Nikki's PoV

"Kimi look at your wrist.." I say

Kimi looked at he wrist then looked at me. "The..marks..they're back.."

"Wait really?" Jerome questions

I nodded. "Something is coming...something that caused our marks to come back which means..your crystal shards are coming back as well.." I say grabbing a lore book

"Looking up what this could possibly be?" Adam asks

I nodded and flipped through one of my books while everyone else sat around. I kept looking but found nothing.

"T-there's nothing..in any of my lore books.." I pushed all the books off "Damn it!"

"Maybe..if we adventure out we'll find something." Seto suggests calmly

"So ,should we pack some stuff and head out then?" Ian  asked

"Yeah." Mitch replies

"You guys head back to your place to pack I'll be over in an hour with my things." I say bending down to grab the books

"Alright, see you in an hour." Jason says walking over to give me a hug

Adam's PoV

We returned to our house and so did Seto. I walked to my room and grabbed a backpack and threw some stuff in it and grabbed my budder sword. 

"Let's see.." I say looking at my desk

I grabbed a few more items when I heard Kimi in her room. I walked over to see what was happening.

"Kimi everything okay?" I ask

She turned around. "Yeah...this whole new threat thing though..is troubling me.."

"Well all of us will find out what it is..soon..I hope.." I reply

She nodded and grabbed her goggles and threw them into a bag.

"I wonder when those shards you guys had will come back.. I mean they vanished after using them to purify the Hexlings.." she says putting her journal into her bag

"That is true..they did disappear into nothing when the flash of light ended." I say

She walked over and I stepped out of the doorway.

"I'm gonna head to the kitchen and prep some food for the new adventure." she says walking downstairs

I nodded and headed back to my room to continue packing some more items. After I finished everyone else was already downstairs.

"Are we ready?" Jason asked

"Yup , everything is packed." Quentin replies

"Now we just got to wait for Seto & Nikki with their stuff." Ty says sitting on the couch

Seto's PoV

I gathered all my things a few potions , some books , and everything else that might be useful. I headed back and once I reached the town I ran into Nikki who just left her home. 

"Nikki!" I called out

"Hey Seto!" she calls back

I ran over to her and we headed back to the guys and Kimi's place.

"Man, I really want to know what this new threat is.." Nikki says

I nodded. "I tried looking some stuff up the only thing it said was the marks and shards will return ..you will be facing a great power..be careful.." I say

"We need to tell this to everyone else..do you have the book it was in?" She asked

I nodded. "In my bag along with potions."

We arrived at the front door and Ian let us in.

"Are we all ready to go?" Mitch asked

"Yup!" Jerome replies

"Wait! Before we go..I found something.." I say pulling out my book
