Nikki's PoV

I managed to get a fire going while the others set up some tents. I continued to add some sticks to keep the fire going when I heard Kimi and Seto come back.

"I caught food!" Kimi says carrying two nets filled with fish

"We'll be eating well tonight." Seto says carrying two more nets

"Lets get cooking then!" Ty says

Both Kimi and Seto descaled the fishes and removed the bones and began to cook them over the fire. I was busy boiling water as well so we can drink something at least. After I boiled the water I let it cool down a bit before giving some to everyone.

"Man we need to find our other friends soon." Mitch says

I nodded. "Well there's Ross, Jin , Barney , and Jess.."

"They might be the ones we're looking for." Kimi replies

"True. True." Adam says

"Well we'll just have to find them tomorrow or sometime soon." Jerome says

We all nodded in agreement. After a while I pulled out my journal and began writing something.

Dear Journal,

More trouble. More fighting. More Danger. Kimi and I have the same marks again and now hunting for the shards yet again , As well as finding our other friends..I hope we can do it. I mean , yes we stopped the Hexling thing ..but from Seto's story this one seems and sounds more dangerous...

My PoV

After eating I decided to go for a short walk and just to be safe I brought one of the swords with me. As I walked along the path I was humming to myself and stopped in front of the lake I was fishing at earlier.

"Relax..Kimi.. you can do this. No matter the risk." I say skipping a stone across the water

After about half and hour I walked back to the campsite and Seto was the only one awake.

"Not sleeping yet?" I ask

He shook his head. "I want to find out what the hell this new threat..is." 

"We will Seto. We will." I say walking to him

" I hope so.." he says
