In this age of constant judgement,
On others and ourselves.
We need to teach them kindness,
To others and themselves.

Ensure they know that people,
Come in every shape and size,
With no-one better than the other,
And none are worthy of despise.

Again as a parent I know the importance of teaching your children to appreciate and accept the differences in people and also in themselves.  Ensure they learn to be kind to others and themselves.  No one is worthy of their judgement, just because they are different.  They should  accept people based on their character and build their own to be strong and kind.
