Alakananda is a 24-year-old Girl, A Wanderer, what she calls herself. A Photographer whenever she wishes, A free soul, for which she fought with people and snatched her right from them. Tiring herself with the fights she did with her family, she walked out of it, unaware of the fact that, Family is what binds people together, no matter what, and remain their roots as one. Wandering aimless, Alakananda never went, finding love, fame, or money but Friendship came to her Life's rescue and show her a ray of light of Love, of Family, and a Guy, who's been in love with her for ages, which she never knew about.

Aadya is a 26-year-old girl, a Designer by profession, who renovated her Father's Clothes Shopping Mall into a boutique and a strong independent as well as no attitude woman. Engaged to the guy their family chose and is Happy with their decision. Loves her siblings, Alakananda - Younger Sister, and Akshith - Younger brother. Trying to prove to her Baby Sister that, she is there for her, no matter what. Convincing her parents about Alakananda's perspective, she dragged them from the dark of her sister's life but her sister was not ready to come back and their parents were not insisting her on coming back. Overall, Aadya is on a rollercoaster ride with her relationships and trying to find ways that soothe her headache.

Riya is one of the Schoolmates and Bestfriend of Alakananda and Aadya, till 10th standard, as both the sisters have been in the same class along with school despite the 2 years age gap. Riya is from a small village, who came for studies in that small town Alakananda and Aadya resides at. As everything has an expiry date, their friendship also had, which divided them but also remaining them as Best friends. Now, Riya is a 25-year-old working woman, striving for her Family's happiness being the Elder Child of the fatherless family, who's now fulfilling another wish of their family, by saying Yes for them to look at alliances for Marriage.  Although she's not against Marriage, something's bothering her. The thought of leaving her family behind.

Meera is another Schoolmate and Bestfriend of Sisters, who's got married at the early age of 16, which is after her 10th Boards. Being the narrow-minded man her father was, married her off to a 22-year-old man and got a burden off his chest. Being the Soft and Sensitive person Meera was, didn't raise her voice against her father, hid her tears under the fake smile of the Limelight. She never got a chance to educate herself after marriage if you have something to ask about her profession. She's been a housewife all her 26 years of life and before marriage, she was trained to be a housewife. Now, A Happily Married Woman and A Beautiful Mother of Two. 

Sahitya is the last girl, now Woman, of their Gang to get completed. She's a Bubbly Chirpy girl like all the teenagers out there until she's married off to a man, whom she didn't get the chance to move her vocals in front of. But, things changed after her marriage. Every Man is not the same, which is proved by her Husband to her. He didn't near her for more than an arm's distance until she was okay with it. He gave her freedom, which every girl craves for. Tried to know her better as a person, as a 20-year-old more than his wife. And, that's when he got to know the hidden talent of the Chirpy girl behind a Shy and soft-spoken girl. Dance - Bharatanatyam, which made a smile etch on her lips and make them step into their shoes of relationship.
