"Boo!"

The young, blonde teenage girl spun around quickly as she let out a scream. Her eyes landed upon Richie with a Michael Myers mask on, causing her to roll her eyes in annoyance. She yanked it off of his head, seeing him laughing incredulously at how much he scared her. She dropped it to the ground before crossing her arms over her chest. "It's not funny, asshole."

"I thought it was.", Mike looked up from the side of the small little bunker that Ben had made for them quite some time ago. Her eyes darted towards the boy, rolling her eyes again.

"Don't take his side, Mike.", She let out a huff before sitting down in the hammock with Stanley. She picked up one of the comic books that were down there and began to skim through it. Stanley smiled widely at her, then turned to look at Richie.

"I agree with Mike."

"Stan, so help me God, I will shove you out of this hammock.", Ashley looked up from her comic book, glaring at her dearest best friend as he kept that smug smile plastered on his face. Mike and Richie stared at the two of them closely as they began to argue with one another, reminding Richie of Eddie. He smiled softly at the two of them, shaking his head before they all heard footsteps come down into the bunker.

"Sorry I'm late.", Carrie Tozier spoke up clearly, leaving Mike and Richie to walk over towards her to help her with the heavy bag she was carrying. Stanley and Ashley, on the other hand, stayed in the hammock arguing back and forth.

"No, Stan. You're supposed to be on my side."

"So, I have to choose sides now?"

"No, you just automatically pick mine."

"Well, then that's not fair. I should be able to choose my own decisions, Ashley."

"You can, just not this one.", She looked back at her comic book, not paying any mind to anyone else.

"It's okay, Stan.", Richie blurted out from the other side. "She's just jealous that everyone agrees with me and not her for once in her life."

"Shut up!", She giggled before picking up something from the ground, chunking it towards him. He ducked down and it ended up missing him, but hitting one of the pillars.

It creaked a little as it made the others stare at it cautiously, waiting for the whole hide out to cave in. Ashley Walker sat there with widened eyes, scared to see whether or not it would collapse and if so, they needed to get out of there. The creaking stopped, allowing her to let out a sigh of relief while the others turned to look at her with an annoyed expression. Stan was the first to say something, "Nice going, dipshit."

"Oops.", She sunk down into the hammock, covering her face with the comic book. Richie rolled his eyes playfully, walking over to her and pulling her gently out of the hammock.

"You almost killed us, Ash.", He brought her to her feet, lifting her chin up to look at him as his smile was still prominent on his face. Her eyes met his own, quickly making her relax. "Why didn't you?"

"Richie, suicide isn't the answer.", Stanley rolled his eyes in annoyance at the trashmouth's joke. Ashley looked between the two of them before rolling her eyes and pushing herself away from Richie.

"Because, asshole, none of you deserve to die.", She answered honestly, then was interrupted by Carrie.

"Is anyone gonna ask me what I have in the bag, or are you all gonna focus on dweeb one and dweeb two?", Carrie spoke towards Mike and Stanley, referring to the couple as dweeb one and dweeb two. Mike and Stanley laughed as the other two glared at Carrie Tozier. "So, what's it gonna be?"

"What's in the bag, Carrie?", Richie asked his sister, watching as an amused grin rose on the brunette's face.

"Well, thank you, Richie.", She spoke before sending a glare at everyone else, then huffed before reaching in the bag. The Losers all laughed at her, causing her to crack a smile, even though she was trying to act dramatic; which it had obviously failed. "Costumes and candy."

"What?", Stanley asked as he slowly got out of the hammock, watching as Carrie looked between everyone, then her eyes landed on Stanley. "What do you mean costumes and candy?"

"I bought costumes for all of us. You know, to scare little kids. Come on, it'll be fun.", She replies with a devilish grin as the others shook their heads in refusal. "What? Why!?"

"Because, we too, were scared as little kids.", Richie looked off in the distance as if he were in a mystery movie, causing Ashley to giggle. He switched his voice to sound like an English butler. "I don't believe that it would be a great idea, Miss. It's too– unbearable."

"Oh, yes.", Ashley chimed in with an English accent, causing Richie to smile widely. "Cause scaring children really gives me a kick out of life. I presume you want me to dress up as a clown."

"Oh, uh, well yeah.", Carrie replied as she lifted a clown outfit out of the bag, causing Ashley to widen her eyes. Richie, Stanley, and Mike all shouted.

"No!"

Carrie giggled softly, "I'm kidding, dipshits. You guys are forgetting that I know about your little adventure in the sewers."

Ashley gulped nervously, laughing as she scratched the back of her neck. She placed her hand over her heart, closing her eyes and awaiting for it to start beating normally. Richie took note of it, whispering softly, "Need your anxiety medication?"

"No, I took my Sertraline this morning.", She whispered back.

"What about the other thing? The one that starts with a "p"?"

"Propranolol? Oh, uh, I don't have it with me, but it's okay.", She smiled brightly, resting her head on his shoulder as he reached his arm around her shoulders. "Just bad memories came flooding in and it made me a little uneasy. I miss everyone and what happened that summer was–"

"Terrible. I know, Ash. You don't need to explain anything.", He pressed his lips against her head gently, pulling back before leaning his cheek against her soft hair. She wrapped her arms around his torso, holding on tightly as they both watched Mike, Carrie, and Stanley all argue over what costume they'd be wearing.

"Big Bird is not scary!", Stanley crosses his arms over his chest.

"Stan, if anything, he is.", Carrie spoke calmly as she picked through all the costumes. "He's the scariest one I've got here."

"But, it's big bird.", He furrowed his eyebrows at her, shaking his head gently before looking towards his best friend for help. "Well?"

"Oh, he's not scary, Stan.", Ashley shook her head, watching closely as a smirk grew on the Jewish boys face. She had never seen him so proud that he was right ever in his life, but unfortunately for him, she had picked up her dearest boyfriends habit. "In fact, he's horrifying."

The Losers had never seen his smirk fade as quickly as it just did. His eyes were rolled back and he had the straightest expression plastered on his face. The others laughed at Ashley's comment, all except Stanley Uris. She kept her gaze fixated on her dearest friend as he rummaged through all of the costumes once more. Once Stan held up a Chucky outfit, Ashley left Richie's side when she scurried across the room and found a place right beside Stan.

"Got the Michael Myers outfit I asked you to get, Carrie?", Richie slowly followed after Ashley, kneeling down beside her as he stared at his sister. Carrie Tozier nodded as she pulled out the Michael Myers outfit, handing it over to Richie as she giggled at his grin.

"What's your fascination with Michael Myers?", Carrie asked him as another giggle escaped her lips when Richie gasped dramatically. Richie was a horror movie fanatic, there was obviously no doubting it. His obsession with horror movies even sometimes led him to scaring Ashley, Carrie, or even the other Losers. But Michael Myers was his all time favorite and there was no competition between any other horror movie serial killers.

"Are you kidding!? He's awesome!", Richie exclaimed as he held the costume out in front of him, causing Ashley to raise an eyebrow in his direction. She noticed how excited he was to have it, so she kept herself from making a snark remark. She picked up the Chucky costume, grinning as she knew she'd scare the hell out of some children with it. That's when an idea sparked in her mind.

"Let's say we do scare some children tonight...", She started. The Losers all looked over at Ashley, curious to see what she had in mind. Once she knew she had their full attention, she continued to fill them in on her idea. "Let's see who can scare the most children. The losers have to do whatever the winner wants for a full week!"

"You're on.", Richie was quick to place his hand out in front of him for her to shake, but Carrie put his hand down.

"Not so fast, Richie.", Carrie spoke before she stared at Ashley, grinning as the older girl crossed her arms. "How about instead, the losers have to run down the winners' neighborhood....butt-naked."

"Deal.", Ashley held her arm out for Carrie to shake, but Stanley brought her arm down gently. Everyone then looked at Stanley, who had obviously not agreed to that stupid idea.

"I don't think that's fair.", Stanley quipped, staring directly at Carrie as she began to roll her eyes in annoyance. "You got me big bird."

"No, there's other options, bird brain.", Carrie answered him before continuing, "Besides, I have the exorcist. And yes! I'm dressing up as the fucking exorcist. Ashley has Chucky, then Richie has Michael Myers. It's up to you and Mike to decide what you two will wear."

"I'll dress up as the werewolf.", Mike pulled the costume up, holding it out in front of him as Richie's eyes widened. "I think it's pretty cool."

"Cool?", Richie laughed. "There's nothing cool about those horrid creatures."

"Oh, Richard.", Ashley spoke in an English accent, "Are you afraid?"

"Bite me.", Richie spoke through gritted teeth, causing Ashley to grin.

"Oh, I already have.", She scrunched up her nose towards him, making the others gag at her comment. Richie couldn't help but smirk, but was soon slapped in the back of the head by Carrie.

"Focus, dingus.", She rolled her eyes, then looked at Stanley as he continued trying to figure out what he'd be. "Stan, just be big bird."

"No."

Ashley picked up something that looked moderately creepy and handed it to him. "Here, Stan."

He took it in his hands and held it up in front of him, smiling widely that Ashley helped him. "Thanks, Ashley."

"Freddy Krueger?", Richie asked Ashley, quickly smiling once she looked at him in annoyance. "Stan couldn't pull it off."

"Yes I can.", Stanley replied to Richie.

"Richie, you're just mad that Stanley has better taste in serial killers.", Mike spoke up, causing the others to laugh. Mike was proud because of that very moment that laughter was shared because of something he said that was meant to be funny.

"Mike has a point.", Stanley nodded.

"Oh, whatever.", Richie couldn't help but smile, being that he was very proud of Mike. "Just shut it, homeschool. Now! Pip pip! Let's get this show on the road!"

The Losers all left a few hours later to head to Richie's, Carrie's, and Ashley's home to get ready for the night where they would go around scaring kids. They had finally come up with what the losers would have to do and they decided that the losers would indeed have to run down the streets naked, but with their underwear. It would have to be at night, after everyone was asleep in their home on this very traditional night. Then, after that, the Losers Club would sit out in the backyard of Richie's home and tell ghost stories until the night is over.
