She was about to Run Behind him when she felt a Liquid near her Nose and then She Realized that her Nose is Bleeding and her Anger Shoot Up. As She took a Step to Leave, She felt Dizzy. She Fainted and Fell there Only..

IN MALHOTRA HOUSE :-

Shivi was in Kitchen When Jan came down all dressed up to Leave for College. She sat on the Dining For Breakfast. Shivi served her and asked :

Shi - Jan!! Where is Avni?

Jan - I Don't Know Mom! Must be in her Room!

Shi - Go and Check Once!! I'm feeling as if something bad is going to Happen!!

Jan - Calm Down Mom! I Will see.

She quickly went Upstairs in Avu's Room to find the Room Empty. The Bed was Clean As If No one have ever slept on it. She went downstairs and said :

Jan - Mom She isn't here! I will ask Sid!

She Nodded. Jan Called Sid and said :

CALL CONVO

Hello Sid!! Is Avu With You?

No! She is Not me! What Happened??

I Don't Know! She isn't in Home and Mom's Feeling some Bad Vibes!!

You Find her! I Will also see and if you find her then tell me too. Bye!

CALL ENDED 

Jan - Mom! Sid also doesn't Know!! 

Shi - Now What??

Jan - Let's See Park and Compound!!

Shivi Nodded and they Both left from there. As They Both Reached Near the  Lift to go Downstairs, They Saw Avu Laying Lifeless there With Blood flowing from her Nose and Bruised Knuckles. Shivi shouted :

Shi - Avuuuuu!!!!

They Quickly went near her and Picked her Up. Somehow they took her to their Car and Drove to Hospital. While Going to Hospital, Jan Informed Sid about her. Listening her, Sid and Abhi Quickly left for Hospital. Jan Had Informed Faisu To So he Was Also Coming.

AT HOSPITAL :

Shivi and Jan quickly admitted her in Emergency Section. Within Few Minutes, Sidshek and Faisu came there. Sid went near them and said ;

Sid - Where is Neet??

Jan - She is in the Emergency Section! Doctors are checking her.

Her Eyes were all teary. She was about to Cry anytime. Faisu hugged her and she Started Crying in his Arms. She was telling him in which condition they found her.

 Listening her Sid was Feeling Pangs in his Heart. He was Cursing himself for not being there with her at that time. He Exactly knew why he was feeling this But He was Refusing himself only. He saw from the Corner of his eyes and saw Tears in Shivi's Eyes. He went near her and hugged her. He said :

Sid - Why are you Crying Shivi Mom!! You Know Na how she is! She will be fine now!

Shivi nodded and calmed herself. Soon the Doctor came out. Sid went to him and asked :

Sid - Doctor! How is She Now??

Doc - She Is Alright Now! Currently Unconscious!! You Guys Can meet her in a Bit!

Sid - But Doctor What Happened to her??

Doc - Actually the Matter is That She had Anger Issues, which you might know. So Her Anger Shoot Up Due To Which her Breathing Rate went high and Her Nose Started Bleeding. She had Bruised Knuckles as she have Beat Someone. She is Taking a lot Stress Which is Harmful for her and Over Stress can also lead to Death. So I Have Prescribed the Medicines and You Guys Just have to take Care of her Properly!

Sid - Thank You Doctor!!

The Doctor nodded and went from there after giving them a Small Smile. Sid sat on the Seat Present there And was thinking about all the Things Doctor said. Abhi went to bring the Medicines. Fainat and Shivi were also there thinking about Avu. 

They Were Lost in their Own Worlds, When a Nurse came and said :

Nurse - You All Can Meet the Patient Now!! 

Faisu Nodded at her and She left from there. He Kept his Hand On Sid's Shoulder and Signed him to go. Sid Nodded and went inside, Followed By Shivi and Fainat. They Went inside and Saw Her Laying Unconscious With a Bottle of Glucose attached to her. 

Sid Went and Sat beside her and Shivi on the Other Side. She was Caressing her Hairs while tears were forming in her Eyes. While She was Caressing her Hairs, Avu got Conscious. She took a Moment to Digest everything happening around her.

She Saw her Mother caressing her Hairs after Years. Though She was Willing to not to remove her Hand, She Unwillingly was About to remove Shivi's Hand when Sid held her hand and Nodded in No. 

She Sighed And Didn't remove her hand. Avu asked :

Avu - When Can i Leave from here?

Sid - As This bottle will finish then we can leave!

Avu - Ok!

Sid - Now Tell me What Happened?

Avu Told him the Whole Matter, and Now he Was Boiling in Anger. Though He Didn't liked Violence much but when it comes On Avu, Then He Doesn't care about it and On that when he Knows about his feelings for her. He said :

Sid - You Don't take tension Now! I Will See Him on My Own!!

Avu nodded at him and Hugged him tightly. He Hugged her back. Seeing them Shivi and Fainat left from there giving them their " Best Friends " Time. ..................................................................
