Author's POV:

You were walking, tired after setting up flowers in the shop while having two troublemakers around and you being another one of course! You were walking without realizing that a stone was in front of you. You tripped on the stone and almost fell when you felt a pair of arms secure you by your waist.
Your eyes widened as you turned your head to see a pair of familiar eyes. You stared into the deep orbs which were staring at you warmly, full of love and affection. 

Some seconds passed by as you came back to your trance hearing the deep voice speak, "Are you alright? You should be careful.."
You backed away immediately, awkwardly blinking. You nodded and said, "I a-am okay. Thanks!"
Taehyung smiled and said, "What if I didn't come on time? You would've tripped hard!"
You awkwardly scratched your neck as he chuckled saying, "Have you eaten?"
"No... I haven't." You said, hearing your stomach grumble. Taehyung chuckled as you gulped, looking down, embarrassed.

"It's alright! I'm hungry too, let's eat!" He said as you said, "Together?"
"I'll treat you... don't worry!" He said as you looked down saying, "Why would you... I mean.."
"It's okay! Don't think about something else, it's just because I'm hungry and I don't like eating alone. Eating with you would make it better." He said with a soft smile as you smiled back, nodding.
"Sure then.." You said as he nodded.

--At a restaurant

"I'll get some tteokbokki.." You said as he replied, "You like, spicy food?"
"Of course! They're love!" You said with a giggle. He smiled and nodded before saying, "I'll get some.. oxblood soup."

Some time passed by as you both got your food. You were enjoying the food when you saw him frowning a little, staring at his food.
"Is anything wrong?" You asked as he shook his head saying, "I'm just wondering if I should have this.."
"Oh.. I've had this before in here, you should try it out!" You said with a smile as he smiled nodding.

You both were eating when you saw something on his hand. You hadn't seen this before. Frowning, you asked, "What is that on your hand? Is it a bracelet?"
"Oh... yes! It is." He said as you nodded.
"It's very special to me.. if you're wondering." He asked as you eyed the bracelet before looking at him. You found it oddly familiar but couldn't understand why.
"I... this bracelet is pretty." You said, frowning a little while staring at it intensely. He smiled a little before putting his hand under the table. You just stared at the table before focusing back on your food.

"Oh, we ran into each other again, by the way!" You said as he smiled saying, "Not really... I think it's something else."
"Huh? Like what?" You asked as he said, "You could say... I sort of followed you around?"
"Followed me?" You asked. He just nodded saying, "I saw you on the road in front of your shop so I followed you till home..."
"That's- weird.." You mumbled as he said, "It's just because of safety? I was making sure you're safe. Don't misunderstand me!"

'Should I be touched or creeped out?' You thought to yourself before looking down.
"Ah.. do you like chicken? Here, have some! The chicken they sell here tastes so good! It's marinated and soupy... unlike some hard fried ones. I like the ones here." You said and put a chicken on his plate. He smiled before saying, "Thank you.."
"No problem, eat well!" You said and smiled. He looked down, feeling the same warmth of a thousand years ago take over him.

---Time skip

"See you, thank you for the meal." You said and bowed politely as Taehyung nodded saying, "You too! Umm, by the way... I wanted to ask something to you." You looked at him confused as he said, "Well... it's okay! I'll ask some other day.. Go home, rest!"
You nodded confused and just walked inside greeting him goodbye.

--In Hades

"Your Highness, till when is this supposed to go on?" A minister asked as Taehyung spoke, "Not much longer... I can't pressure her."
"You're longing for her more than anything... you should take action soon." An official spoke as Taehyung chuckled saying, "I can long for her a little more... as long as she is alright."
"But your highness, even after she remembers, what if she doesn't return to you? If she doesn't.... danger might-" One of the ministers spoke as Taehyung stopped him from talking by showing his palm.

"I know not her decisions in this. Go back to your work. I'll handle this matter." Taehyung said, getting up as he left the court leaving the ministers talking.

--A few days later

"Are you sure we're going on that trip bro?!" You asked as the two dorks nodded enthusiastically. You sighed before saying, "I don't know about this, what if that place is haunted?"
"It isn't! I heard there are some beautiful flowers as well! Those flowers are an ancient and rare species." Mina said as Yuri nodded. You thought about it for a while before saying, "Flowers?"
"There is a treehouse as well, they said!" She said. You looked down and said, "Then why isn't it famous?"

"I don't know... some grandma said that to my grandma who told me. So I thought we should go. That place is rare." Yuri said. You sighed and nodded saying, "Fine." 
"When are we going?" Mina asked as Yuri replied, "Tomorrow, the 16th day of the Lunar Calendar." 
"Lunar calendar?" You asked as she nodded saying, "That day is said to be the best day to go to visit historical places." 

--Time skip 

You sighed and sat on a bench, eating ice cream as you sighed. 
"What a weird day.." You mumbled when you looked in front of you to see a girl and a guy walking by. The girl was wearing a hanbok and the guy was wearing a jeogori and baji. You looked at them and mumbled, "Must be a cosplay... ah.. they're reliving the history! Must feel good.."

{Hanbok: Hanbok is traditional Korean clothes.}
{A man's hanbok consists of jeogori (jacket) and baggy pants that are called baji}

You suddenly got reminded of your neighbour as you wondered about him. He was so mysterious yet so free, you felt like you knew him yet he was so unknown to you. 
"Did I ever tell him my name..? Why can't I remember?" You asked yourself but sighed, not remembering any memory of that. 
"Maybe I did.. why would he ask a nameless woman to go and have a meal with him?" You asked and smiled a little. 
"He is pretty good-looking though..." You thought to yourself and sighed before getting up, and finishing your ice cream. You walked on your way home wondering why you didn't see that neighbour of yours for quite a few days. 

As you were entering your apartment, you saw that the door of the apartment beside yours was half open. 
"Is he home?" You asked yourself but shrugged it off before walking inside. 

--Time skip 

"Ah.. I'm so bored!" You groaned and sighed, closing the laptop. You finished another course on flowers this month. You really had a passion for flowers, but you had no idea where it'd take you. 
"Should I continue reading that book..?" You asked yourself before sighing. 
"I am really curious about it though.." You said to yourself before giggling a little. You got up and got that book mumbling, "I'm so sorry, Mina." 

You sat down and started reading again as you encountered a poem which made you wonder. 

'Come grow old with me
but never age,
A promise of youthful life
I offer filled with possibilities,

Come grow old with me
but never fear disease or death,
Share hundreds of lifetimes
filled with cherished memories,

Come grow old with me
and live forever in my embrace.'

"Woah... what a love story!" You said and sighed mumbling, "I wish I had some supernatural love story too. Do these even exist?!" 
Sighing, you closed the book and lay down, hoping to have a better tomorrow since you had to go on the trip with those two dorks, a trip to the forest which you didn't know about.

But deep down, you had a feeling that the forest was going to bring you more than what you expected.
