"Mom's going to die and what's the point of me living?" Mark looked desolate and lost.
"Mark he's not going to die. No one is so please just be strong for once!!!" Donghyuck hissed at Mark.
"Living so long is enough strength!!!" Shouted Mark at the beauty.
Doyoung sat in anticipation until the doctors came out of the hospital room. He couldn't stop crying, what had he done? Let his lover die because he was a mother's boy? What coward had he been? He prayed for Taeyong to live for he loved him like crazy even though he never showed it. Hours had passed with no information whatsoever.
Donghyuck tried everything he can, he begged Mark to not kill himself. He pleaded, but then realized his presence never mattered to Mark not then not now. For Mark all that mattered was his family, his mother and father. Even if the brunette died before his eyes it wasn't a big difference or deal. Back then they made love because Haechan loved him and now they made love because Donghyuck loved him. Never once had they made love because Mark loved him right?
"Doctor? How is my wife?" Doyoung sprang up the second the doctor came outside.
"He's put of danger. But since he damaged his neck he'll have to stay bedridden for a few months. I'll check on him later so I could prescribe some medicine." The doctor nodded and left.
Doyoung gingerly went inside the hospital room, Taeyong was asleep. Unconcious and fragile, the bunny like man sat beside him as he squeezed the pale arm in his warm ones. He sniffled as he kissed the man's arm several times.
"I'm so sorry........It's all my fault. If only I had been stronger? When I found that you were gone I couldn't help but think that you hurt yourself. And.......And when I saw you bloody my soul crashed!!! Yongie I realized how much I fucking love you. That I wouldn't give you up for the world. Baby I'm such a coward I'm so sorry............I love you Taeyong. I love our son just as much. Please come back to me. So we could all live n peace I'll go against my mom just for you. I swear on myself. You have my word." Doyoung whispered, tears falling like rain. Donghyuck smiled from the outside, their life was finally coming together. Taeyongs eyes tears, even though he couldn't move he pulled his lips into a smile.
"Mark!!! Your mother's alive!!!" Donghyuck ran to where ever Mark was at. The older had not budge, he kept staring into nothing.
"But Dad would never change. Maybe if I died things would fall into place." Mark mumbled balling his wrists.
"Your father apologized for whatever he's done. He's going to fight for you guys!" Donghyuck explained.
Then it dawned on him, no matter what he says or does Mark would never listen to him. He was like a by stander in the olders life. His eyes teared when Doyoung came towards Mark and embraced him in a tight hug. The hug could paste so many broken pieces.
"Mom's alright........But has to stay at the hospital for sometime. He needs medical help. I'm so sorry I hurt you countless times because of your grandma. I love you son." Doyoung had changed, of course he would after seeing the love of his life fighting for his life because of him. Mark genuinely smiled, forgetting the presence of the brunette.
Donghyuck chuckled bitterly, would it have made a difference back then if he hadn't died? Mark was ready to give his life up for his mother, he didn't care leaving Haechan alone in the world. He knew his grandmother was vile and she'd kill the brunette anyways. The glass shard above the boys head slipped a little more, more dangerously.
"Taeyong would love to see you." Doyoung kissed Marks forehead as the older followed.
Perhaps Mark didn't feel loved no matter how many times Donghyuck made love, after all he was just a hopeless bottom who was killed because if a cowardly lover. He bit his lips as he moved away from the family that had come to a reconciliation. He stole a few peeks at the three, they were happy. What more did he want? Nothing as long as Mark was happy and not abused.
"Oh dear are you feeling alright?" A nurse asked Donghyuck who was turning blue as time blew by.
"Yes." He muttered. But was he? No he wasn't. In the past he was cursed with TB a fateful sickness, now he was give the curse of the Guillotine. Was he ever meant to survive? He called his father. His only hope.
"Daddy?" Donghyuck whispered.
"Yes baby Pudu?" That voice made his heart full again.
"I feel sick..........My neck hurts. It's itching as if I was it cut off. I feel dizzy and my vision is blacking out. Mark is happy his parents. I don't want to see him again. Take me away please?" Donghyuck staggered again. His body too heavy to carry by himself.
"Hyuck!!! Where are you?!" Johnny's voice turned alarming.
Mark's heart felt a pang, he frowned as he squeezed his left chest. As if he were given warning. He walked out the hospital window, he saw Donghyuck looking pale and weak, he walked towards him as fast as he can yet suddenly the small distance seemed like a forever journey. He kept walking, his arm stretched out for his Hyuckie to hold so he could pull him towards him. But before the stubby trembling arm can touch his finger tips, Donghyuck slipped falling backwards, his neck fell hard on the banister of the balcony, he let out a whimper, his eyes growing wide as his whole life flashed before, as the glass window shard came right down on his scar like the speed of lightening as everything went dark for Donghyucks world as if he were drowning in cold water forever.
