Adam sat in his tent thinking deeply. He pressed his thumb and forefinger against the bridge of his nose and sighed.

"How is she here?" He thought, "why is she here?"

Normally he wouldn't care if there was a Faunus that wanted to join his cause. In fact he welcomed it. But Jenni Opal....no....Jennifer Ironwood crossed the line. It's not that he didn't like her she seemed very nice. The problem was he knew that there were people that would love to get their hands on her. People who would tear his camp apart to get to her if they knew she was there. He didn't want to risk any lives including Jenni's.

"I guess the only thing I can do is keep her where I can see her," he said to himself.

In fact that was the whole reason he had put Jenni with Blake, because he knew Blake would keep her safe. That's the kind of person she was. He felt himself blush at thought of his cat Faunus girlfriend who he had known since practically forever. Blake was someone special to him and it made him happy whenever she was around. Especially considering she could've left when her parents did but she didn't. She chose to stay and fight alongside the other White Fang members. She chose to stay and fight alongside him.

His thoughts were interrupted when he saw his scroll flash with a new message. He opened the message and began reading but almost immediately he dropped his scroll on the ground. Keeping his camp safe was now about to get more difficult. High Leader Khan was coming in one week.
