Y/n pov

I looked out the window of the carriage noticing the orange hue of the darkening sky. "It's beautiful, isn't it?" I hear Ciel ask.

"It is indeed." Soon enough we arrive at the Viscount's ball. Ciel steps out first and I follow with Sebastian's help. I walk beside Ciel up the stairs into the large manor. Once inside we meet up with Madame Red, Lau, and Ran- Mao. Out of the corner of my eye I see a streak of pink and blonde. 

I pull Ciel behind a pillar, "What was that for?" He questioned me. 

"Look to your right," I point in that general direction. "If she saw you and recognized you, you would never be able to live that down." He nodded his head with a faint thank you. "We should get going, I want to get this over with," We made our way towards the Viscount Druit attempting to avoid Elizabeth in the process.

The Viscount led us to a room far from all the other people. When we entered it was pitch black and there was a strange smell that made me feel slightly faint. "W-where are we?" that was all I managed to get out before darkness consumed me...
