Eventually, Winter and Moon made up with Qibi, and were friends with him again. But Qibli was still with Gila, and Winter was still with Moon. Winter has decided to come back to Jade Mountain Academy with Moon, instead of studying scavengers in Sanctuary. Winter and Moon were very happy together, and Moon was happier than she had been with Qibli. Winter and Moon had been together for five years. Winter was ten years old, and Moon was nine years old.  Dragons are adults at age 7. 

Now Winter was ready. He was going to propose to Moon tonight. It was their anniversary of when they first got together, and Winter was taking Moon to a full moon festival in Possibility, and they would  have dinner before. At the most romantic part of the night, Winter would ask Moon to marry him. He had already purchased the perfect ring, it was made out of silver, and it had a glittering crescent moon on it. Moon would love it. 

 Winter, Moon, Kinkajou, Peril, and Turtle still lived at Jade Mountain Academy, because they became teachers. Winter had started a scavenger studies class, Moon taught math, Kinkajou taught art, Turtle taught history, and Peril didn't teach anything, she just lived there with Clay. Qibli lived in Possibility with Gila, they were engaged, and they were planning their wedding.  

  It was morning, Winter got out of bed, left his cave, and walked to Moon's cave. Moon was awake. "Ready to go?", Winter asked. "Yes, I just have to say goodbye to Kinkajou.", Moon answered. "I've been awake the whole time.", Kinkajou said from her hammock. "Ok, bye Kinkajou, we'll be back tomorrow.", Moon said."Don't have too much fun without me.", Kinkajou said. 

Moon and Winter flew to Possibility, where Qibli and Gila were waiting for them. "Hey, I hope you're not missing me too much, I know I'm your favorite dragon.", Qibli said. "Not at all.", Winter said. "Hi, are you excited for tonight? You should come to more full moon festivals, they're so much fun, actually, Qibli proposed to me at a full moon festival. It was so romantic.", Gila said. "Cool, and I can't wait for tonight.", Moon said. 

"Um, I have to talk to Qibli for a minute, excuse me.", Winter said. "I told you I'm his favorite dragon.", Qibli said. Winter and Qibli walked a few steps away and Qibli said "What? What's so important?". "I am going to propose to Moon tonight, when should I do it?", Winter asked. "Oh, wow. Um, I'll play the drums and you and Moon can dance, then maybe you can propose to her? I find that when you're dancing, you're having the most fun, so that's probably the best time for romance.", Qibli said. "Alright.", Winter said.
