Chapter 52

   Arjun's POV:

        My phone ranged making me wake from my peaceful sleep, I yawned and tried to reach the side table it was difficult because Siya was sleeping on me. I was really happy that she sleeps completely on me these days she barely uses our bed, I couldn't be happy anymore.

       "Hello...(yawning) tell me..." I answered yawning.

       "You are correct sir, a guy named Karthic was helping him, he was his former Secretary, he faked resigning his job in order to be out of focus and helping Ajay sir...

         Karthik is the only direct source to get Ajay Sir... Ajay contacts Karthic and convey his plans whereas karthic excutes it. Sorry to disturb you at this time sir but you told me strictly to inform you at the moment I get the information. So sorry sir. And job done. " told my personal detective Aman Vishwanath.

          "No..no... Thank you so much for taking so much interest in this case Aman, specially your respect for me is very clear. Please go to sleep we will talk tomorrow and yeah inform Surya about this and make sure you inform in the morning if you call him at this time his wife will kill you." I told him slightly laughing at the same time tightening my grip on my wife. She was right.

      Aman laughed and cut the call he sounds totally tired. Siya stirred in sleep and hugged me more tight, I slowly kissed her eyebrows, her nose and her ear. She jolted up once I kissed her ears and yelled in half sleep "Idiot Arjun are you mad to kiss a sleeping person in the ears don't you know it's damn ticklish."

         "I can kiss my wife where ever I want, I don't want any damn  permission. Did you get that?" I told pulling her to my chest. She gave me a breath stopping smile and buried her head in my neck.

         "Are you sleeping Siya?" I asked slightly rubbing her arms.

            "Humkum... How could I when I have a stupid of a husband waking me up at 3:00(yawning) in the morning by kissing my ears." She replied annoyed.

            "Babe....next weak we have a festival." I told her. She popped her head up and spoke rubbing her eyes " You mean are we going to celebrate Ari's birthday Arjun?"

          "My wife is a genius." I told but she ignored my comment and continued " Arjun do you think it is advisable to celebrate her birthday now, I mean we have many problems piled up. Is it safe Arjun?" She asked me.

         "Siya I was all alone before you but now I have you to share my problems and happiness. Ariya... My daughter is the human form of our love wife, who kept us intact after so many horrible incidents took place in our life. If not Ariya we would have never got a chance to love again. She's our blessing and I want to celebrate every precious moment in her life. These problems may end soon but my baby's first birthday will not come again. No matter what happens we are going to celebrate it. Whole of Tamilnadu is gonna celebrate my daughter's birthday. I don't care about any scumbags, they will be taken care of. I'm gonna bring my daughter to limelight and confess in front of media about the happy life I'm leading with my wife and daughter." I told her my heart. Siya smiled and kept her head back on my chest her forehead has few wrinkles, that means she was thinking.

       "So I have only a week to execute my plan, exactly before you talk to the media." Told her.

       "What plan?" I asked confused.

     "Ah... I... I mean... I need to clean the house and... Ah.. Shopping... I have many plans Arjun and I'm sleepy too. Good night." She told and closed her eyes while I resumed my peaceful sleep hugging her.

   Siya's POV:

           Surya came in the morning and Arjun left with him, it was regarding Ajay I guess. They found out his place of hiding it seems. I sent Arjun after so many much hesitation. I didn't want him to go, Ajay was an heartless animal, sending my husband to him was not convincing.

              Arjun left after playing with Ariya, Surya assured me that he would take care of Arjun. I fed my daughter her lunch and she sat on my hip playing with the small barbie doll in her arms.

       "Ma'am today is our maid Kanchana's wedding can we all go? Just an hour madem, we will be back." One of my maids asked permission.

       "Sure, no problem but Arjun is not home try to come before he comes if not he will fire you all and I can't help it." I told them.

       "Ma'am we will be here in one hour. Thank you so much ma'am." She told and all of my maids left. My whole mansion is empty except the bodyguards standing outside. They were all around the mansion so I didn't have to worry.

      I put my princess on the bed and laid along with her. "My baby girl is turning one next week and your dad is gonna celebrate it. Momma is very happy." I told stroking her hair she flashed her bunny teeth and hugged my neck.

        "But Ari we have only one week in between Ari. I just wanted to finish everything. We can make it right." I asked her to which she rubbed her eyes and stretched her arms.

         "So Ms. Attitude is sleepy!" I exclaimed and started to tap her rump pulling her close to my warmth. Her eyes closed after a big yawn. After few minutes she was asleep I decided to call Arjun.

      I dialed his number "Subscriber you are trying to reach is not reachable right now."

       Great!

     I closed my eyes and let sleep consume me after few minutes I heard a loud thud. I got up with a jerk and patted my baby girl who was disturbed to get back to her sleep.
   
     I ran to the window and found one of my bodyguard lying limp with slited throat. My heart beat  accelerated. I ran to the window next side and saw another bodyguard shaking his legs and die with the same slitted throat. I ran back to the bed and dialed Arjun's number.

      "God Arjun pick up the phone." But his mobile wasn't reachable. I dialed Surya his number was switched off.
 
    God what will I do now?

    I dialed my dad. "Hello... Hello daddy.... Daddy..." I spoke frightened.

      "Chi...chittu what happened?" He asked me panicking.

   "Daddy... Arjun went out for work. Maids are not home. All my bodyguards are dying daddy. Someone broke into our mansion I'm scared daddy please come..." I cried.

    "Siya... Chittu don't worry I'm coming." Told my dad with fear.

     "Daddy don't come alone bring someone with you. Please come fast daddy." With that I put down the phone and heard a bang down.

      No...no...no....

    I carried my sleeping baby in my arms and ran upstairs to the second floor. The footsteps of someone climbing the stairs echoed in my whole mansion. I ran into the laundry room and sat hidden by the pile of cloths.

      "Siya..... Siya... Where are you?" I heard a voice.

    Aj...Ajay...!

     What was he doing here? Arjun where are you? Please come fast. I dialed his number again but all in vain.

   "Siya... Don't waste my time dear... I have to kill you fast. Where are you hiding." I heard him again my whole body started shaking.

     No... I should not panic...I should think wisely and escape. God! Help me.

   I slowly removed my bangles, anklet and also my slippers. I took a cloth and tied my baby close to my heart in a way of protecting her from anything.

         My tears are flowing down without stop I slowly got up and peeped through the door. Ajay was walking towards the other direction I took the opportunity and ran in the right opposite direction. I stood holding the table next to me for catching while moving my hand hit a showpiece and it fell down with a loud voice. In hurry I stamped it and my foot started bleeding badly. I heard his footsteps in my direction and I ran fast holding my daughter tight ignoring the shooting pain in my foot.

           Suddenly I heard his footsteps close and I found my footprints of blood. Shit... He must be following this. I hopped and got into a hollow place and tore a piece of my cloth to tie it around my foot.

     I bit my lips in order to ignore the pain but it was too much I guess there was still a piece of glass inside my flesh. I saw outside when there was nobody I ran to the nearby room and locked the door. After pulling a table next to the door I put my baby on bed and dialed Arjun's number still not reachable.
 
      Where are you Arjun?

      All on a sudden my phone went dead... God... I was dead. Blood drained from my face. I looked around it was a big room with a living area and a balcony. I ran to the balcony, seeing through the glass door I found four other bodyguards dead. I opened the balcony and tried to scan some source of help, but found none.

          Someone banged the door I shivered and jerked back. I pulled the vainity table, chair... Everything next to the door and ran to my baby.

     What will I do now? How could I escape? I carried my baby and ran inside the 21 doors walk in closet and hide inbetween the cloths of my husband trying to seek his warmness and strength.

        The door burst open making all the obstacles I kept fall down and entered that beast.

"Come on Siya.... You can't hide anymore... Come out, I just want to kill you and finish everything." Told that heartless animal but I shut my mouth tight in order to remain silent and looked at my peacefully sleeping baby in my arms. God... Arjun where are you? Come soon.

         "I know you are hiding somewhere here come out and give your life, I promise I'll spare your daughter's life. I'll leave her, but if I find you both first I'll kill her in front of your eyes before killing you. I just want you dead. Decide yourself." told him stopping my heart. The thought of killing my precious daughter in front of my eyes terrified me. And what did he say, he wanted to kill me. I again looked at my baby I wasn't  scared of losing my life. I was scared of leaving my Arjun and my Ari alone. I didn't want Arjun to experience the pain my dad going through without my mom. And I didn't want my baby to grow without her mom just like me. That pain would be worse.

  I couldn't die...

     No.... I knew my Arjun was coming for me. I just have to drag the time. My dad would also reach soon. I searched the closet and found something to hit luckily I found one.

PRECAP: "Why are you at the back of us? Why do you want to kill us? What have we done to you? Why Ajay?"I asked him.

          "Hahahaha.... There is no reason behind few things Siya. I just want to kill you all that gives me happiness." Told that sadist and started laughing.

       How was the chapter? I think it was interesting... What will happen in the next chapter keep guessing. We are nearing the end so I just want to tell you all about my next story MARRYING MR. EGO
