From Last Time!

F/n was seen sitting with the young girl he brought back to his house, holding her while Iri sat nearby.

F/n:*Alright, I just brought another young girl into my place and that may seem like the most unlikely thing people can expect from me. Well, what was I supposed to do? Definitely not leave her alone or with those bastards. Oh, well.*

F/n looked the young girl in her eyes, a reassuring look in his own.

F/n:What's your name, young one?

Eri:E-Eri...

F/n:Eri...that's a really beautiful name.

Eri:Really?

F/n nodded and raised his hand to pet her hair, but she looked scared. However, he began to caress her.

F/n:I can't believe that man. He's just as bad as those people from Union.

Eri:He is?

F/n:Exactly. Both just don't care about the apparent consequences of their actions and cause pain to other people. But, don't worry though. I'm not like those people.

Eri:Why would you save me? I'm a monster.

F/n placed his hands on her shoulders and looked at her reassuringly.

F/n:Eri, remember this. You're not a monster. You're just a little girl who's been through too much. No matter what people say or do to you, you have to face the fact that people are nothing but idiots for thinking that.

F/n then pulled Eri into a warm hug. The young girl was extremely unfamiliar with the gesture due to what she's been through in the past, but she couldn't help but feel safe in F/n's arms as he embraced her tightly. After he seperated from her...

F/n:Alright, first things first. I better do the same for you.

Eri:D-Do what?

F/n:Get you settled in so you could live with me and your new sister.

F/n picked Eri up in his arms and grabbed Iri's hand.

F/n:We're going out again.

F/n then left his house again, this time with another young girl.

F/n:*Better activate "Big Daddy" mode and make sure to keep these two safe from anybody that threatens them.*

F/n was seen sitting with Iri, waiting for Eri to come out in her new outfit. When she did come out...

Eri:D-Does this look good?

F/n:*nods* Yes, now go and put the other one on.

Eri did as he told her too and came out in the other outfit.

F/n:*smiles* Nice. Alright, that's enough shopping for one day.

F/n went on and paid for Eri's new clothes before he left with her and Iri.

F/n:*Alright, what to do now? Aha!*

F/n was seen walking through an carnival, which was an attraction in Union City. Both of the young girls were seen looking around in amusement at the area.

Eri:So, this is a fair?

F/n:Right, a place full of fun, games, and food. So, what do you two want to do first?

The two girls looked around before Iri saw something.

Iri:What's that?

F/n looked towards what she was pointing at, which was a dark ride called "Sam's Quest".

F/n:Oh, that's a dark ride. I think that one's an interactive story like I've been on once.

F/n then went silent as he remembered something:his first ever carnival ride. However, he decided to take them on the ride. At first, the two were scared of the dark, but F/n held their hands to make them feel safe.

The ride was about a young boy named Sam, who lived a poor and oppressed life with his parents. However, he came across a sacred sword that held power beyond anything one could imagine. In the end, he ended all the world's evils, made the world a peaceful place to be on, and was hailed "The World's Hero".

After they got off the ride...

Eri:That was so cool.

Iri:Y-Yeah, it was. I liked it too. *sighs* *I missed those days.* So, now what?

Eri:*points at something* What's that?

F/n looked at what she was pointing at, which was a Tilt-A-Whirl.

F/n:That's a Tilt-A-Whirl. That's supposed to move and spin around, which will make you scream in excitement.

F/n then remembered something, something that involved him screaming in excitement with two older adults by his side.

F/n shook his head and gotten on the ride with the two young girls. After they were in, the ride began spinning and moving around, which caused people and the two beside him to scream out. He just looked at the two on either side of him and slightly smiled.

F/n:*Hm, memories.*

After they got off the ride...

F/n:Alright, let's see if we can win something to take home with us. What do you two think?

The two young girls looked around and Iri spotted something and led F/n to it. Then...

"Test your strength!"

F/n saw a high striker attraction.

F/n:You want to try that?

Iri:N-No, I was wondering you could win me something from it?

F/n:Hmm, okay.

F/n stepped up and took the hammer from the operator. Swinging it around a bit, he then threw it down and...

Broke the bell and sent the puck flying through the air like a bullet!

That caused people to go wide-eyed, shocked at F/n's strength. However, Iri and Eri both clapped in amusement as F/n took a teddy bear from the shook operator.

F/n:Here you go, Iri.

Iri took the teddy bear in her arms and hugged it tightly.

Iri:I will cherish this forever.

F/n chuckled at her and pet her cat ears, causing her to purr.

F/n:Alright, Eri. Do you want me to win you something?

Eri:Um...oh, that.

F/n looked towards a game stand that showed a dartboard.

F/n:Darts, huh? I can do that.

F/n walked up to the stand and paid the man for five darts. Taking all five of them in hand, F/n swung his arm once and landed...five bull's eyes at once, shocking the man.

F/n:So, which prize do you want Eri?

Eri looked at them all before pointing at the giant white teddy bear in the back. The man handed it to F/n before he turned to Eri.

F/n:Here you go, Eri.

Eri took the stuffed bear and hugged it tightly.

Eri:Thanks, Mister.

F/n:Hey, no need to call me that. Just refer to me as your father.

Eri:O-Okay, uh...

F/n saw her struggling to say that, but he headpat her.

F/n:It's alright. You'll come to say it eventually.

F/n then took them around the carnival, amusing them with the various lights and games around. Then, he decided to stop and get something to eat. He bought Iri an ice cream cone and Eri a candy apple while he got himself an (insert favorite/food). As he sat down with them both...

Iri:Hey, Daddy?

F/n:Yes, Iri?

Iri:W-Why did you take us both in?

F/n went silent for a moment before he turned to her with a serious look.

F/n:Because...as much as I wish to, I don't want to be left alone forever. I may have friends, but I don't have family. It's just though that...

F/n then gotten another memory.

A man and a woman was seen walking with a young boy, who had an ice cream in his hands.

D/n:Did you enjoy yourself, F/n?

The young boy nodded excitedly.

F/n:Uh-huh, thanks Mom and Dad. Think we could come here again someday?

The woman messed up his hair.

M/n:Of course, sweetheart. We both love you.

F/n smiled brightly.

F/n:I love you both too.

F/n was then hugged by his parents as the screen went white.

F/n then came back to reality, looking at the two young girls.

F/n:I just wanted to have a family again.

Eri:Y-You did?

F/n:Yes. That's why I have both of you with me. Two beautiful little girls I can love like my parents did me.

It was getting dark, but F/n decided to take them both on one more ride. As they rode the ferris wheel, the two young girls beside him looked at the city with awe.

Iri:Whoa, you can see the whole city from up here.

Eri:Yeah, it's so...pretty.

F/n:Yep, you two are right. Did you two enjoy yourselves by the way?

Unexpectedly...

Both of them hugged his arms.

Iri:Yes, thanks Daddy. You're the best.

Eri:Yeah...and thanks for saving me...Papa.

F/n felt warm inside as he kissed both of their foreheads.

F/n:I'm glad you two enjoyed yourselves. I promise you two...I'll be the best father in the world.

The screen then went black.
