There was a time when the city of Seattle

Was run entirely by cattle.

Cow police patrolled the streets.

Bulls grew hay, oats, and wheat.

Bessie was the town's first mayor.

A Brahma bull cut everyone's hair.

Doctor Heifer fixed all the knees.

And everyone ate human-burgers with cheese.

No city could ever be so fine

As that one run by all bovine.
