A Inking Feeling

A/N: Sorry for the long wait, but I think this chapter was worth most of the waiting time. So anyway I hope you enjoy the story!

ALICE'S P.O.V.

I dropped to my knees. I felt a tear go down my cheek. 'Why and I crying? That person literally just tried to kill me?! But he also...' My mind wondered towards the kiss and I literally slapped myself.

"Why is that the first thin' my mind wanders to?! Have I never been kissed before?!" Then I realized.

"I haven't kissed anyone before..." I said out loud I felt my face flush. I tried to lift the ceiling again, but like before it didn't move. I sat on the floor for a while.

"Dame it Alice, ya fall in love so easily." I said out loud. I backed up to the wall and laid my head on my knees. I stared at the collapsed elevator and lifted my head when I heard something gurgle. I stood up and walked to a small hall that had directions of were what was. The hallway was split up into two halls. The right hall lead to a wall that led to some other area and the left hall led to a... opened door... the door's handle had ink dripping from it and the door had ink on the bottom rim. I decided to go right.

I turned down the hall again two rooms were on the opposite side of each other. The left door was locked and the right door opened with ease, but there was a large ink puddle and footprints that led out of the room. I carefully walked in and saw a busted up desk with a tape recorder that was leaking ink. There was a fallen and broken chair at the other side of the room. Words and numbers about taxes and Money were on the wall, but a lot of it was smeared. I looked around more and saw a hole in the wall with a leaky pipe and a missing nozzle.

I walked back to the busted up desk and tried to open some of the drawers, but only one opened. The drawer was filled with pictures of a man and a woman. Apparently the woman was expecting a child. I looked in deeper in the drawer and pulled a letter from the top side of the drawer. I opened the letter and read it.

Dearest Grant, Jan. 19, 1947
I wanted to congratulate you on your new baby girl and baby boy. And I wanted to formally apologize to you for not making it to your wedding like I promised. I don't want to upset you anymore than I already have, but I am coming into town and I wanted to see my grandchildren myself. I want to help out with everything I can.
Sincerely,
Your Mother

I put the letter back into the drawer and pulled my hand out, but just as I released the letter my hand touched something sharp. I put my hand back in there and pulled at something. I kept pulling at it until it gave away and made me fall on my butt. I lifted up the object to examine it and saw it was a bright red pocket knife. I quickly dropped it and stared at it. It was the first colorful thing I have seen since I got in here. I picked it up and messed with it.

Suddenly I heard a loud thump against the wall. I flinched and dropped the pocket knife. I looked around and saw nothing, I bent down to pick up the pocket knife, but it was gone and a puddle of ink was there in its place. I straightened myself up and slowly backed away, but I backed up into something that wasn't there before. It was so warm, but it was getting all over me. I moved forward and slowly turned to see a black figure. I didn't get to see it's face because it wrapped its body around me in some type of hug. I tried to get out of it, but the black figure wouldn't let me go. The ink got thicker every time I struggled, so I watched my movements get slower and slower until I could barely move. My eyes started to close against my will, I screamed in defiance as I drifted off to sleep.

~Flashback/Nightmare~

I was hovering above someone like a ghost. I watch the dark figure drop a young boy's body into a large body of ink. I noticed there were empty cartoon bodies, cartoon cut-outs, and... human... corpses. The room was dark and was covered in ink.

I watched the boy's body be pulled underneath the ink, the ink was pulling him in there! I went over to where the boy was and looked inside the ink. The ink was too thick for me to see through it. 'Ink isn't supposed to be that thick is it?' I wondered. Suddenly a black figure emerged from the ink on the other side of the room. The figure was gasping for air. I rush over to it and it looked like the boy, but covered in black ink.

I went up to the boy for a closer look and I noticed he looked familiar... It Was The Ink Monster that was squished by the elevator. The boy tried to get out of the ink, but he was pulled back down. I looked back to were the dark figure was and he was inside the ink! But the ink didn't want to touch him because the ink was moving away from the figure. I looked back to the boy and the boy was trying to swim away from the figure.

"Clark you need to relax. Or your transformation won't complete itself." The figure said in a deep and over enthusiastic voice. The boy didn't listen to the figure and the ink slammed the boy back into the ink. The figure stepped away from the boy and walked back out of the ink. The figure started muttering to himself and laughing randomly at things he had said. I backed away from the figure and went back to look for the boy.

I waited for several minutes and then I got bored I looked around and I saw the room start to fast forward in time. It must have been hours or something until the room resumed to normal time.

The boy suddenly emerged from the ink and was covered in ink. The boy tried to wipe the ink off, but the ink refused to budge. Suddenly something started to emerge from the boy's head, I looks closer and saw they were horns. The horns started to get larger, the boy grabbed the side of his head and cried out in agony.

A small thin line with a sharp triangle at the end, lifted itself out of the ink and started moving quickly from side to side. White ink started to melt over the boy's face. The ink expanded around the boy's head and so did the face. Cute pie-cut eyes started to emerge on the white face and a wide smile emerged too.

White cartoon gloves wrapped themselves around the boy's hands. Two fingers were fused together to make the perfect cartoon hands. A cute little white bow tie rose out of the boy's upper chest. The boy's body started to get rounder and big round shoes grew on the boy. The boy covered where his ears were supposed to be and screamed. The boy's arm started to bend like a cartoon's would, like he had no bones. The boy's neck was sucked down into his lower body.

The kid lifted his head and stopped screaming. The tail was whipping around angrily.

~End of Flashback/Nightmare~

I opened my eyes and saw only darkness I felt around me and I felt my hand touch something thick and wet, ink... I tried to push myself up, but I was moving too slow to hold my body weight for long. My arms were already starting to shake and I only just started pushing myself up. I kept pushing and managed to get in a sitting position. I pushed myself backwards until my back hit a wall.

My eyes were still adjusting when I heard heels clicking against wood. I used the wall to stand up, but I wasn't very balanced. When I straightened up my head started spinning and the floor approached me faster. I squeezed my eyes shut and put my hands out in front of me to brace myself, but they never touched the ground. I felt around again, but my hands felt nothing. The clicking started to get louder as my back hit the ground. I opened my eyes again and the whole room was lit up. I covered my eyes and they quickly adjusted to the brightness. I painfully pushed myself up again and found my movements were much faster this time.

I felt something drip on my head and I looked up to find a dripping ink spot. The ink dripped on me again and I moved out of the way and I started falling. I tried to stop myself, but my movements started to slow again and the room was pitch black. I felt around again and landed on wood. 'What is going on here?' I wondered as I heard fast paced heel clicks again. I slowly pushed myself up and started walking in slow motion to a dim light that I could barely make out. When I finally reached it I started falling.

I was dangling upside down, I looked up and saw my foot was caught inside of an ink spot. I looked to the ground and saw an ink puddle right below me. 'Traveling through that is so disorientating. I don't like it.' I thought and my foot released and I started falling to the next puddle.

"This id like traveling to a new world." I said out loud. The words started echoing but they were all jumbled up and they kept repeating in different ways. I started to walked away and cover my ears, as my hands met my ears I stumbled forward. I fell to the ground and and landed on my face. I pushed myself up.

"That was a long fall." I whispered as I rubbed my face. As soon as my hand made contact with my face it started sinking in and I couldn't get it out. I started pulling, but it made it sink faster. I used my other hand and started yanking on the other, but my hand went straight through. I started panicking as my hand was halfway into my head. I almost called for help when I realized nobody would help me here. I started looking for something to help me, but I tripped over something. 'You know what stew it! I am going to call out for help!' I thought as I my hand was arm started sinking into my hair.

"Hey is anyone out there? I need some help!" I called out somewhat loudly. When I heard nothing I called out again, but louder.

"Hello? Anyone? Please I need some help!" I repeated when nobody came. I heard some sloshes in the background. 'Alice this is why we don't call for help.' I almost slapped myself. I stood up and watched some of my ink try to keep itself latched onto me. When I got farther away from it fell to the floor. I watched every step I took leave a part of my ink behind me.

Ink started melting on my face. I hesitantly wiped it away, but it took my other hand. I couldn't see in my right eye.

"HeLp Me PLeAsE!!" I screamed out my voice sounded demonic. I was getting closer and closer to the ground with every step I too. I kept going until I couldn't feel my legs anymore, but with a final attempt I twisted myself around and slammed my back on the wall. Ink sprayed everywhere and I started to slowly sink down. The ink was back in my face and I couldn't move it. 'So was this one of those bad signs Bendy was talking about?' I wondered as I heard fast paced footsteps coming my direction.

"Alice!!" A familiar voice called out.

TO BE CONTINUED...

A/N: Sorry for the long wait. I had writers block and I basically rewrote this chapter fifty times before I got it to this. Thanks for being patient.
