I looked back and surely enough I was being followed, I was too close to change directions now or they would continue past me. I gave Zena a pat on the neck and pointed the direction we were going, surely enough she got what I meant and began to fly faster. I reached the location minutes before the hunting party did, I stood with Zena by my side as well as the Spartans as elites surrounded us. This wasn't going to end well, the Spartans all glanced at me and nodded, we made sure we were between my own fellow covenant and the wounded soldiers.
"Come now Arbiter move aside and let us get rid of these scum," One of the brutes grunted, I snarled in reply my energy sword drawn. Two of the elites exchanged glances before they began to fire, I blocked most of the plasma crystals with my energy sword before charging. I slashed through them wanting nothing more then to tear myself apart with each of them I killed, the Spartans joined in and we soon dispatched of what we thought was the entire squad. Suddenly a blast hit the ground where the injured lay and we were thrown down the mountain, I hit the ground with a thud not having the special armour that the Spartans had black dots began to envelope my vision. The last thing I saw before I blacked out was a spartan standing over me, finally I slipped out of consciousness and into a black abyss.

I awoke in what looked to be a cave of sorts, I tried to sit up but a pain in my head forced me back down. I realised that now I would be known as a traitor for striking down my own kind and siding with humans, I winced as something touched my head.
"So the Arbiter awakens," a spartan chuckled, he helped me sit up and I held my head. We were hiding from what I could tell, luckily we still had the supplies and Zena was curled up behind me so I used her as a rest so I didn't strain myself.
"Yeah nice peace treaty," another scoffed, she didn't like me and I couldn't blame her.
"The leaders tricked me, they knew I was coming back to you with supplies so they sent their loyal drones after me, I didn't realise until it was too late and I was too close to you to turn around and change directions, I'm sorry about the damage I caused and the wounded I killed back there," I sigh, they all look at me shocked I was even apologising.
"Well since we are all in this together we may as well introduce ourselves, I'm Shaw, that over there is our team leader Trix, the goofball over there who won't stop staring at us is Jake and the expert strategy planner over there is Luke," Shaw introduced, I nodded rubbing my head again.
"I'm Arbiter otherwise known as Donna," I introduce myself and my proper name, Jake walked over and knelt down taking his mask off.
"You mean THE Donna, the one who was captured by elites and was transformed into one of them and managed to SURVIVE of all things, wow what and honour to finally meet you," Jake mumbled, I looked at them confused and they caught on to what had happened to me.
"Listen darling they wiped your memories and manipulated you, your fancy AI who we have been talking to for the past half an hour explained everything to us, she's happy that your are even alive," Trix explained, at the mention of my AI she appeared before me.
"I made sure I stored your memories before I wiped them, I can show them to you now if you wish," Omega offered, I looked at the Spartans and nodded.
"Show me everything," I ordered, suddenly I froze as everything flooded back to me. My breathing quickened as my heart raced at all the memories, it all made sense now. That's why the blue spartan Mike didn't kill me when he had the chance, that's why most Spartans seemed to look confused when they met me and realised who I was. I looked at Omega shock crossing my face, everyone noticed my shock and I let out a sigh.
"I didn't want you to blow what you had back with the covenant or they would erase me as well, I couldn't leave you like that so I had to stay and stored your memories, the reason these guys are here is because of me, I sent out a distress signal to them and surely enough they brought soldiers and the Spartans themselves came, things went haywire and now we are here, we did plan on capturing you and bringing you back then showing you your memories but the covenant spotted us early and well now we are in this mess," Omega explained ending with a sigh, I nodded taking everything in.
"But I have a child, I have a husband who is probably hating me now that I have betrayed them, what have I done to myself!?" I cried in distress, I was enveloped in a tight hug which wasn't something I expected but I silently thanked them for it. Zena awoke during this time and looked at me curiously, I gave her head a soft pat before turning back to my new friends.
"Donna we need your help with this, Mike ever since you fought him and you didn't remember him he has done nothing but sulk and hide from the world, we need you to bring him back to us otherwise he might....." Luke began but trailed off, I nodded and let out a deep troubled sigh. After hours of talking the sun finally went down, tomorrow we would need to break into the covenant ship and steal a decent sized air craft that could hold Zena even just for a while. I lay down with Zena curled around me to keep me warm, regret tugged at my heart for all the pain I have cause and finally I cried myself to sleep.
