No pov 

Its been 2 weeks since you and Ruby became a couple you were happy but you noticed a certain special day was coming up. You slowly became depressed over the 2nd week you became antisocial and you weren't being you happy friendly self. You were being distant with your friends and your teammates especially Ruby which was making her upset. That special day came luckily it was a Saturday so you went to Vale unknown to you your team followed you to Vale you went to the bakery and they noticed you come out with a small cake box. You noticed your team but you just they were have a day on the town. You start going to the park and sat down on the bench.

Y/n pov (you finished singing the song up top) 

I look around seeing the other families until you see a familiar red cloak being blown out from behind a tree.

Y/n: Team RWBY have you been following me. Come out I see Ruby's cloak.

They come out and walk to me they stood there in silence till Ruby spoke.

Ruby: Y/n why have you been distant lately? What happened to the friendly, happy, and kind hearted boy I feel In love with? Don't you love me?

Y/n: I do Ruby its just that today is a special day today its my niece's birthday.

Yang: Can't you call them?

Y/n: I can't Yang.

I toss my phone to Ruby. 

Y/n: Its time they knew Ruby. 

_WBY: What is he talking about?

Ruby: Y/n isn't from this world.

_WBY: WHAT?!?!?!

Ruby: He's from a place called Earth.

Y/n: And this is just a tv show where i come from. I've seen up to volume 5. 

Ruby starts up the video where i lose my arm and the dust robbery and initiation after showing them the videos she gave me back my phone.

Y/n: My family most likely thinks I'm dead. I've been able to tough it out because I have been making new friends and great memories and I have a great girlfriend friend. But once I realized I'm missing my niece's 8th birthday it pushed me over the edge. SO YES YANG I'VE TRIED TO CALL THEM! FOR 3 FUCKING WEEKS I'VE TRIED TO TELL THEM I'M NOT DEAD THAT THEY DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ME! TO TELL MY NIECE A HAPPY FUCKING BIRTHDAY!

I started crying while Yang felt bad and Ruby tried to comfort you. Weiss and Blake was just staring at something behind you but didn't care.

Y/n: Just let me be alone today. 

Avery: Uncle Y/n!

Y/n: Not now Avery. Wait AVERY.

I turn around to see a portal that looked just like the 1 that brought me here. I run to Avery and pick her up and hugged her.

Y/n: Come lets meet my family.

Everyone went through the portal which closed after the last person went through. I open my door and poked my head out to see my mom my sister and Presley stare at me with a wide eye expression. 

Y/n: Umm hey.

They rushed me and put in a group hug while Presley hugged my leg.

Y/n: Hey why don't I show you all my new friends and my girlfriend.

Mom: Girlfriend? I'd thought you'd never get a girlfriend.

We walk in my room to see Avery bothering team RWBY. 

Linley: So which 1 is your girlfriend? Avery stop bugging Y/n's friends.

Ruby: I'm Ruby Rose, Y/n's girlfriend.

Yang: Yang Xiao Long, Ruby's older sister.

Weiss: Weiss Schnee, Heiress of the Schnee Dust Company.

Blake: Blake Belladonna.

Mom: I'm Missy L/n, Y/n's mother.

Linley: I'm Linley Miller, Y/n's sister.

Y/n: And this little one...

I pick up Presley.

Y/n: Is Presley Miller, my youngest niece. And the one behind Yang is Avery Miller, my oldest niece. Avery whatever you do don't pull Yang's- 

Yang: ow

Y/n: hair.

Yang's eyes went red and turned to the birthday girl.

Y/n: Yang if your gonna punch anyone punch me.

Which she did, she sent me to the wall knocking me out.

Ruby's pov

I walk over to Y/n to check on him.

Ruby: It's ok he's just knocked out. 

I turn towards Y/n's family and I see them with fear in theirs from what my sister did.

Ruby: Sorry for my sister she's over protective for her hair.

Missy: How did she do that with one punch?

Ruby: Its better if we showed you. Where's Y/n's phone? 

I start going though Y/n's pockets till I found his phone. I started the video but then it said something about watching it over a tv so i tapped yes and his tv in his room turned on showing the video. Me and Weiss picked up Y/n and put him on his bed. I then hear Y/n's mom say something.

Missy: My baby only has 1 arm!

I go and take his glove off to show his prosthetic which calmed her down. We keep going to the point we were at and.

Yang: Why did you stop it Ruby?

Ruby: I promised Y/n we wouldn't see our future and I don't want to break that. He trusted me with so much and I don't want to ruin our relationship just to know what will happened.

Y/n: I knew I could trust you. And I love you too Ruby.

Ruby: Y/n you're awake.

Y/n's pov

I wake up hearing Ruby explaining why she stopped the show to Yang I was touched that she values our relationship over the future. I make them aware that i'm awake and she used her semblance to rushed over and started hugging me and kissing me. After that we wished my niece a happy birthday, had some cake and then my sister and my nieces left to go home. Then we all get ready for bed which was a problem. They didn't have any pjs and I only have 1 bed that could fit 3 people and a recliner. 

Y/n: Ok well go in my closet and grab some sleep clothing should be the 2nd draw from the top. While you do that I'm gonna go make some cookies. The shower is the 2nd door on your left when you open my door.

I head to the kitchen and grabbed the premade cookie dough and the pan and set the oven. I put the first batch in and set the timer. I walk back in my to see Blake not in the room and Weiss was already in some of my sleep clothes she was wearing a white T-shirt and a pair of grey shorts. I sat on my chair and started up my PS3 and started up *call of duty: black ops* and handed each of them a controller but Weiss didn't want to play. I started up a training match after that Blake came back in wearing a batman T-shirt and a pair of pants with fish designs on them. Yang then went to get her shower. Me and Ruby were sitting in my chair she was cuddling me while we were playing a match in multiplayer. I then hear they oven go off I get up and got the first batch of cookies out and put them on a plate then I put the last batch in. I walk back in to my room at the same time Yang did she was wearing a large red T-shirt that says thing 4 across the front and a pair of black shorts. Ruby started to get up to take a shower but before she left I kissed her on the check which caused her to blush then she used her semblance to leave and grab some cookies and went to the bathroom to shower. It was 3 minutes before Ruby came back in wearing my red pants with Kylo Ren on them and a Star Wars T-shirt and she was shivering.

Ruby: There wasn't any hot w-water.

Y/n: I'll warm you up.

I get up and started hugging her which she returned. Using my semblance to increase my body temperature to warm her up once she stopped shivering i stopped using my semblance tried to break the hug but she just kept hugging me. I then heard the oven go off.

Y/n: Do you want the cookies to burn?

Ruby quickly let go and I went to grab the last batch out and set them on top of the oven and turned it off. And I walk back to my room and turned on netflix. 

Y/n: Yall want to watch a movie.

Ruby: Yeah! 

Yang: Sure.

Blake: Ok.

Weiss: Fine.

I turn on *Home Alone 3* and I sat in my chair with Ruby sitting next to me. Halfway through the me and Ruby fell asleep holding each other.

Timeskip to morning 

I wake up to a sleeping Ruby in my face I move my head to kiss her. Ruby started stirring she opens her eyes to see me kissing her she blushes and returns the kiss. Then I break the kiss.

Y/n: Come on lets make some breakfast.

Ruby: *yawning* What we making?

Y/n: Bacon and eggs.

We head to the kitchen to make breakfast before I opened the fridge I see a note. It said "Y/n I'm went to work. If you're gone when I get back I'll won't be mad and I support your decision mostly because your girlfriend would be upset if you don't go with her.  Love, mom." I open the fridge and grabbed the bacon and eggs, and put them on the counter. Then I grab 2 pans and turned on 2 oven eyes. We started cooking I told Ruby how to do then eggs and she did great. While me was cooking everyone came out of my room. After we ate they grabbed their clothes and I got some of mine from the closet. I got dressed in my closet I was wearing my RWBY T-shirt, blue jeans, a f/c jacket and my blue cloak. I knocked to make sure if they were dressed. They told me they're ready.

Weiss: Why hasn't the portal opened?!

Y/n: I don't know it's not like I'm... the one... that opens it.

Ruby: Y/n, you couldn't have made that portal appear could.

Y/n: Well now that I thought about I could have.

Weiss: Well then make 1 back to Remnant you dolt.

Y/n: Here's the thing Weiss I don't know how.

Weiss: What do you mean you don't know?

Y/n: All I can figure out is how I made the portal home. I was upset, I was mad, and I was depressed, and when I lashed out at Yang and when I did I see the portal behind me with my niece on the other side.

Blake: Okay then how did you feel and what were you doing when the first portal opened that brought you to our world?

Y/n: Lets see I was rewatching the show RWBY to get a good recap on everything. *muttering* Skipping over the unfavorable episodes. *normal voice* Before volume 6 came out, while I was watching it I started thinking how great it would be to be a Huntsman, protecting people with the weapon would have made. I was happy at this thought I still am.

Ruby: Hey a portal opened.

I turn to see a portal back to our dorm was opened.

Y/n: Smart thinking Blake. Go ahead through I'll be right there I just need to grab something.

They go through I quickly grab my game system and the bag of cookies I made last night and went through the portal.
