A Dream
The three sisters were panting for air when they reached that moldy house and opened the door in hurry only to find Saharish on the floor.
But what was new for them was Maisah, whose nose was bleeding when she looked at them.
"Help me, Yasmine." Maisah beseeched as she tried to crawl near them, putting her hand on her neck to ease out her breathing, "I don't want to die, please help me."
Aunt Yasmine looked at her sisters, they knew what was happening to her. Her black magic was now counterattacking her. All the knowers of the world knew this thing, black magic could give you instant results but once it decides to take, it could take everything away from you.
"There's the only thing you can do, Maisah," Aunt Huda came forward and sat near Saharish, "Wake our Saharish. She would help you."
Aunt Huda talked with her sisters in their eye language. Their plan was to use Maisah just to wake Saharish. After that, they would run away from there. Because once fully fine, Maisah would again make their life hell.
"I'll do it. Wait a minute," She gasped holding her side, "Help me in getting up."
The sweat beads wetted her forehead as Aunt Rabia came to her assistance. Maisah held Saharish's hand and mumbled for a few minutes.
It was unusual to see the epitome of arrogance and power in such a humble state. An example of how drastic the time changes.

The vision was blurred and there was silence all around but when she began to open her eyes, she could see a thin silhouette which slowly cleared out to show a disheveled woman.
"Saharish," It was aunt Huda in whose lap her head was resting, "You okay?"
She nodded and tried to get up as the lady took a few steps back.
"Where are we?"
"This is Maisah's house," Aunt Rabia answered eyeing Maisah, "This is Maisah."
Saharish's eyes were still stuck to her bleeding nose, "Ohhh. Miss, your nose is bleeding."
"Stop dear," Aunt Rabia held her hand, "Don't go close to her. She was the one who pushed you into problems all along."
Saharish looked at them, surprised that they were stopping her from helping somebody.
"Khala, that shouldn't stop me from helping her. She needs our help and that's what you taught me all along."
Saharish moved near Maisah and kept her head in her lap, shoving out her handkerchief, she began to wipe the blood from her nose and lips.
"You will be okay, miss."
"You know that...Saharish," Maisah held her hand, "I cursed you when you were born... I was finding you so that I could kill you... Do you still want to hel-"
Maisah began to cough, spitting blood. Saharish wiped her own tears looking at the helpless condition of the lady.
"Miss, it's all in Allah's hands and Yasmine Khala says you should always be better in behavior to those who hurt you." Maisah held her hand kissing her knuckles as she started crying hysterically.
Saharish called her aunts with a glass of water and put the wet handkerchief near her nose to make the bleeding stop.
"My time has come dear, don't waste your time on me. Tell...tell your parents I was sorry for everything and I'm sorry. Tell your Allah to forgi-"
Her words stuck in her throat as Maisah placed a hand on her neck. A haunting scream left her lungs when her eyes closed leaving the room filled with grief and utter silence.

Zeyad Hadeed opened the grand gate of Mukhtar Mansion. He had no other option but to come to Delhi because now his lady love was gone.
He shouldn't have told her about his feelings. He shouldn't have come in front of her. He was an utter idiot. Now he had lost her.
The giant mahogany door opened only to cover him in flower petals as Zeyad took a step back.
His heart stopped for a second seeing the girl who crouched down to pick the fallen plate and then look up at him.
"You!"
They both exclaimed in unison as a relaxed smile graced Zeyad's lips.
"Are you following me, sir?"
"I would love to but I'm not."
The girl turned to go back only to stop by Zeyad's voice, "Tell me your name at least now."
"I won't." The girl rolled her eyes at him, forcing an amused smile on him, "By the way hold your horses for a moment, mister. I'm already engaged to someone."
Zeyad's smile vanished as he ignored her and began to move inside when a thought stopped him, "What's the name of this lucky guy? You can tell me because I won't be coming in your way from now!"
The girl furrowed her brows at him then pursed her lips, "Zeyad Hadeed."
The wintery breeze danced as Zeyad's smile back and turned into a burst of free laughter. Surely his destiny was playing too many games with him but was he complaining. Not now when unknowingly he fell in love with the girl who was already destined for him.
"Sorry..." Zeyad tried to compose himself, "But Ms. Saharish Firdous, I'm Zeyad Hadeed."
Saharish would be gifting him with some more lessons when from behind he heard Mukhtar uncle and his father's voice.
"Glad you came, Zeyad dear." Mukhtar uncle patted his back while his father gave him a smile of gratitude.
"I had to. It's my wedding."
He said those last words looking at Saharish who was refraining from looking at him.

Saharish watched from the thin curtain as Zeyad enjoyed lunch with her family, her parents, and her aunts. That sudden burst of butterflies hadn't ended yet and she couldn't help it. Maybe now her heart was at ease and gratitude of her Lord who made her wish His own.
Her days in Mukhtar mansion were one of the best days of her life. It felt Allah suddenly gifted her with everything, a whole family and now the man whom she admired.
Leaving them to eat as she had no space for food, Saharish moved to the backyard garden. The roses were blooming as the wintery air blew the hem of her dress in a beautiful symphony.
"Thinking of me?"
His husky voice boomed near her as she showed herself busy to hide her pink cheeks.
"Why are so full of yourself?"
Saharish asked, her fingers caressing the rose petal. Her hand got in his soft hold as he made her turn to face him.
"Don't bother about me." His finger traced her knuckles as it seemed he was choosing right words, "I was an avid lover of your beauty but now the stories of your strength had evolved a new respect of you in my heart, my Saharish."
The endearment pushed her gut to churn in an excited manner.
"Are you happy with this marriage?"
She shook her head on Zeyad's question to tease him, looking at him for a moment then turning her head away.
"Why would I?"
"Good question. But... I have some answers for it also..." He tilted his head near to whisper, "some more that I'll answer after our marriage."
"You really are a blunt creature."
Zeyad chuckled and plucked a bright red rose, making sure to remove the thorns before giving it to her, "Saharish Firdous, I won't promise you stars and moon but whenever you will need a shoulder to cry, you will find me. You will find me everytime in need or no need. So, will you marry me, Saharish?"
She was hating that she became teary eyed on his words. The words that touched her heart in one of many ways. Looking in his eyes was getting difficult so Saharish just nodded, also gifting him with her smile for the first time.
