Y/N POV

Me and Yang were walking to my dorm after we had spent time in Vale. I asked her to come along because I knew she would help me out a little with my problem. We were walking until we heard a bit of a commotion from my dorm.

We walked a bit faster before lightly jogging to my dorm to hear Weiss.

"Hey! I'm still here to break up with Y/N! I'm trying to end our relationship so I can go with Neptune!" she exclaimed as I was right behind her, now all hope of winning Weiss back was lost. Everyone was now looking at me. "What!" Weiss asked before she turned around to see me with a horrified expression.

My face then went to a stoic one. But it was anything but stoic. I took a step back where I came from and ran away. I guess it's over. It's actually over.

Yang POV

I had just witnessed something I never thought I would in my life. Weiss had just yelled to everyone in this dorm room that she loved Neptune more then Y/N. I couldn't believe it. All Y/N did for her. All the love he's shown. All he ever attempted to do for Weiss. Only for her to lose that love and go after a playboy.

I watched as Y/N ran away. I caught a glimpse of his face when he heard what Weiss said. He looked so broken that not even Humpty Dumpty could compare. I looked back at Weiss with an angered look. I slapped her before running after Y/N as fast as I could.

Brans POV

Wow. I didn't think the Ice Queen would word it like that. Though, she didn't care about Y/N one bit. I'm sure she was just sorry for him. I get up and start heading to the roof to see if Y/N is up there. He usually goes there to be alone sometimes, but right now I have the feeling he is up there for the wrong reason.

I start running for the roof and when I slam the door open I see Yang, Y/N, Professor Ozpin, and Professor Goodwitch. They all looked at me, and I got a bit nervous but I had to be there for Y/N as I am with all my friends.

"A little late to the party Mr. Mai," Professor Goodwitch said with a concerned look. It was obviously for Y/N.

"I know. I just felt the need to comfort a friend and teammate," I replied as I started walking to Y/N. He isn't in very good shape. I'm not talking about physically, but the look on his face told me everything. Hell, now that I look at him better he was curled up in a ball and shaking.

"You thought you had a chance at Weiss again?" I asked as Yang gives me a "what the hell you doing?" look.

Y/N just nods as he curled up tighter and looked at me. He tried to tell me he was ok by smiling, but that faker's crap isn't going to work on me.

"I can tell you one thing. When girls cheat on you, they won't come back," I told him as Yang had an offended look on her face.

"You and me are going have a talk when we're done with this," Yang hissed at me before going to comfort Y/N.

Yang POV

I mentally scoffed at Brans' advice. They can if they want to. It's just that sometimes it takes time to realize what you lost. I look at Y/N as he hugged me.

I hugged him back. I felt him crumble as he hugged me. I kept comforting him before Brans spoke up.

"I'm gonna have a word with Ice Queen for a bit. Hopefully, set her straight," he said as he was about to leave.

"Don't beat her to a pulp please? I would like to talk to her as well," I told him as he left.

I looked back down at Y/N and saw him sleeping. His eyes and nose were red from crying and his breath felt shaky. I guess Weiss broke him like a toothpick. He just tried to jump off the roof when I caught him.

His second attempt already. He's going to be on suicide watch because of this. I sigh as I lay his head on my lap. Maybe Sapphire was right. She should have told him that she liked Neptune more instead of doing this. We all make mistakes, but this is one that is driving him to suicide.

I haven't heard from Brans, but I hear a couple of pair of footsteps and a bit of a conversation.

"You need to get some sleep! You can barely stay up! Even when we are walking. I just want you to get some rest so you don't accidentally kill yourself through exhaustion. I'm worried about him too," a voice I unmistakenly know as my little sister.

"I know you do. I just want to make sure he's alright. He is a part of my team. I'm just trying to make sure he's okay. I'm sorry, but I chose to watch him at night. I know it's putting a strain on me, but I've gotta be there for him. He needs us more than anything right now," I hear Sapphire tell my little sis.

"I know, but it's worrying me how you aren't getting enough sleep. At least let's do it as turns. So we all can help and get enough sleep," Ruby said.

A/N: This may be three chapters for one thing maybe four. I am getting to it. Though, the breakup is coming up. Anyways I hope you enjoyed and I will see you in the next chapter. Hasta la Vista!
