I still don't remember talking to MK, but Sans said that he's fine back at Snowdin. Okay then... The guys had been quiet since the time I opened up to Sans. Oh well...

Sans said that we are near the elevator, but, to reach the elevator, we need to pass a couple of puzzles... how great. Air and laser puzzles, welp, they sound kind of easy. And indeed, I see the lasers at the distance. "We are almost there!" I chirped.

"yup" Sans responded lazily, he was also kicking some pebbles along the way.

Hmph... I'll try to talk to the guys. -Hey guys! You had been so quiet, is something bothering you?- No response... "Hmm... okay then..." I muttered.

"they still don't want to talk, huh?" Sans asked.

I shook my head and sighed "I think they still don't want to" I said meekly.

"i think they are feeling bad, or something like that" Sans said shrugging.

"Yeah... Maybe is that" I said and skipped towards the lasers. I stopped just at the borderline of the big concrete plane they were placed. I waited for Sans to come, since I was far too fast for him. The lasers were cyan colored, and a panel with a button. I neared and pressed it. It made a 'ting' sound, my gaze turned to the lasers and one of them changed to the color red. "Hmph... this is a weird puzzle" I muttered. My gaze turned again to the lasers trying to think about it.

"i used to know the answer, but i forgot" Sans said from behind me. I turned around and he faced the panel. "the only thing that i remember, is that the button should sound a certain way." Sans explained and walked near the lasers.

"Like a rhythm or something like that?" I asked.

Sans hummed and nodded. "yeah... kind of"

"Okay" I chirped and pressed the button again for a longer time. The sound didn't stop until I stopped pressing it. "Huh? That's weird" Sans jumped and runned towards the button. He grabbed my hand and moved it away.

"don't touch it!" Sans exclaimed and dragged me away from the button.

"Why not?" I asked dumb folded.

"let's just get away from here okay?" he said and dragged me again towards the opposite direction of the lasers. He bumped with something and fell on top of me. "crap, sorry" Sans got up and helped me to my feet. "there's something here that wouldn't let us pass" Suddenly the floor started shaking, the lasers making loud shrieks and the button started making sounds again, long press, and short press, like a code.

"What's that?" I asked and got free of Sans' grip and walked near the button.

"no! (y/n)! come back here!" Sans frankly looked around.

"Wait! I want to see something!" I exclaimed.

"no!" Sans' hand and eye started glowing, and then he summoned a wall of bones breaking the panel.

"Sans!" I yelled at him. "Why did you do that for?" I asked back.

"didn't you listened to that? that thing was possessed! besides, I turned off the lasers, now we can pass!" He exclaimed and teleported away.

-He leaved me here...- "UGH!!!" I exclaimed while stomping my foot on the hard floor. -(A) I think he didn't mean it like that- "So you finally want to speak, huh?! Well! I don't want to talk to you anymore either!" I yelled at them. -(J) Calm down! You're overreacting!- "'I'm the one who overreacted? Hahaha, look at him! Oh yeah, you can't because he leaved me alone!" -(L) This has gone too far, please calm down.- "No! Just leave me again like you did before!" -*silence*- I sighed in anger. "Thank you!" I said with rage, and passed through the lasers.

sans' p.o.v.

(y/n) isn't aware of the danger that she is going through by the simple fact of being a human in the underground. but still she has been here for two weeks and she is still alive. i don't even know how. but i'm glad that she isn't inside a container in asgore's castle... "i'm so stupid! why did i left her alone?" -i'm such a brat, i don't think that she is happy with me leaving her alone.- "stupid sans" i scolded myself and face-palmed.

"I don't think you're stupid mister" someone said. i turned around and saw a monster, their face wasn't visible, in fact it was kind of darkened like their clothes. they were holding a white thing on one hand and his other hand found it's way towards their head. "Leaving someone behind, is not from stupid people, they always leave pieces of themselves, so people can have them near them forever." they said "How can I say that without fear? The old royal scientist was a dear friend of mine, and right now I'm holding a piece of him" he neared the white piece to me.

i didn't know what to respond, so i just stared at him, he stared back. and then he started fading.

Once I passed the hallway I had the strange urge to sing out loud. Since I have a small fear of singing in front of someone, I looked around me just in case there was somebody. No one. I sighed and started singing the first son that came in my mind, while walkind forward.

I giggled and skipped through Hotland, feeling the warmth and heat of the place. I have to continue collecting the leave-souls that are still missing. And use them to break that barrier that keeps the monsters down here. They have been here for years, decades! But what it the leaves aren't enough? I stopped and blushed. Someone just sang with me. "Oh... Sorry, is just, that you have to share that voice of yours" I turned around and almost screamed. A head-like monster was standing behind me, they were pretty tall and a huge grin plastered on their features. "A small change wouldn't hurt? right?" I tilted my head confused. "A change. You have to change your ways, so you can share something. Like Asgore did" They said.

"What kind of change he did, if I may know" His grin grew wider.

"The old royal scientist, he was the underground's hope to get out of this place. Even tho his creations made our lives easier and less hopeless, he fell into one of them. His greatest creation, the core, and... well..." they trailed off and his eyes gazed through me. "It's rude to talk about someone who's listening" And they started fading.

"W-what?" I stuttered out. I stood there for while looking around, and saw no one. With trembling legs I started walking away.
