!'

He was in a panic while looking around to see if anyone was there. His eyes landed on a clock as it read 6:50 AM.

Y/n: It's early...Yang...

Yang began to stir her eyes open as her eyes landed on the boy's irritated face. She rubbed her eyes as she sat up.

Yang: mmm~ Morning darling~

After their little "session" from a few hours earlier, they fell asleep due to the exhaustion. Since she didn't dress, her chest bounced freely in the air.

Y/n's face turned red but his face only got more aggressive.

Y/n: What the hell yang?!

Yang: What?

Yang was set back as she had never heard him swear before. Her heart churned in pain as she didn't see any hint of love in his eyes.

His mind brought images of his time with winter and saki.

On the half destroyed city, the rising sun loomed over it. A blonde figure jumped from roof to roof.

Yang landed on another roof as she stopped and looked back at the hospital and smiled.

Yang: Just you wait...we will be together again...

She looked down and rubbed her stomach.

Y/n was laying on the bed with his arm resting on his head. His eyes were looking in the distance as he was deep in thought.

Y/n: 'why did she do that? Didn't she hate me before? What does she want so bad that she was willing to tell me that she loved me?'

His thoughts were interrupted as the door opened. He covered his half naked body with the blanket as his top remained uncovered.

Nurse: Oh! You're awake. That's good.

She walked to his side as she looked at a monitor checking some data.

Nurse: Well looks like your blood pressure increased for a while during the night.

Y/n's face turned red as memories from the night before. He shook his head as he looked around the room.

The room seemed like a normal hospital room except that it looked older than a usual room. He expected it to be more militarized since he was a villain that killed millions.

Y/n: 'I don't remember attacking this hospital...so why does it look so...crumbled?'

The sound of the door opening reached his ears. He looked over and saw the headmasters Ozpin, Nezu, and Sirzech.

Ozpin: Good morning young man!

Y/n: ...

He remained silent as his face slowly turned to an angered one as he glared.

Nezu: Now no need to get angry, we came only to talk.

Y/n: talk?

Sirzech: To be straight forward, we want you back in Union.

Y/n: ...heheheh...hahaha...HAHAHAHA

Ozpin and the headmasters remained silent but they were deeply disturbed by what they in front of them.

Y/n: Now that's funny! You fuckers actually think I'll go back?

Nezu: l/n please listen-

Y/n: Why should I?! You never cared for me! You saw me being beat up with your own eyes! And what did you do?!

Ozpin: L/n please I ask you to-

Y/n: WHAT DID YOU DO?!

Ozpin was interrupted by his angry voice. Y/n was now not laying down but sitting up.

Ruby: Good morning-! Huh?

The four of them turned around and saw team rwby with Pyrrha and Nora beg behind them.

He turned to y/n with a glare.

Y/n: Shut your bitch ass mouth you motherfu-

His mouth was covered by a hand right behind he could finish.

Ruby: Hey! That's a no-no word!

Y/n grabbed her wrist as he pulled her hand away.

His vision landed on the blonde girl standing behind the red-tipped girl.

He turned to the headmasters as yang felt a bit hurt that he decided to ignore her.

Ozpin: We want you to come back.

Rwbypn: What?!

Ruby: You're coming back!!

She hugged him as her smile widened more than ever. The rest of rwby joined her.

Y/n: Get off me!

He tried to push them away but Ruby refused and kept him in her arms. Nora watched from behind. For some reason, she couldn't move her legs as much as she wanted. Pyrrha turned to the head masters

Pyrrha: So you're gonna take him back to Union?

Ozpin: That's the plan...

Nezu: We can't let him go after this, if he's released, he could go to prison with a life sentence or even a death penalty.

Pyrrha: D-death sentence?!

Sirzech: coming with us is his only way to survive.

Pyrrha looked back and saw the boy trying to get himself free from the girl's arms. Ruby hugged his neck from his right side, Weiss hugged his torso and Blake hugged his head. Yang however, she shoved his head in her breasts.

Nora only watched with eyes full of sorrow.

Ozpin fake coughed to catch their attention. Everyone turned to him.

Ozpin: As we were saying, you really don't have a choice y/n-

Nezu: What?

Sirzech: Well certainly I don't see a giant Smurf who controls sparks here.

Y/n stopped as he was now standing in front of Sirzech as he was facing upwards for he reached to his chin.

Sirzech: How will you fight?

Sirzech: your powers are gone and you are weak. You're still recovering from the fight a few weeks ago.

Y/n looked down and considered his options.

He couldn't fight. He didn't see any vulnerable cables in the room. If he began to swing, they could kill him easily.

Y/n: When does class start?

Ruby gasped and her eyes widened.

She dashed towards y/n one more time to hug him.

She was stopped when she felt a palm on her face.

Y/n: This doesn't mean I'll go back with you.

Ruby stepped a few steps away.

The girls watched him leave as he stopped at the door and looked at them. His view was heavy on them, he sighed and walked away.

He entered his dorm as he closed the door behind him. He noticed a bag on his bed as a little note was taped to it.

He opened the bag and saw brand a new uniform.

Back at the base in the forest, inside the warehouse was what was left of the sinister six.

They managed to survive because they retreated after the Union battle. They managed to escape but now unharmed.

Saki: We have to go back for him!

Cinder: It's no use as of now. He was captured and most probably dead by now.

Saki: But what if he isn't?! What if he's still alive?! He could be locked up or being sentenced to death even!

Cinder paid no attention to her as she stared a table as it had pictures of the team and other people too. One picture had a red haired man with a katana of some sorts. Y/n's picture was him practicing some electric manipulation but it had a red X marked over it.

Cinder: Look saki, his death doesn't matter to us, he was dispensable and besides, we don't have enough men to make a rescue party.

Saki: We can go! The four of us!

Hazel: We're not in the shape to go ourselves, my rhino suit is damaged, tyrant has been stabbed in the gut by that blonde devil and his sword and lost a lot of blood, we lost doc to that raven woman, and watts is unconscious!

Saki looked at everyone and realized that it was true.

Saki: 'what do I do?! I don't have anyone to help and with my spells I can't do much!'

Y/n: Use your powers then!

Saki: 'wait...'

Y/n: It's your power, you decide what to do with them.

Saki: 'he's right' fine then.

Cinder turned to her.

Saki: If you won't help, I'll go by myself.

Saki grabbed her glass helmet and walked off. Hazel stood up to stop her but cinder signaled him to stop.

Cinder: Let her go. We'll be able to see how strong Union is as of now.

Hazel looked at cinder and then at saki in the distance.

He walked through the hallways as he looked down in order to not grab any unwanted attention.

He heard murmurs about how the teachers could let them go to study a few weeks after the attacks.

Sure it wasn't successful but it demonstrated that it was possible. It was a demonstration that Union is weak and could inspire other criminal groups to attack.

It was interesting. He never thought of it that way. He did it for the weak. He never intended to be a sign of truth-

Max: Oh!

Both guys fell to the ground. Max had some repair tools that fell to the ground.

Max: Oh god! I'm so sorry, I wasn't watching my way-

And with that he rushed off to god knows where.

A/n: I have no idea how Goodwitch teaches or how strict she is so bare with me.

Goodwitch: Good morning class.

Y/n sat down on a random seat he assumed was empty since no one was sitting down there. It had six empty seats around him. It looked like a force field around him. He like it. It was a giant room so no one noticed him in the back. It was a pretty good place to not caught doing stuff.

He closed his eyes and thought about his situation.

He lost the final fight and was captured. He was now being forced to study back in this hellhole once again.

Y/n: This can't get any worse....

The sounds of people sitting down reached his ears.

He opened his eyes and saw the girls of Rwby and Jnpr sit all around him.

Ruby: Y/n!

In an instant, Ruby seemed to have teleported to her seat. She had one of the most cheerful smiles anyone has ever seen. Even yang who lived with her since they were children had never seen a smile that could compare to the one she had now.

It was now lunch and y/n was sitting in his usual spot. He had an entire table to himself since he had never had any friend and people never bothered talking to him.
