Hyungwon

I drove and I could see Riana being happy especially because we brought a new worker friend with us to treat.

"We're here." I say as I took my seatbelt off.

I went out and opened the door for Riana. The worker we brought along just followed.

"What do you feel like drinking today?" I ask Riana.

"Frappe. And eat some pastries too. You?" She said.

"Iced Americano." I said.

"Aishh again?!" She complained and bursted out laughing at my unchanging choice of drink.

We went in and found a table.
We both sat down but I then stood up.

"Hmm.. Ill go get orders and you just wait here and talk." I offered.

"Hyungwon-ah, Ill just order for myself." Our office worker spoke.

Confusion suddenly hit me and Riana.

"What?" I asked in a tone quite sarcastic just to make her repeat what she called me.

"Ah! joesongeyo! I mean, Mr. Chae Won!" She patted her mouth and apologized.

Maybe she's just clumsy enough to call me informally.

"No, it's fine. Ill take your order. Ill go now." I said as I went away.

Daeum

"What's your name again?" Riana asked me twice.

"Lee... umm.. Lee Daeum." I said.

"Nice name." She complimented.

"Since when have you started working in the company?" She asked.

"Just 5 days ago... I'm actually assigned to Mr. Chae as his new secretary now." I said.

"Oh really? That's great, I can see you and talk to you almost anytime." her face had interest in it.

"Yep..."

Hyungwon suddenly came back after ordering. We were now just waiting.

"Jagi, she's apparently gonna be your new secretary." Riana said to Hyungwon.

He glanced at me and gave me a slight smile. Maybe at least I can be friends with him again.

"Nice to meet you." He said.

"Won-ah, Im gonna go wait there and take our orders this time okay?" Riana offered.

"Sure." Hyungwon replied as he took out his phone to play games while I sat infront of him silently.

I really wanted to talk to him,

"Hyungwon-ah!"

"Yah!"

"It's me. Lee Daeum."

"Yah, dont you recognize me, stupid head?"

I wanted to call him those things but now I can only refer to him as Mr. Chae.

He's so close yet so far.

He didn't bother look up at me.

He used to be my destination when things aren't going right for me. He basically served as a third wheel for me and Minhyuk but he never complained.

Look at me now doing the same.

"Drinks and food are here~" Riana came back.

I'll wash off everything for now, it's time to relax and enjoy this time I am spending with him once again.

Daeum

Nothing was worse than feeling my heart clench everytime I see him.

But now, shift's over and its time for me to go home.

I walked as I felt my knees get weak out of relief.

I survived this day.

"Excuse me." Someone called me so I quickly turned around.

"Ne? Oh. Mr. Chae." I saw Hyungwon.

He walked closer, infront of me.

"Thanks for today. Riana seems to like you alot. You get along well. I'm looking forward to working with you now as I have you as my secretary." He smiled.

"Ne, your welcome.." I forced a smile.

"See you around. Go home and take care." He said.

"Goodbye." I bowed to him and turned around to leave.

Ugh. Why.

I go to the parking lot as I opened the car door and went in preparing it to drive.

"Damn I'm tired. And Im out of my mind." I utter.

Minutes later I began to drive home.

As I was driving, I got caught up in traffic.

Tonight it was just light traffic but I don't know how long this will take for me.

I waited and slowly followed the line.

"Alright yes!" I rejoiced as the road finally cleared off and I prepared to boost just a little speed.

I was just driving a few distance from my starting position til another car intersected with me and tried to overtake.

"Oh my gosh!!!!" I got alarmed, afraid for my life.

I stepped on the brake as hard as I can and luckily it stopped earning me only to hear a little bump sound from the other car.

I opened my eyes slowly.

"Okay. I'm alive." I say.

I gained better consciousness of what just happened and so I immediately then rushed out to check on the accident.

"Omona." I say as I examine our vehicles.

They bumped into each other but it wasn't serious and there was no big damage at all.

I then heard the driver of the vehicle, who bumped mine due to attempted overtaking, come in to the scene behind me.

"Time for me to confront this careless stupid driver." I thought to myself as my blood boiled up.

"Yah ahjussi!!!!" I yelled as I turned to face him ready to scold and accuse.

"Lee Daeum?"

What the....

"Minhyuk?!"

I exclaimed as I found him laughing as soon as he saw my expression. I didn't expect it to be him.

"We meet again." He smirked.

"Yes, and now my respect for you is now on the negative scale, below zero because of this. You reckless, ignorant loser!" I dissed him.

"Mwo?" He held both my shoulders as he came closer to me.

"Get off me!" I yelled trying to shake him away.

"Daeum-ah, you can hate me all you want but my feelings for you still hasn't ended." He began to soften his expression and grip.

"You couldn't leave me. When I told you I wasn't done with you, when I told you that you were the one I love... I meant all of them." He reminded me.

"Stop being possessive over me! Don't tell me those. I'm so tired of you!" I pleaded Minhyuk.

He then took his hands off me and gave me a moment to calm down.

"Whatever." He sighed deeply and rolled his eyes.

We stood infront of each other for a long moment. We were both silent, he was gazing at my face while I put my head slightly down because I was tired. Other cars didn't bother and were just passing ahead of us.

"I'm cold. What are we going to do with our cars?" I finally broke the silence.

"Here, wear this." He took off his jacket.

"Minhyuk-ah, I'm not talking about that, do something so I can get out of here, the wind is really cold tonight and I'm exhausted." I say but he still kept wrapping his jacket around me.

"Goodbye." He said as he walked to his car.

He went in and slowly drove it out of the accident til he manages to get out and drive away from me.

Is history repeating itself between the three of us again?
