Author's POV: 

You gasped seeing the people running around at the speed of light.
"Gosh, hold me, I'm dizzy just by seeing them!" You groaned. He chuckled and held you closer to him, firmly. You smiled a little, inhaling his scent. 
"You're alright, I'm here." He assured you. You nodded.

You both walked in and looked around. So many shops. Luxurious clothing, food, essentials. Everything was different. People were selling stuff in a more advanced way than humans. You sort of loved this place already.
"Do you want to eat that, love? It's chicken skewers." 
"Chicken skewer?!"
"Yes... it's one of the best go-to foods of Hades."
"Of course, I want to try!"

You both went there as the owner of the small shop greeted you both before giving you two skewers. You thanked him, tasting it. Gosh, it was juicy and delicious!
"Woah!" You grinned. Taehyung smiled and said, "It's good, right?"
"Good? It's hella- I mean, it's marvellous!" 
He sighed, chuckling and patted your head as you smiled, feeling the warmth in his hands. 

You saw how different people were walking around in shops. Some were buying stuff, some were spending time with friends and family. Just like earth—it was beautiful and warm.

"I like it here." You said, smiling. 
"Me too. I've always waited for the day you'd see all these, standing with me." 
"Are the bad vampires here too?"
"Not really, anyone who rebels... they're sent away..." He trailed off as you looked up at him saying, "Like Albert?"
"Yes, like Albert." 

You stared at him who was standing there beside you, looking in front of him, in thought. A soft smile played on your lips as you walked closer to him, holding his cheek. He immediately looked at you, a quiver in his lips.
"You really... saved Hades and humans from Albert and his men. I'm surprised you were kind to him and let him live for some more time. You're pretty kind."
"It's not that... I just had difficulties finding him. My power was never enough. Maybe, that day... I became too strong, more than I could ever be. I couldn't repeat the same mistake... of being powerless." 

You smiled and said, "You're the most powerful one I've ever seen though. I love you." 
You saw his smile flatten as he gulped. He seemed pretty speechless, flustered. Maybe he didn't expect it. 
"I really do." You repeated, standing on your toes to reach his level as you placed a soft and gentle kiss on his lips. As soon as you pulled away, you saw his face. He was red, like you. 
"We aren't kids but it's weird." You said, giggling. He chuckled and said, "We're older but together."

"I want to go there." You pointed towards a ride as he turned his head in that direction saying, "Of course!"

---Time skip

Hours passed by and you both were busy playing around. You loved his company so much. So much time had gone by and you had no idea. It was nearly night now.
"It's time to go back, love." He said, looking at you with a tender smile. You sighed and said, "I don't want to go yet."
He patted your head as you said, "Fine, let's go.. we can come back here later." 
He looked at you a little hesitant. He didn't know what your decision would be. 

---Time skip 

It was nighttime. Dinner was over and you were sitting in the chamber, looking outside the window. The full moon looked so beautiful. 
You wondered how everything had changed in one night. All your questions, doubts, problems... all were solved and known now. One night, which changed everything. 

"What are Mina and Yuri doing...?" You asked yourself, wondering. Suddenly, you heard the door of the room closing. Maybe Taehyung was here. You smiled as soon as you felt a hand, hugging you from behind. You looked over your shoulder to see him, staring at you with a smile. 
"Tae..." You muttered. He hummed as you spoke, "It's beautiful, isn't it?" 
He nodded with a smile. You got up and turned around, facing him. 

You walked a step towards him, wrapping your hands around his torso as he smiled, holding you firmly. His one hand rested on your waist as the other one stroked your hair. You buried your face in his chest saying, "I really miss you."
"I'm here with you." He said in a tender voice. You inhaled his scent, a feeling of relief and pain in your heart. 
"It hurts... to remember our memories. The nights always change so fast." You said. You could say he was in deep thought as well.
"They'll change.... but we won't."

You held him tighter, not wanting to let go. You were scared of everything changing again—like before. You wanted to be with him, you didn't want anything to change again. Nothing. 

"Tae... I want to be with you, forever." You spoke. He sighed and said, "It's okay, take some more time, love."
"Why? Why are you pushing me away?"
"I'm not... being with me forever means... taking the throne. You will have to become a vampire like me... you'll have to watch your loved ones die... everyone will escape their miseries but you can't." He said. You looked at him saying, "It'll hurt. A lot. But... even if I'm not immortal, I'll still have to let everyone go at some point. And they'll have to let me go someday too. I'd rather hurt than hurt them." 
"Do you want to be a vampire? It's a whole new world... we consume blood." 

"As much as I get grossed out by that thought, when I change, it'll become my food habit, right?" You asked. Taehyung looked at your face before pressing his forehead to yours. He stared into your eyes saying, "Love. It'll be hard for you, very hard. I know you love me but... you don't need to sacrifice."
"I have to. I want to be with you. Really... I mean, it's okay if you want to give me some time, I also need some time to prepare myself but... I assure you, even if it's hard, I'll count on you. You said you'll be there for me." 
"I will, always."
"That's all I need. I need you, Tae. I need you..." 

You felt his soft lips landing on yours, making a tingle run across your spine. You smiled, holding his closer as he softly sucked on your lower lip. 
You could feel him closing the gap between you both as he pushed you against a wall, gently, caging you between his arms. He pulled away as you opened your eyes, staring at him who moved your hair from your forehead, tucking them behind your ear. 
"You're so adorable." He mumbled, smiling. You smiled at him before looking at his chest. 

You looked right into his eyes to feel a jolt in your body. They were red. Not that bright, just a low pretty red colour.
"Pretty." You spoke, smiling. He lowered his gaze at you before cupping your cheeks lightly, leaning closer as he placed a long kiss on your forehead which trailed down to your nose and then your cheeks and your chin and jawline. You closed your eyes at the tender feeling of his wet lips tasting you. Your grip on his suit tightened as you asked, "What are you-"
"Shhh...." He pressed his finger on your lips as you let out a shaky breath. His kisses went down to your neck as he buried his face there. You smiled a little at the feeling of his hot breath near your neck. It was tingly and hot and you loved this.

"You smell so good. Not just your blood but you..." He spoke, inhaling your scent. You felt him softly sucking your neck making you groan. You knew he wouldn't bite you in any way, you were assured. 

"I won't." He whispered.
"I know. I trust you." You whispered back. You could feel him smiling against your skin. He left wet tingly kisses all over your shoulder and collarbone. It felt nice, too nice. 

Your chest heaved up and down, your heart pounding crazily. Just these little kisses could make you go so crazy, how would you handle him in the future?

You felt him pulling you closer by your waist as his lips were on top of you. Both of your lips worked together. Just like the first time when he landed his lips on yours, in the middle of a beautiful forest full of memories. A youthful kiss. 
This felt like another first. 

Your hands went behind his neck, pulling him closer as you felt his hold on your waist tightening a little yet gentle enough for you to not get hurt or anything. The kiss was becoming deeper and deeper as your tongues were involved by now. You both were battling with your tongues, him winning again and again but you were bothered by this. 
You hit his chest lightly as he smiled in between the kiss. You could feel him not trying to dominate you. He was letting you win—purposefully. But as long as you won. 

You won and you both pulled away as he chuckled, looking at you.
"You let me win but still I win!" You giggled. He smiled and said, "Fine, victory is yours."
"I need a gift, don't I?"
"You're too naughty." He said as you chuckled. You opened your mouth to say something but a knock on the door made you frown. Taehyung groaned saying, "Not now."

"It's urgent, your highness!!! There's been crime!"

"Crime?" You asked Taehyung who looked at you. He sighed and placed a kiss on your forehead saying, "I'll be back. Rest well, love."
You nodded smiling, "I'll wait."
"It might take longer."
"I'll still wait. You can go." 

He nodded and said, "Sleep if I take too long. I'll be there for you at night." 
You waved at him who left the room. 

You smiled and sat down, heaving out a sigh. You both were just doing much more than normal soft kisses. Your hands softly traced your collarbones as you felt a blush creep up to your cheeks. You smiled and looked at the door of the chamber mumbling, 

"The nights will change... but not us. Never."
