The three walks into the mansion and looked around. (Y/N) taking in the European vibe that it gave off.

(Y/N): Well......it's a nice place

Reimu: Don't get distracted......we need to find the mastermind behind this mist and get them to stop it

Marisa: Oh, don't get your panties in such a knot Reimu. We'll find them, all we got to do is look around and we'll get to them eventually....

Reimu glares at Marisa in her phrasing but before she could yell at her (Y/N) suddenly sensed a large amount of energies heading towards them.

(Y/N): We have company.......A lot of company

They both look at her before looking to where she was looking. Then then see a large amount of little girls approaching them. They had insect wings and wore maid dresses.

Marisa: That's a lot of fairies...

(Y/N): Do you think they're friendly?

Reimu: Doubt it....

One of the fairies suddenly shouted at the three.

Fairy: Intruders!! Attack!!

Reimu: Knew it....

The fairies shouted out and began firing magic projectiles at the three, which they quickly avoided. Marisa flew high on her broom dodging and weaving in between the blasts with a sort of playful charm to her, while Reimu dodged them with ease with a more serious deminer to her. All the while (Y/N) watched the two dodge with amazement and wonderment. She continued to dodge out of the way of attacks from the fairies as well. Reimu then summoned three paper charms to her hand and threw them at some fairies. They hit and knocked them around and out. Marisa smirked at this before firing out her own blasts towards a large group of fairies taking them out with her blasts. (Y/N) then rushed in and began taking them out with punches and kicks before she flipped back and fired her eye beams at two other fairies knocking them to the floor. The three continue to knock out the fairies before the three jump back and (Y/N) fired her Catastrophe Cannon at them taking out the rest of them. The three descend back to the floor as the fairies fell to the floor unconscious. Marisa looks to (Y/N) with a smile.

Marisa: Heh heh, nice! You're pretty good!

(Y/N): Th-Thanks, you guys are amazing also....

Marisa gives her another smile.

Reimu: Alright you two, let's keep moving. We still have to find who's behind this

The two looks to Reimu before nodding and the three makes their way through the mansion.

Marisa: Jeez, how big is this place?

(Y/N): It is a mansion....

Marisa looked to (Y/N) before scratching the back of her head sheepishly causing (Y/N) to sigh. (Y/N) then look to Reimu.

(Y/N): So, you both seem like you've done this type of stuff before...

Reimu: Yeah, we've fought against people who've done things like this before. The same with people who've fought like that as well

(Y/N): Huh, well that's pretty cool

Reimu: I wouldn't say cool, but it gives us some activity

Marisa: Yup, no matter who it is we'll solve the incident and get some excitement along the way!

She gives the two a thumbs up, causing (Y/N) to smile a bit and Kuramon to let out a small happy noise. All the while Reimu sighs but soon smiles a little as well. The three continued through the mansion while also fighting off the occasional fairy that they ran into. As they walked, they soon make it to a large library. Marisa's eyes scanning around the place in amazement.

Marisa: Woah....I've never seen this many magic books in one place!

Reimu: Marisa! Focus!

Marisa: Oh, come on Reimu it wouldn't hurt to just look around a bit. Please!!

Reimu: Marisa! We don't have time for this!

Marisa: Come on!!

(Y/N) stared at the two sort of sensing that this was a regular thing between the two. She soon hears footsteps approaching them. Looking to the source of it she sees a girl with long blood red hair, with bat wings on her head and back.

She stares at the three in shock.

(Y/N): Uh guys....

They both look to (Y/N) as she points to the girl.

(Y/N): We have company...

The two looks to her in a bit of shock. Before Reimu looks back to Marisa with a small glare.

Reimu: Now look what you have done

Marisa looks back at her and shrugs.

Girl: Who are you three!? And what are you doing here?!

(Y/N) sighs at this.

(Y/N): Look we're just trying to look for the boss of this mansion and-

Reimu: We're here to stop whatever your master is doing with this mist! So, either tell us where they are at or else

(Y/N) and Marisa look at Reimu with their eyes widened, before they both sighed.

Marisa: God damnit Reimu.....

(Y/N): Great....

Kuramon lets out a small sighing noise. The girl nervously got into a fighting stance.

Girl: I-I will not a-allow you to go a-any fu-further! A-As Lady Pa-Patchouli's familiar I-I will s-stop you!!

Magic charged around her as she jumped up and fired multiple projectiles down at them that they quickly avoided by jumping and flying up.

Reimu: See what happened now because of your antics Marisa!

Marisa: My antics!? You're the one who threatened her and not tried to talk it out!

(Y/N): Guys, focus!!

The girl continued to fire blasts at the three as they continued to avoid it. Reimu fired multiple paper charms at her that she did her best to avoid and soon Marisa joined in with the girl now having more trouble with them. She continued to fire her own blast right back at them with (Y/N) soon joining in firing her eye beams down at her with her again trying her best to avoid them. Though she was soon caught off guard by Kuramon firing an eye beam of it's own at her momentarily stunning her and leaving her open to be pelted with Reimu and Marisa's blasts sending her flying down to the ground. She slowly picked herself up but was soon met with (Y/N)'s eye beam hitting her in the knee not piercing it but stunning her by hitting a vital point on her. She dropped to a knee unable to move at the moment. (Y/N) sighed a bit glad that this fight was over as fast as it was. The three descend down to the ground as Reimu approaches the girl.

Reimu: So, are you going to tell us who your master is?

Girl: N-No, I r-refuse to tell any of you of my master!

Reimu glared down at her.

Reimu: Fine then, I guess we'll just keep tearing apart this mansion until we find them

(Y/N): Reimu, please just calm down a bit...

Reimu looked to (Y/N) seeing her giving her a look that said for her to just calm down. Reimu stares back at her for a few second before sighing back off. (Y/N) nods and approaches the girl.

(Y/N): Look, I know what you mean by wanting to protect your master

Both Reimu and Marisa look at (Y/N) a little confused.

(Y/N): But this mist is harming others, if this keeps up multiple people will get hurt.......

Girl: ...........

(Y/N): So, please.....just tell us where she is.....

Girl: I......will not betray lady Remilia.....

(Y/N) sighed a bit.

(Y/N): Looks like we'll just have to keep looking ourselves then

???: So, you three are the intruders huh?

The three looks to the new voice seeing a girl with long purple hair wearing pajama like clothing while holding a book.

Girl: L-Lady Patchouli!

Reimu: So, I'm guessing this Devil is your familiar then huh?

Patchouli nods before approaching the girl lifting her hand up to the girl a green aura surrounding her hand and soon the girl's body as well. Soon the girl's injuries were fully healed.

Girl: Th-Thank you Lady Patchouli

Patchouli: Go and alert Sakuya, Koakuma 

The girl now known as Koakuma nods and quickly flies off ad Patchouli looks back to the three.

Patchouli: And as for you three, I'll keep you busy until she gets here

Reimu and (Y/N) get ready to fight but Marisa holds her hand out in front of them confusing them.

Marisa: Let me handle this guys. You two head on and try to find their master

(Y/N): You sure you'll be alright?

Marisa just gives them a nod with a thumbs up, as the two look at her for a second before nodding. The two then quickly rushed pass Patchouli shocking her a bit as she turns and tries to fire a blast at the two but that was quickly stopped by a blast from Marisa. In a bit of shock Patchouli turns and glares at Marisa who was just smirking right back at her.

Marisa: What do you say that we settle this between us magicians

Patchouli: You realize that I'm a magician...

Marisa: Of course! With all these books around and with that magic power coming from you, yeah, I can tell!

Patchouli: Hmph, and yet you call yourself a magician and yet you're still human....

Marisa: I'm not one to give up my humanity like that. I want to see just how far I can get as a human! After all, I'm Marisa Kirisame an ordinary magician!

Patchouli: Hmph, well then miss "Ordinary Magician". Let's see just how far you get!

The two fly up and begin their battle. Meanwhile Reimu and (Y/N) quickly flew through the halls while also taking down any fairies that got in their way.

(Y/N): Do you think Marisa will be okay by herself?

Reimu: Don't worry about her. She's fought many impressive foes before, that magician won't be an issue for her. Now let's focus and see if we can find the master of this mansion

(Y/N) nods as they continued forward blast back fairies and avoiding their attacks as well. They continue through the hall for some time until a knife suddenly flew pass them barely missing them. They both stop in shock before looking towards where it came from.

???: So, you're the intruders that Koakuma had told me about

They soon see a woman with silver hair walking towards them. She had red eyes and wore a maids dress.

She glares at them and brandishes multiple knives.

Maid: Now then either you both will turn back and leave. Or I will be forced to make you leave while cut up into a million pieces!

Reimu glares right back at her.

Reimu: We will not be leaving until we get your master to stop this mist!

The maid's glare intensified after hearing this.

(Y/N): Look, this mist is harming many people, if we don't stop it the Grimm in the area will go on to kill many people!

Maid: I don't care.......I am Sakuya Izayoi, head maid of the Scarlet Devil Mansion. And I will fulfill my duty in protecting my Mistress!!

(Y/N) sighed upon hearing this as her and Reimu get ready to fight. Sakuya threw some knives at the two that they quickly avoided. Reimu then throwing more paper charms at Sakuya who just slashes them apart with her knives before throwing more at the two. (Y/N) dodged some more before again firing her eye beams at Sakuya who dodged them before dashing (Y/N) and tried to slash her with her knives. (Y/N) best to avoid her slashes before Reimu dashes towards and tries to hit her with her purification rod. But before it hit her Sakuya suddenly vanished shocking the two. A large amount of knives was suddenly sent towards them out of nowhere, with Reimu barely able to put up a barrier to defend against them. Looking to where they came from they see Sakuya standing there glaring at them.

(Y/N): How did she....

Reimu: Not sure but she seems to have some type of ability that allows her to out speed us. We better stay on our toys...

(Y/N) nods before Reimu drops the barrier and the two rush towards Sakuya. Sakuya in turn threw multiple knives at them, that they dodged or countered as they continued to rush at her. Once they were close Reimu flipped forward and went for a heel kick that Sakuya quickly guarded against only for her to be hit with a punch to her stomach by (Y/N). That caused her to stagger back a bit leaving her open for Reimu to then summon a large Yin-Yang orb and fire it at Sakuya, along with (Y/N) firing a Catastrophe Cannon at her as well. Sakuya looked on this before growling then suddenly vanishing again with the attacks flying pass where she was and hitting the wall behind. Reimu growls a bit upon seeing this.

Reimu: This is getting ridicules!

Suddenly the two were surrounded by multiple knives from every angle causing their eyes to widen in shock. They all suddenly flew towards them with them doing their best to avoid them but some of the knives managed to nick them. Reimu and (Y/N) growled a bit at this as Sakuya stood in front of them brandishing more knives.

Reimu: This is getting us no where....

(Y/N): What do you suppose we do?

Reimu: We can't have both of our time being wasted here fighting her.....

(Y/N): ........

Reimu got into a stance.

Reimu: I can sense the master of this mansion nearby. I'll keep the maid busy, while you head there

(Y/N): You sure you'll be okay by yourself?

Reimu: I'll be fine......As the Hakurei shrine maiden I will not fall in a battle against her. Now go!

(Y/N) stared at her for a few more seconds before nodding and rushing towards Sakuya. Sakuya in turn got into a defensive stance thinking she was about to try and attack her but to her surprise (Y/N) dashed pass her.

Sakuya: W-What!

She turned and tried to throw a knife at her but soon found her arm to be bounded by a string of paper charms. She looked up at them in shock before Reimu suddenly appeared in front of her and kicked her back. Sakuya skidded across the ground a bit before stopping herself glaring at the shrine maiden.

Reimu: Your fight is with me!

Sakuya: Tch, fine then. It doesn't matter the Mistress will see to her defeat!

Reimu: We'll see about that....

The two then rushed at each other. Meanwhile (Y/N) continued through the halls until she eventually made it to a large set of doors. Looking at them she could sense a large power coming from inside.

(Y/N): Looks like this is the place......It's time to put a stop to this

She walked up to the door and entered into the room. Looking around she sees the room was rather large and held a some pretty old things within it as well. (Y/N) continued to look around a bit more before she suddenly heard a voice come from the back of the room.

???: So, you finally arrived...

(Y/N) looked to the back of the room seeing a desk with a chair with it's back facing towards her. (Y/N)'s eyes narrowed a bit as she slowly approached the desk, soon stopping in front of it.

(Y/N): I have.....and from my guess you must be the Mistress of this mansion

She heard a small giggle.

???: You are correct. I am the Mistress of the Scarlet Devil Mansion.....

The chair then turned revealing who was in the chair which shocked (Y/N) a bit.
